Very friendly staff but disappointed in the service rendered. Went in for a gel manicure/pedicure with an appointment - it was a very busy day. Greeted with a smile, seated after waiting 20 min. I upgraded to a Princess pedicure / regular manicure. Pedicure should have included cuticle care but my technician (although very friendly) missed so many steps! She shaped the nails but failed to clean up cuticles, did all the polish on my nails and THEN did the spa services. That's totally backwards! I had the same technician for my manicure. Again, so so friendly, but she seemed to rush through my manicure. She shaped the nails and did an ok job, buffed and then immediately applied color - again no cuticle care! Which is what I addressed as a main concern since my nail beds were a bit rough. No lotion application or anything. I'm concerned that she also did quite a bit of filing after she laquered my nails that it will begin to pull up quickly. Overall, great initial customer service, very friendly staff, cute and clean facility. But for as much as I paid I'm sorely disappointed in what I received. Read Less

I forgot what a good pedicure was until I came here! I made an appointment and was running late, even so they were waiting for me at the door when I came in. I was immediately seated and they started on the pedicure. It was not rushed nor was it expensive. This place is so relaxing and pretty inside! Since moving here from Florida it's been difficult finding a good mani/pedi place. Once I found out about The Nail Bar I haven't had to go anywhere else. Never have a wait time. Great customer service, very good prices and everyone is super nice. I highly recommend this place. Read Less

I waited until I had been to Nail Bar several times before writing a review. Here's what I found out: you are always greeted with a smile. They pride themselves on quality work and ensure you are happy with services provided. If not, they will fix it. Their customer service is top notch. For example, they get pretty busy sometimes and I've seen first hand how professional they are with handling so many customers. We ultimately went with a stamp design but what really impressed me was her determination to give me the best design she could. I absolutely love this salon. It is bright and clean and everyone there is always happy and friendly My nails haven't had any issues with chipping or lifting like I've experienced regularly with other salons. Also, I never liked spa pedicures because it seemed like a waste of money to just step into some warm soapy water, but their spa pedicure was amazing. I stopped in today and was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted immediately and shown to a chair. Initially I thought I would just get a pedicure, but looked at the price menu and opted to do the Princess Mani/Pedi. I always enjoy a sugar scrub, masque and hot towels. My technician, Mary (I think), did a great job and was very thorough. I appreciated that the tubs were lined and that the nail utensils were packaged after going through the autoclave. I noticed they did chrome nails and asked about the process and cost. Someone came and gave me am an explanation. So pretty, but maybe next time. I was pleased to see that they offer a 10% military discount. Cash is preferred, but not mandatory. I wrote a check. I think credits card incure a small fee. Very pleased all the way around. I had a long overdo and amazing Queen Pedicure. It was just what I needed. Now my only issue was that I have had several surgeries on my foot and the guy that did my pedicure was a bit too rough. I'm not going to lie, I was in a bit of pain a few times but overall I loved my Pedicure. Read Less

I am extremely hard to please when it comes to my nails but shot out to Qwan for being so easy going. This place is gorgeous, love the beautiful soothing environment. The staff takes the time needed on you and isn't rushing you off to take care of other customers like other shops I've experienced around here. Couldn't have found a better place to spend my Saturday morning. It has great reviews so I was worried about getting seated as a walkin, but even though it was busy I got in the chair within minutes. I had an amazing experience ! My first time I came in they were a little busy . I had to wait and I got tired so I left . I came back on a day that was not so busy . I enjoyed my experience ! My nail tech was incredible . It was the best pedicure ever from start to finish with a very clean and beautifully designed salon . They used new nail files . My nail tech was very detailed and the leg massage was a bonus! I recently had a knee injury and the 1/2 leg massage was great and she rubbed my knee joints was very relaxing.
