Sego Lily Spa is such a relaxing place to go and be pampered. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had a deep tissue massage by Lexi and she was wonderful. She really worked on the areas that I spoke to her about where I have so much tension and stress . I felt so relaxed when she was finished. I then had a small wait then went to have a pedicure done by GiGi. She was so friendly and professional. I enjoyed talking with her and she made my toes look so pretty. Can't say enough about this spa except I am going to miss being able to go back,since I will be moving out of state in a month. I hope I am lucky enough to find a day spa in my new home state that is as wonderful as Sego Lily Day Spa in Layton,Utah. I highly recommend this spa to everyone who wants to be pampered and relaxed. Very professional staff. Extremely clean and comfortable facility. Sego Lily has everything from the scent of lavender in the air to the dim lighting and warmth temperature to make the spa experience perfect and beyond my expectations. Sego Lily is everything a Dayspa should be. Treatments: I can only comment on the facial. I had an esthetician named Amanda who was sweet and professional. She gave me the most painless extractions I've ever had but it still felt very thorough. I came in with very dry, congested, and dull skin, I left  with my face soft dewy and glowing. I feel like it will take product a lot better now.Booking: I was able to call at 6pm and get a 9am appointment for the next day. The process was quick and friendly. The next morning I got a reminder text 40 minutes prior to my appointment which I thought was a nice touch. Price: They had a special going, $75 for a 60 minute "harvest special" it included cleansing, an exfoliating scrub, an exfoliating mask, extractions, a moisturizing mask, a firming toner, a finishing moisturizer and SPF. There may have been a few other other things but I was so relaxed it was hard to keep track. She also dabbed something around my eyes and finished with a moisturizing balm. Lots of EO steamed towels and a steamer going through some of the masks. I thought this was a very good value for the price. Ambiance: Overall a very clean relaxing spa. Attention was paid to good lighting, relaxing music, (no crackly speakers) and good smells. Consistent color scheme and decor throughout. The entrance/check in and retail area is completely separate from the lounge/waiting area which keeps things feeling quiet and calm. Details: I'm impressed with the attention to detail and all the tiny little value adds. Guests get a locker with a key. Inside is a heavy and soft robe, a towel, and a tiny tray for jewelry. Spa slippers are actually sized so you can have a good fit. Anyone can use the showers, there are complimentary toiletries including hair ties, tampons, etc. dryers and straighteners, even a face cleanser and cotton rounds at the sink. Lounge area has nuts fruits and other snacks and of course post treatment your therapist or esti will greet you with a glass of water. (No cucumber or fruit infusion though.) 5 star experience. I'd love to say I'll be back again soon but knowing me I might let another year go by. :p if you're a spa person this would be a great place to be a regular. Read Less

I've been to Sego Lily Spa several times for different services and they NEVER disappoint. The customer service is bar none, the ambiance is peaceful and serene the second you walk in. The snacks (and even the water) are delicious. The robes and sandals themselves bring you relaxation and comfort. And then there are the therapist... there are no words for their skill and desire to make your experience everything you want it to be. Love being pampered at Sego Lily! My faves are facials with Thea in Bountiful and massages with Scott in Layton. Thea is extremely knowledgeable on all the products and knows what's best for taking care of your skin. She's also the best brow waxer and has helped my daughter's get back in shape. Plus she's fun to talk to. Scott is a master in massage therapy. I have serious nerve damage in my neck which causes me terrible pain in my shoulder and arm. His massage techniques are more helpful to me than the drugs my doc wants me to take (which I avoid). He gets in there, works through my issues then I'm good for about 3 weeks. It's so relaxing. Had a girls day out at Sego Lily. I decided to try the Rocky Mountain Stone Massage for the first time with an upgrade to include a foot massage. It was phenomenal!!! The heat of the stones with the pressure of the massage felt awesome. Camille did such a great job that near the end of session I felt myself almost drifting off to sleep. I was wishing I had purchased the 90 minute instead of 60 minute. I highly recommend you try it at least once! Sego Lily Spa LaytonI had a massage from Camille at noon during a lunch break.  I was having neck and shoulder pain from working on the computer all morning.  She knew exactly what to focus on.  It was more like going to a PT than just having a massage.  I left with more flexibility and range of motion than when I got on the table.  The tension and pain were very much diminished.  She seemed very experienced and knowledgable about what I needed.  I will request her again and need to make this a weekly habit. Went in for a birthday treat to myself.  Had the 90 minute Organic Harvest Facial.  FABULOUS!  The esthetician (shoot, can't remember her name, Chelsea?) was very professional and very caring about my well being during the entire facial.  And she had great hands, perfect for the back treatment, the arm, hand and feet massages...just awesome!  Almost fell asleep.  The products used for this service were just what my skin needed.  Very positive and holistic experience.  Will try and get back on a more frequent basis. I have been going to Sego Lily for I think maybe 10 years.  I love this day spa.  I was so sad when I moved away from Utah so whenever I go back for a visit I always go here for an appointment.  I have had all kinds of services done here and have been pretty happy with all of them.  What I really like about this place is that there is a locker room for the women and men and robes you get to wear around if you want and then a relaxing waiting area.  Many of the day spas I have been to have you just take off your clothes in the massage room and set it on a chair.  I always feel like I am at the GYN when I do this so I love the option of having a really nice locker room.  I would really recommend this spa to people and wish they would open one up in Colorado.  I also think the price is pretty reasonable for the services.
