I got the Deluxe Pedicure and it exceeded my expectations! The pedicure was over an hour long and 45 minutes of that was spent carefully massaging (from my toes up to my knees) and applying hot wax to my feet, a green tea mask to my legs, more massaging, and hot stones to finish it off. I felt so pampered and the complete opposite of rushed. And the best part... it was only $35! This was my first time getting a pedicure at VIP nails & it definitely won't be my last. Based on the experience I just had, I do not recommend you get a pedicure here. I was the only customer in the salon when I arrived and it took nearly 90 *excruciating* minutes until my pedicure was completed. The lady who did it seemed sweet, but she was using a cuticle nipper tool that was dull. She nipped and nipped until she cut my skin and had some difficulty getting it to stop bleeding.There was a toddler (one of the owners' children I am guessing) who was clearly bored out of his mind running wild throughout the salon, shouting and crying during my entire service... I have two toddlers of my own at home so I completely understand that most of the time, 2-4 year olds are a force to be reckoned with.  I was just really looking forward to escaping the chaos at my own home to have a moment of peace while getting a pedicure. Unfortunately, my experience was far from peaceful or relaxing.. Also, the bottle of nail polish used to paint my toes nearly empty. I would have happily chosen another color had I realized this before she started painting. Once she started painting I could tell it was clearly an older bottle and even seemed dried out so much so that she had to tip the bottle upside down many times with each stroke of the brush to even get anything out. Then the polish was somewhat clumpy when attempting to apply it to my nails. I went on a weekday around noon and was one of the only customers there. A guy did a regular pedicure, which was extremely good and it still included salt scrubs and a lengthy massage. Clean, friendly, and thorough. Read Less

I have been here a few times over the past year. Usually the pedicures are pretty good. Salon is clean. This week we called ahead for 4 pedicures. We made appts & when we got there, there were only 3 people working. One employee was doing nails &  the other 2 started the pedicures. As soon as the woman finished doing the nails she came over & started the 3rd pedi. Our 4th appt waited until all 3 other pedicures were completed. We made an appt for a reason. If you can't do 4 pedicures at once, on a Friday afternoon, with appointments made, that is an issue. Tell us before we come.... Pedicures were sped through & not worth the extra money for the deluxe. Will be finding a new place to go. Read Less

My grandmother has gone here for years and I am always getting her a gift certificate from here for her. They do a great job on her nails, they treat her kindly (it's my grandmother, I won't have it any other way) and the place is very clean. Read Less

I love this nail salon! I've gone there for the past 3 years for all my manicures and pedicures. The staff is very friendly and they all do a wonderful job. You can call and make an appointment or drop in. It's a great place to go with a friend or for a mother/daughter day- the pedicure chairs are great! Read Less
