I had an appt today at 12pm for a deluxe pedicure, very friendly and they know what they’re doing. Needless to say I was in my own Nirvana, the entire hour was so relaxing. She started with a nice shoulder massage, after that she used a scrub on my legs. She then trimmed down my nails, and then put my feet in wax while massaging my legs with oils and heat rocks for about 30 min. Then she used hot towels on my legs and feet to clean them off. She did a great job at painting my toe nails just the way I wanted them done. She got a great tip from me and I definitely plan on returning, after my stressful week that was just what I needed. First I will say the gentleman doing my pedicure was great, he definitely is not the reason for this review. The nail tech however, was a completely horrible experience. She was hurting me, drilling my nails extremely hard, then cut my finger, under my nail, drawing blood. I told her several times she was hurting me. She then proceeded to rip my full acrylic nails off the other hand, not even trying to soak off or drill off. On top of this, I had specifically said i wanted to keep my long real nails-no tips, she proceeded to cut all my nails off and insisted on tips. My nails hurt. I have bruised and red nail beds and on top of dried blood under my finger, I also still have nail dust residue under my nails and acrylic all down my fingers that won't come off. My first impression was let me try this salon with my friend it looks clean and they have a lot of great choices for nail colors. The smell was very strong and nauseating in the shop. They could have had fans blowing and or opened the door. But the chairs were comfortable and the gentlemen who began my pedicure was very nice and did a very good job with my feet. He was pretty fast too! What surprised me is once he was done there was not a machine to dry my feet as I had gotten a regular pedicure which everyone knows if not dried correctly it will smudge. They put a small fan in front of my feet and I had to spend more time drying them getting them done. As for my nails 3 days after getting shellac half of a nail lifted up completely on its on and two other nails chipped. This is unacceptable for gel polish and to have spent a pretty penny and give a good tip. Sadly moral of the story they lost a new customer who recommended several people to go try it out but I will not come back and not tell anyone else too. Read Less

I was a customer of Jada nails for years. I've been going to Jada before she opened up her own saloon and was a customer when she was working with her sisters so it's been over 10yrs. The owner has nickel and dimed the customers over the years and have lost technicians that I would visit on a regular basis. The owner is dishonest and does not treat their customers fairly. I was charged for services I did not ask for and when I brought it to the owners attention she did nothing so I filed a dispute with my bank and Jada the owner blantly lied about my experience and said I was completely satisfied. She's dishonest and only cares about the money and not the overall service of the customer. Find a better nail salon where they will appreciate you! This is not one of them Read Less

I used to LOVE this place. But after a year of "giving it another chance" I finally have had it. I've been there too many times and witnessed such terrible customer service especially by the owner. Especially the way they treat younger teenage girls. I think that they automatically have a "poor tipper" target on their backs the moment they walk in. My final straw happened when I went back 3 days after I just had my nails done to fix 2 that chipped. Upfront I told them it was my fault they chipped and I expected to pay to have them redone. They kept asking me who had done them, and since I didn't have my normal girl do them I couldn't tell them her name and didn't see her. They then accused me of not getting them done there and that they didn't remember me. Seriously!? I've only been going there for 4 years. Not to mention I wasn't expecting them to redo them for free. Needless to say I WILL NOT be going back which is sad because when I can get into her, Cindy is phenomenal. So if you do go, make sure to get her. I've always loved Jada Nails. It's clean and massage chairs are comfortable. I'm giving only 4 stars because they used to include little extras like shoulder massage with their pedicures but last few times I've been in they have skipped this. Also had a manicure and had no hand massage at all. They were busy and I get their need to hurry people along but I miss those little extras. Read Less

I used to love this place but it is definitely not in my top 5 anymore. I usually always call ahead for an appointment and I always end up waiting 30 minutes or MORE! Sometimes they even seat me and forget about me. The past couple times I have gone they are in such a rush my nails don't turn out the way I like and I don't feel like I am getting the service that I paid for. I have also had several instances where my nails end up chipping or my acrylics lift. They don't maintain clients well at all, I feel like they are always rushing because they are so busy and don't turn anyone away even when it is PACKED. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore. Hope they can start maintaining their clients and put more time into each person. Until then, I will find somewhere else to go. Read Less

Brought a wedding party here and they were fantastic and accommodating. Flexible with one of our late arrivals and patient when one in our party had a hard time finding the right color. Fantastic luxury pedicure. Love the hot stone massage! Our little flower girl loved it! Read Less

