The prices are fine, people are friendly. The only complaint I have is that they advertise really pretty nail art that seems pretty intricate. Great place to get your nails done at, but if you’re looking to get your eyelash extensions done here I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve never gotten lash extensions before, so I thought I’d give it a try there. So I called them to make an appointment & I asked how much a full volume set would be, they told me it was $75, so I thought okay great! When I got there they told me the lashes cost $100. This place is so dirty! Wanted to get up and walk out the whole time. Unsanitized tools, reusing single use items out of a drawer, filthy work area, no gloves on the workers, no hygiene standards whatsoever. . Had to request a new fresh file to be used on me because he had one that looked like it had been used on 20 people before me. A reputable salon does not reuse tools like this because it can transfer bacteria and viral infections! So nasty. Please keep yourself safe, they do not have laws in Utah in regards to safety standards and sterilization of tools. Call and ask a nail salon if they use and autoclave to sterilize their metal implements like clippers between clients...Those are the ones you want to go to! The service was terrible. We made a reservation, and were there ahead of others. Yet they still took walk ins and told us we needed to wait another 20mins. The facility seemed very unsanitary, and the paint colors were poor and looked very old. The staff was not kind at all. They did a nice job on my nails, but the place was unsanitary. I was not impressed at all. My nail technician used a nail file that had clearly been used many times and a buffer as well. He brought out his nail nippers for my cuticles and they had other people’s cuticles hanging on them. It was pretty much disgusting. Never going back again. Read Less

We discovered this place about 6 months ago, and is now my go to place. I like fancy art on my nails, and they offer the products and have the skills needed to do the quality job I look for. Cindy the owner is very hands on in customer service, I have yet to need something fixed, but have seen a few customers needing an adjustment. Cindy is very helpful, and quick to respond and seek a correction to the issue. My husband and I travel constantly, and have been to many shops ... Some better than others ... I don't know the girls name who did my nails but she was very rude and I would almost call it manhandling my hands. It was obvious she was either new or didn't know how to do nails at all. She had to have the girl in another station stop her work and shape my nails which she could barely do because they were so short already. One of my nails was broken and she had to apply a new fake nail on it or whatever it's called and it didn't even attach to my real nail. I've been here 3 times. The first 2 times I went during the week. I believe the female owner was my first technician. She fixed my previous crappy nail job from another location. The second time I had another female technician do my nails. She cut me twice while doing my nails. I was okay with it because she actually was taking her time to make my nails look good. My nails looked great those 2 times. They made my nails look natural and pretty. But this last time I went on a Friday. The place was insanely full. I had made an appointment for me and a friend but we still had to wait. I guess appointments are not really a thing unless you specify the name of one of the technicians. Either way I was taken by one of the male technicians. He seemed like he was rushing and definitely not paying too much attention to my nails. My nails turned out very bumpy, some crooked and the polish all streamy (like not enough top coat had been used), I paid $40 for a job not done well. I called and made an appointment ahead of time. I waited an hour after my appointment time to be seen. And then they only did my feet. And hour after that they did my nails. 3 hours later my nails were done. They were ok. Thickness of nails was ok, but the job was not perfect my any means. I went here for a Brazilian wax,gel mani and pedi and it was a nightmare. First of all, the customer service was terrible!! The lady who did my wax did not even talk or make me feel comfortable.Second, they're wax room was FILTHY! Usually when you go for Brazilian waxes, they go over everything with you but this lady didn't SHE DIDN'T EVEN LAY A TOWEL ON THE WAXING CHAIR AND THE CHAIR WAS DIRTY. Had I known this was going to happen, I wouldn't have came here. I was just running out of time and since I'm not from Utah, I didn't know any better. The gel nail polish came off in two days !! this place is horrible. they have terrible customer service. the nail tech left after she glued on two nails and i told her what i wanted. a new person came and started glueing on nails and just started powdering. after he did that he asked what i wanted and when i told him he said he couldn't do that and that i should've told him before. they barely spoke english and the paint job on my nails is terrible. it's choppy and smeared. he hurt me when he filled my nails and did anything else. there is nail polish all over my hands too. i will not be going back. Wonderful Customer Service!! Stopped in on a Saturday for full gel set and walked out pretty happy. On Monday, one of my nails broke off while putting on lotion and another came off on Thursday. I went in for a deluxe pedicure and to try something different with my nails. The pedicure I received was Fantastic. I wanted to try the organic dipping powder on my nails. While this salon did a nice job on our nails, their customer service is seriously lacking. When I called several days ahead of time to make appointments, I specifically asked if they would have enough people working at our desired day and time to do three pedicures at the same time, which they said they would. When we showed up, they had two spots for my sister and I relatively soon after our appointment time, but they did not have a seat for my young daughter. They prepared a seat literally at the opposite end of the salon for her maybe 10 minutes later, but then she just sat there for 45 minutes while my sister and I had our pedicures done because there was no one available to work on her. When the woman doing my sister's pedicure finished, she then went over and did my daughter's. Luckily we didn't have anywhere to be after our appointments because we ended up being at the salon about twice as long as we anticipated. The woman who gave my daughter her pedicure spent only half as much time on her as she did on me, even though I paid the same price for each of us. There were 13 people in the salon awaiting service while we were there and only 5 workers. I wish they would not overbook when they clearly do not have enough workers to tend to all customers. Do not tell 13 people you can fit them in unless you have 13 people working at that time! Had we been walk ins, this wouldn't have bugged me as much but when I called ahead of time and specifically asked, I expected us to be able to sit together and chat while having our pedicures done at the same time. I assume they do this to bring in as much business and money as possible, but it had the opposite effect with me. I won't be visiting this salon again. Read Less

