I agree with the one person who posted. My nail tech and the gal next to her never stopped talking the whole time I was there. They talked the whole time in their language and acted like I wasn't even there. Used to have great customer service but not so much anymore. I had a splitting headache when I left. Quick, professional service with a personal touch. It was my first time there but as others arrived they were greeted warmly by name and asked about specific people or circumstances of their life. I came here one day a few months ago and never stopped coming! I love this place, they do incredible eyebrow waxes and beautiful nails! They do way better than the pictures I show them!!! Best experience and I would recommend this place to everyone and their mothers! I brought my entire family here and they haven't stopped coming back either. This place is for you if a) you have all day or don't mind waiting 45-80 minutes for your appointment b) enjoy pain c) are not particular about how your nails look d) aren't worried about hygiene in general. First off, this place is busy which I took to be a good sign. But they take walk-ins while you are waiting for your appointment, get them started and then move on to you, holding the walk-in "hostage". I saw this happen repeatedly during the 2.5 hours I was there. My tech did not mind inflicting pain and injury - I have 3 bloody fingers to show for it. He could not get the white tips a consistent length and promised he could get rid of certain marks on the nail by doing a full set replacement - NOT! Lastly, all the techs use each others tools and although they had disinfectant liquid at their stations, they do not use it. The next customer will be getting their nails done with the same tools he made me bleed with! Yuck. NEVER GOING BACK. 8/8 - Seems like my photos were removed. Re-adding them. Read Less

The service was great! I was running a little late and they fit me right in! My nails are gorgeous and they were super nice to my younger siblings! The decor is great! They have a great selection on colors and do great nail art however their customer service it terrible. I sat in the pedicure chair for 25 mins before I had to ask when someone would attend to me. They talk to each other in a language I don't understand and would stop working on me to talk. Super un professional but I guess they can get away with it because they do a good job. Read Less

Wait time is approx. 45 min. to an hour (or longer), regardless of what they quote, and regardless of whether you have made an appointment or not. Also, half the massage chairs don't work and there are no prices posted. I won't be wasting my time there anymore. Read Less

They are friendly but just wow when it comes to the quality. I had gel paint all over my hands which doesn't come off and the paint job was awful. The lady also caused some pain when doing my nails. Maybe I just caught her on a bad day but I will definitely not be going back. Read Less

I have been here three times before today and all three times were good experiences (hence why this isn't a one star review)Today on the other hand I had someone I had never had before and it was terrible. She kept buffing my skin in the beginning which freaking HURT! (My first sign I should have asked for another person.) she kept painting all over my skin so now my skin has color and clear coat all over it! I ask her to fix it and she just clipped some off and said it was fine. I asked again and she said it was fine again. Look at my picture... not fine. Clear coat and color everywhere! Read Less