I saw a young lady maybe 13  getting her eyes waxed for the first day of school she was so excited and she looks beautiful all except for the eye that Jada nails left her with a huge blister where the wax was obviously too hot. My heart went out to her she had to go to school with a huge blister. While the lady was waxing her eyebrows she was on the phone talking and not paying attention to the young lady. After she had burned her it was obvious, and she said you'll be alright go home and put some cream on it. I love kims salon on 700 east and  about 8240 south give them a try. I have to agree with everyone else. This place really sucks. I had been going here for a few months and spent a LOT of money. Especially in tips as I believe in tipping well. Well the girl who did my nails seemed annoyed every time I asked for a certain design or shape. They talk to each other nonstop, answer and text on their phones while doing a pedicure or nails. Very rude and unprofessional. The last straw was when ALL MY GEL polish peeled off the VERY NEXT DAY because the girl was in a hurry and didn't dry it properly. Stay away from this place. Read Less

Horrible customer service. Jada made it seem like it was my fault that I didn't get a massage with my gel pedicure OR gel manicure. The girl who did it was so rushed and kept leaving to help other customers. She had me operate the light while she started on someone's pedicure. Once she told me how to do the light, she literally never came back! I had to ask someone else if I was done!?! She said she thought so and that I could go pay/leave. Seriously a joke! Jada was so rude in front of a salon full of customers making this out to be my problem. My first experience was so great.... this one was 100% the opposite. $75 later and not impressed at all. DETAILED BEWAREI came here to get a Brazilian wax. The tech told me I could leave my underwear on so I'd be more comfortable. Maybe it's a Utah thing. I'm from California, I'm getting my vajayjay wax. I'm not really worried about comfort. I just want efficiency. I tell her it's fine and I take my underwear off. She folds up a paper towel and puts it over one side (lip) and wants me to hold. Again so I feel more comfortable. Wtf? Ok? so I do. Then the wax she puts on the bottom half (lips) is a hard wax but it's way to hot and burnt the shit out of me. I have my cosmo license and also know how to wax. I know it was way to freaking hot. Then the "sensitive" wax they use on top is in a roller. As she tries to roll it on it's just pulling on my hairs so badly. She tells me I'm done. I take a look. There is a fine line that goes right on the inside of the lips that grows hair. Both sides still had all these hairs that she missed probably cause she couldn't see cause that damn paper towel she was making me hold. I ask her to get them and then she tries to tweeze them all. There is prob a good 30-50 little hairs on each side.  I still have little random hairs all down there. Not to mention she had just rolled out some paper towels for me to see on. Pretty sure she was the one uncomfortable doing the wax and she wanted me partly covered. And look what happen! She missed so many hairs and I got a horrible wax that cost me $40. Awesome!If you are uncomfortable with the body don't do waxing! I did also get the luxury pedicure which was AMAZING and my nails done. They turned out great as well. Read Less

Absolutely hated it. I had a horrible experience. I just went for a simple wax and I always come here. After them forgetting about me for 20 minutes I went up front and she said Jada would return. After I went back into the wax room I waited another 40 minutes. Only to be told Jada is busy for another hour and I can come back then. If I had the option to leave no stars I would. Read Less

I used to love coming here, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. I asked for a little acrylic on top of my real nails and Kathy drilled the tips of my real nails off at the end. It will take months for them to go back to that again. Then when I picked out this soft pink of course the swatch didn't match the color. So finally they just put an ugly gold on my nails. I should have spoke up, but it was such a horrible job I just wanted to get out of there!! Would not recommend coming here! Read Less

I keep trying to like this place since a couple of my friends swear by this salon. However, I've never had a stellar experience here. Its completely strange to me that they use a vacuum suction tube to clean up the nail shavings. I guess its faster but....uh, okay. Anyway, each time I've been there, with an appointment, I've had to wait at least 15-20 min. Every time. Once, some chic wasn't paying attention and knicked my cuticle so of course, I bled. Superglue fixes it all but still, thats never a good sign. The last (and final) time I went, I got my nail fill, supposedly with She-lac- though 2 days later, at my work event, the polish starting peeling and chipping. By the time I got home 4 days after the initial appointment both thumbs and three fingers had issues. I've been so busy with work that I never made it back to have them fix it, but truly- whatever. I'll go somewhere else and get it done more professionally and honestly. *Sigh* Pass on this place if you're trying to find a decent salon. Save yourself the time and frustration. Read Less

I scheduled an appointment for 4 people (2 gel manicures, 2 mani (gel)-pedis). My technician seemed annoyed to be working with me and she left jagged edges on my nails which I had to have her fix as I was paying. The gel manicure has lasted over 2 weeks without any issues. However, usually when I get a pedicure it will last at least 3 weeks. The polish on the pedicure started chipping within 3 days. Read Less

Obsessed with Jada. She is a hustled and hard worker. Have gotten acrylics, pedicure, and brows waxed here and all of them have been impeccable. Jada is AMAZING AT THE BROW WAX. it is worth every penny. Also really nice that you get little freebies if they are not slammed like a hot towel or shoulder rub. Read Less