Very friendly place! Even though I walked in at the end of the day, I was given a custom nail set with the new Organic Dipping Powder so I didn't get the harshness and thickness of acrylic.  The price was very reasonable considering I walked out completely satisfied with my nails.  The atmosphere was relaxed and I didn't feel rushed or pressured into changing my request.  I don't naturally have very pretty nails so I'm very happy with the transformation. I went in there to have my nails fixed (I went some where else should have known better). What I came in with was lumpy acrylics and nail polish coming off with a gel coat on top all less then 24hrs of getting them done some where else. EXPENSIVE- I feel robbed!My friend and I visited this nail salon to get our nails done before a wedding. Though we received okay treatment, I just have to say that I feel completely robbed. She and I called ahead of time to ask about pricing ($25 for a pedicures, $30 for manicure)... And were even given small menus with prices when we sat down for our pedicures and manicures...WE WERE EACH CHARGED $80!!! They told us the pricing AFTER they had started. We were sitting down in the chairs. If it hadn't been for my friend, I would have left the place quickly. It makes me angry that we paid this much to have our nails done. It was my first visit and I had Leon do my nails. I haven't gotten my nails done like this since 2012 and I would rate between a four and a five because when I look at my nails a little bit deeper there's little fine details that could've been better but overall my nails look great and I'm happy with them. A young girl was brought into this establishment and was ridiculed and assaulted over tremors that are a result of her disability (CP). When the parent tried to explain they ignored the explanation and demanded the child be told to behave better. At one point a worker hit the young lady's leg ( her explanation is they are "allowed to 'tap'")for moving, this movement was an uncontrollable jerk. Complaints at the time were not acknowledged due to what appears to be a language barrier but could simply be laziness. Please don't bring your child here! Read Less

Very clean, good color selection, and the girl who does design on the nails is very good. I got a pedicure and have had much better for less money. Once seated, someone turned on the water and left the room. The water got so hot that I had to take my feet out because it was very uncomfortable and my skin was getting red. Then the water got close to full, so I called for someone to turn it off. Finally someone came out and turned it off just before it poured over the edge. When she felt how hot the water was, she drained some and added cool water. There was no apology. Finally a man came out and started on my feet. He seemed to be in a rush. A few of my toes were bleeding from his aggressive cuticle clipping. Also, when he "finished" my heels were still dry and rough. I also had a shellac french manicure...the white parts were very uneven, one nail had a chip and there were a few specks on other nails. I think it is very uncomfortable to do a mani and pedi because they do them at the same time and you have to  lean over and hold your hand up for them. The service was great and friendly I was welcomed right when I walked in. They offered me free water bottles and made me feel comfortable. I got a full set of stiletto acrylic nails and a pedicure it looked very nice and I'm happy with it and the price was reasonable. The place looks very clean and trendy, would definitely recommend. Fine pedicures as long as you don't want actual nail art. They'll say they can do whatever pic you show them, but when it comes down to it they usually can't. Even for things as simple as stripes or polka dots. But don't worry you will get lots of attitude! Why say you can do it if you can't? Read Less
