Worst pedicure ever! I made an appointment to get a pedicure to ensure that I wouldn’t have to wait too long. I ended up waiting 40 minutes and the water was cold when he started on my toes. Kevin and Tiffany the owners are just awesome people! When I call for an appointment they usually have some space on the same day, sometimes I need to wait a day! Walk ins often stop by while I'm there! They've got a great team of friendly hard working people! Excellent pedicures and I love my powder gel nail overlays! I've gotten a full set done by Kevin here and it was FABULOUS. But then I came back...the woman who did my fill was so fast & rough with the drill that it got to hot and I kept pulling my hand back because it felt like it was burning. And then my paint job...she did just fine on the color, but she was too busy trying to get home, she didn't bother to watch what she was doing with the top coat. It doesn't reach my cuticle OR the sides of my nails so I just have this weird shadow going on. Bottom line: Don't bother coming here unless it's for Kevin. He's awesome. Read Less

Very nice pedicure! Sadly, when I got home my toddler stepped on my foot and smudged/smeared the polish from three of my toes. I went back later in the afternoon and they immediately squeezed me in and repainted the ones that were ruined. I had a design on my big toe and so she had to redo that as well. These guys were amazing!!!!! My nails look incredible and the customer service was outstanding, super friendly! Kevin did my pedicure and did such a great job I haven't felt my feet this smooth in SO long. His cute wife started on my manicure while I was still getting my pedicure done and I LOVED THAT. She did such a great massage I seriously started falling asleep, and she even massaged my shoulders! Once I was done with my pedicure we went to finish my manicure and she made sure it was absolutely perfect. Even went out of her way to add another layer of gloss to my toes to make them "extra shiny" and put a fan on my feet so they could dry. I'm so upset. I went in and got my nails done, and they looked PERFECT; but when one chipped, and I went in to get it fixed, the guy that fixed my toe was  TERRIBLE. He took an electric file, filed my nail so thin it hurt(not to mention un-even) and slapped nail polish on, getting it EVERYWHERE. When I told him about it, he took CLIPPERS AND CLIPPED THE POLISH AND MY SKIN OFF. OW! If you go here only go to the cute ladies with red hair. Muun is AWESOME, but I don't know if that's how she spelled her name. I kinda couldn't understand her.  Everyone else isn't good. My pedicure looks great; however, this place is not kid friendly. I brought my 5 year old daughter with me. I've done this before at other salons and it was a great experience. Here, the technicians wouldn't let her dip her toes in the water, hold a bottle of nail polish, or lift up the armrest. She was well behaved but they were irritated she was there even though she sat quietly. Every little thing she did, they had a problem with it. I walked in and they were so accommodating. Tiffany did an amazing job! I had an overlay with gel on top. A couple weeks ago I went to another salon and I felt like they destroyed my fingers when doing the overlay. Tiffany was very gentle and did an excellent job. Finally I find a person who cares about his clients and did wonderful job with my gelish, used all the right tools that others places don't have or simply they don't bother!to clean your nails and use a buffer for smooth the nail finish. My friend and I and our daughters came here and we had the best experience. The staff was so friendly and they never rushed us. We actually had to get up and ask if we were done so we could leave. I went in Friday night to get a full set with almond shape and that's exactly what I got! The nail tech also helped me pick a beautiful color and I'm so happy with the result. She was super friendly and even stayed after close to finish my nails and she asked me a few times during the service if the length and shape were okay. I will definitely be coming back for my fill! Yay! After years of searching I think I have found my new favorite nail place here in this area. This place is not close to where I live but I am willing to make the drive and pay extra money for the exceptional service. It is a warm, welcoming, relaxing environment. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! This is also my very first bad review on Yelp!I typically go to another place in South Jordan but my friend has a reservation here that day and I decided to join her. I just wanted a simple shellac manicure and that is what I got, but not without a few complications. First off the lady who was working on me was just rude and short tempered. When she started fixing my cuticles I was in so much pain!!! She kept pushing them farther back and basically stabbing me in my cuticles even after I audibly gasped in pain. She just would not stop messing with them even after I told her to stop! She kept grabbing my hands anytime I would try to reach into my purse to do something because they "hadn't dried." The problem was I would have my nails under the light for 2 series of 3 minutes and based on my past experiences I know them to be dry! Furthermore, and what made me the most angry, was that the entire thing took almost an hour and a half! Typically it takes the salon at most 45 minutes to do my nails! I was really pressed for time and was not expecting it to take that long at all! And I started to tell her I needed to leave about a half hour before I needed to, thinking that would speed her along, but it didn't! She was so rude and not mindful of my time at all! In the end I basically had to run out of the store! She would not stop messing with my cuticles, even at the very end!Overall the manicure itself is ok, but the pain and service that I received were not worth it. Yaaay love this adorable nail shop. I get my nails done every 3 weeks, obsessive I know, but I haven't found THE place yet. That is until I found US NAIL! The women are incredibly sweet and do a fantastic top notch job on everything from even color, even filed nails, cuticles They go above and beyond as well.
