This place is the WORST nail salon I have EVER been to. They are so rude here. The guy that did my nails told me that my nails “don’t look good on my hands”. He filed the nails for so long that they burnt until my eyes were watering. The guy filed the side of my nail so hard that it filed my skin as well, & I started bleeding. He kept wiping the blood off with his gloves & he NEVER once said sorry or asked if I was okay. He then got snippy with me after I said the UV light wasn’t on. He told me I need to “calm down & let him do his job”. I will never come here again, & I do not recommend this place at all. It’s not clean either. Read Less

I love this place! I have gone here for years! The staff is skilled and wonderful to the customers!! It makes me so sad that people say bad things. In fact, I have to wonder if people are mixing this place up with somewhere else. Because I can’t believe some of the things said. The Manager and her family all work here. And they are all lovely! When I travel and have to go to other salons, the quality, across the board, is inferior to Nail Spa Too. This salon is in a very high median income area. So maybe some of the negative folks are the type that are impossible to please, sadly. I would highly encourage anyone to go here! I take my daughter, get friends and myself often. Stopped by this location on a whim. Do not go here. Within 4 hours of the service I was itching all over, thought allergic reaction to gel. However, i have been getting gel nails at another salon for years and never had any issues. Turns out i got a FUNGUS infection from this damn place. All 10 of my fingers and 2 of my toe nails. My nails are detaching from the nail bed, i am in pain, my fingers are bleeding. Never go here. They are obviously not sanitary. Read Less

If I could give this zero stars I would. Terrible, terrible service! The nail tech did not listen to me about what I wanted. Quite frankly, I don’t even know if she understood at all what I was saying. I noticed some odd things about my nails while she was doing them and brought my concerns to her attention. She just basically hand gestures to me and from what I could understand, she made it sound like it wasn’t done yet and she was going to fix it. When she was all done.... I already knew I didn’t like them and I should’ve just had them take them right off. They look like I put just used press on nails. The curve up like a ski jump. Great job, but lacking a bit in customer service. Another review says to avoid the male, but there is more than one male there. Vincent does a fabulous job on both manis and pedis. He doesn't talk much, but does a really great job. Even though they accept walk-ins, always make an appt to be attended to quickest and finished up first. As with most places that accept walk-ins, they fit you in where they can around people with appts. There is an older lady there who was removing my old gel for Vincent. She was not friendly, and seemed stressed. She did not say one word to me, until I smiled at her and asked how show was doing. That seemed to loosen her up a bit. I know they are a service oriented business, and we all want to be pampered when we get our mani-pedis, I just try to remember everybody is fighting their own kind of personal battle and unless I treat others with extra kindness, I should not automatically expect it "just because". I have been going here for a year now, with a scheduled appt with Vincent, and he never disappoints me with his work. He always smiles at me and always asks about the length and color on the first nail, before proceeding. If there is a delay, because he has to finish up another client first, he keeps me informed of how many minutes he'll be. Price is reasonable, and I will keep going back.Read Less

When I first walked into this nail salon I thought the interior seemed pretty nice and relatively clean. As far as the pedicure goes I'm not a fan. The guy doing my pedicure seems like he doesn't know what he is doing and just going through the basic motions. My mom is getting a pedicure next to me and hers seems to be going a lot better other than hers was done super quick (20 mins from start to finish). I've had to ask 3 times for my nails to be trimmed down another staff member also came over to take a peek. I've never had to ask for my nails to be trimmed before and I get a lot of pedicures. I'm going to give two stars because my nail guy, Kevin was amazing but I feel dishonest business practices are unacceptable.  I feel like they completely unfairly charge people at their discretion. I got a rushed service (I had to get back to work)...They just shaped by nails and painted them - to me this would be what's expected in a "polish change" - yet they still changed me the full $25 which is what I was quoted for a gel manicure. My gf was with me and got the $25 gel manicure and had the full service (soaking cuticles, hand massage, etc). When I asked about it they told me she "needed it" so that's why she soaked etc...makes absolutely NO sense. Read Less

Industry standard quality pedicure,  obviously a fairly busy place, but I think they handle the traffic flow well. Very clean and professional. $25 for pedicure, $30 with French tip. I did not find any of the temps  to be overly hot.  Even with them being busy I did not feel like they rushed my service.***update, I also just saw them clean the pedi tank in between customers. Beautiful salon!Not outdated and dusty like many others I've been to. I scheduled an appointment for a fill today and the gentleman that did it was fairly detail oriented. He handed me off to another nail tech to do my color. I'm pretty satisfied with my overall experience but $30 for a fill is a bit much. Read Less

Worst pedicure ever. I hardly ever write reviews but I feel like it's my duty to tell everyone to NEVER go here. The foot care was horrendous and painful and the massage was non existent. Like seriously 1 minute long.  In addition, each employee was glued to the tv watching American Ninja Warrior. Oh and they charge $20 EXTRA for gel nails on top of the $25 pedicure. So my total was OVER $45 for the WORST pedicure I've ever gotten. Save your money. Read Less

I've had several pedicures from Nail Spa Too that the majority of, have been great. Today I had the second pedicure done by one of their male employees that ended in severe pain. The first of the two wasn't extremely bad, which is why I didn't mention it, but the pedicure today was brutal. The tool used to clip the dead skin away around the toe nail, cut my cuticle which caused it to bleed pretty badly, and has been in pain ever since. I let him know it hurt, and he knew he had cut me, since he kept having to use a towel to dab the blood, yet he kept using products on it which stung (even though I'd flinch each time.) I did end up calling the salon when I got home and explained the situation; they offered me a 50% off discount for my next visit, however, I am hesitant to go back. I'd recommend a female employee to anyone looking for a relaxing, pain-free visit! Read Less

I'm usually super happy with my nails that i get done at nails and spa too in highland, utah. today i went in to get a pedicure and i was very disappointed. i had a young girl with red hair doing my pedicure and the majority of the time she was using her phone in some way (texting, 2 lengthy phone calls, and checking social media sites.) she did a good job at painting my nails however i was just SUPER FRUSTRATED AGH. i will still go here to get pedicures though and request someone else.
