This weekend, I got a massage by Hayden and it was excellent. I highly recommend him! My mother also went in a couple weeks ago for a facial and she had a lovely time, BUT we both experienced negative and unwelcoming impressions from the front desk staff. They did not greet us warmly and were not helpful in answering our questions (this was my first time getting a professional massage.) They made us feel that we were a bother to them and that our presence was a nuisance. Both my mother and I did not feel like valued customers during our interactions with the front desk. Although both our services were excellent and enjoyable, the first impression of the company (aka the front desk staff) was sub par. We will not be recommending CK Massage & Spa to any of our friends or family. Read Less

I really love this spa/salon. I mainly use their nails, pedicures, and massage services. The atmosphere is great and the employees always try to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve experienced the spa as ready to go when I show up for an appointment and flexible with adding in services. I also really love the range of services they offer. My one area of feedback would be ability to get through to CK with their phone. You can book appointments online pretty easily, but If you have questions about the appointment and would like to talk to the front desk it often takes several different phone calls throughout the day to finally get ahold of someone. Wait...how can this place charge me for canceling an appointment If A)I was going to use a gift card for a simple mani & B) they don't have my credit card info and C) I was never verbally notified that I would be charged for cancelling the appointment when I booked it? I would like to talk to the owner if possible. I haven't even come into this place and I already am never going to be a customer and no I'm not coming into my appointment Bc not 1, but 2 of your employees sounded harsh & rude on the phone. CK Massage and spa offers excellent services. I had a difficult time finding a salon this clean and professional and they do gel nails the right way!!! If I could give this place a -100 I would. I had an appointment with them, my has been paid for for my birthday, very very expensive. I get there and I'm not even on the books! The desk manager, was pathetic, he acted like he had no idea I had an appointment. He said he could not find my name, however he had the money, and I had to give certificates. Long story short, this guy was absolutely absurd and rude, one of The most rudest individuals, I have ever come across. I will never go there again. After arguing with him for 15 minutes and customer service and how to treat your customer, he said he did not care. Also too I have been getting text messages now for about six months after the fact, from this company. I've called several times to ask them to take my phone number off their list and they still have not. I received another one today.  Please don't waste your time or your money. Great place to get a massage...fair and reasonable pricing. They recently upgraded the facilities and it is very nice. The only downside is they seem to turnover therapists here so it is hard to consistently keep a therapist you find/like in terms of massage style. Overall a good value though so I would recommend it. I am basing my score on the quality of services they provide.  I've had everything from massages, facials, pedicures to hair cuts here.  I have felt pampered and relaxed while at this spa and I do enjoy my appointments.  The downside is that they are very difficult to schedule with.  Every time I call, they don't answer.  I've used the website and they are booked.  I was there on a Saturday afternoon for a facial, I noticed not a single client was in the nail salon area.  Same with the hair salon- not a client anywhere.  I found this very odd as they always say they are booked on Saturdays, but the place was totally empty!  I'm confused- do they need more staff?  This place should be busy for a weekend since that is when most people are off work. I have called, spoken to managers, unsubscribed to the services, emailed asking to be taken off the list but NOTHING WORKS, so I am resorting to Yelp to see if they will PLEASE get me off their mailing list. I have been enjoying 60 min massages for months now. My massage is always centered around what I need help with on that appointment. If I need more help with the knots in my neck or back that is what gets the attention and finishes with a full message. I have also tried a facial and loved it. I have always went to a certain place for my pedicures but with the special CK ran I took my daughter and I for a pedicure. We were seated together and enjoyed great conversation with our nail specialists and also was very happy with the results. I didn't even miss not having massage chairs. We've never had a bad experience. The membership is totally worth it! My dad loves coming up and taking advantage of my membership, so I get to go get pampered along with him - which is a huge bonus. The pedicures are worth every penny. I went while pregnant every couple of months and the technician was very careful to make sure I was comfortable every couple of minutes. They always do a great job. My husband and father enjoy the massages. Neither has gotten a bad mesus. Both are vocal about what pressure they want. The facial was fantastic too! I got one as a gift for mother's day in 2016 and it was such a great experience. Music was great, and the technician really knew what she was doing. I have been here twice. The only reason I am giving it any stars is because of how cute and pretty the spa is. I have been here twice and have had both terrible experiences with the receptionist. This is the first person that I see and last person I see when I am at the spa. This interaction should be pleasant and it has not been. I've been a receptionist at a day spa and I would have been fired if I had acted how she has. She seems like she hates working there. She is always in a terrible, careless attitude. She has never smiled and is the reason I am not coming back. I even have a membership with this spa. It's ridiculous to hire people in customer service if they are rude and not wanting to help the paying customer. The first time I just thought that she was having a bad day. This time I know that she does not care about people or her job. I hope she leaves so that I can return to this spa! Read Less

The cut corners with their salon, they seem to have a very high turn over rate, and their front desk staff seem to have no brain cells and cannot answer a phone to save their life. I thought the therapist did a GREAT job and would go back. He was very responses to changes in pressure and focus.  I felt very comfortable and like I had actual work down on my muscles. Deff. not a fluff and buff experience. One thing I would have changed was utilizing my time better. I would rather of discussed my problem areas after he started the massage- it cut into my time also as a personal preference I don't need 5 minutes or more to dress down. I was laying face down wondering when my massage would start for a few minutes knowing that it was cutting into my time.  I am still going back but I will be more assertive for that preference. I love getting my nails done here! Their nail bar is great and their technicians are friendly and professional. I get the express gel manicure every time and I'm in and out in less than 45 minutes. It's great! They have a TON of colors, as well so the selection is unending. Their membership is really nice, too as friends and family can enjoy the pricing with you if you bring them in. Read Less

Clean, beautiful, spa. In town for holiday, and I was able to schedule a massage for myself, a pedi, and mani for my in-laws. The nail studio was set up to be very social and my sister-in-law said it was the best pedi she ever had. I loved my aroma therapy massage with Trent. Gave the spa 4 stars only because it doesn't have all the extra pampering spaces as my normal spas, BUT the prices were exceptional, service was great, and I will go back the next time I'm in town. Definitely impressed with this place, I got a good deal on Groupon for a "60 minute massage with aromatheraphy, deep muscle therapy, and steamed towels" and it was worth every penny. I've had a massage before but I liked this one better for the following reasons..- You get to choose the essential oil they use. (Doterra essential oils, I used OnGuard and highly suggest it, it smells like Christmas)- You get to choose your music/Pandora station, and also get to say if you want the heat going on the bed. I have issues with being too hot so I appreciated being able to choose to have it off. - They use this icy hot type stuff that left you feeling very refreshed and invigorated.- I didn't feel all gross and oily from lotion afterwards. The last one I had (not at this place) I left feeling like I needed to take a shower and that was annoying. At this place they either use different type of stuff or just not too much of it so there wasn't that problem.I had Hayden and definitely recommend him.
