Got a gift card for my girlfriend Gaby. She said she enjoyed her experience. Went in on a Saturday around noon, and had no wait at all. The accommodate walk-ins. They have comfy massage chairs and a complementary water while being serviced. Everything was clean and hygienic. Staff is friendly, not the most talkative, but they are friendly. Went and got a full set of pink and white powders. They looked amazing for about a day. After literally not doing anything but my normal daily routine (not strenuous things!) the nails started coming up. I went in 2 days after getting them. And all they did was put a coat of gel nail polish on. $35 plus a tip for a 3 day set of nails. So dissatisfied! Read Less

Worst place ever! No customer regard. You would think as busy as they are that they are really good. It is actually just their prices. No one in there speaks good english so if you try to tell them something they don't understand and if you keep asking they get rude. I went in there tonight for shellac/gel nails. After they woman doing my nails just kept laying and layering where it looked like I had uneven glue on my nails I nicely pointed it out. She spoke not in english to another employee which came over and tried to fix it. When I told her it was to thick and stuck on the sides of my nail beds and hurt she told me to be quiet and wait til she was done. Who does that?! I tried to show her all the nails that had issues and she stood up and told me to not come back, just go! Unbelievable. This is not my first experience in there but I still went back since it is near my home. Spend a couple dollars more and go elsewhere. A couple of these woman need to be let go! If you want to be treated like dirt and get a nail job that will take you a good hour or more to get the mess off then go here. Read Less

$22 pedicures are competitively priced. They had a full house but still got me in right away. My pedicure took a really long time but she was working on my feet the entire time and did a good job.I had my toddler with me, she likes to sit on my lap, and the nail tech bought her skittles from the quarter machine while we were waiting for my nails to dry. I've been getting my nails done at Crystal Nails for 15 years, It is still the greatest place EVER. The people are so nice and they always make sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave. I have tried many nail places in my 12 years in Draper. I LOVE Crystal Nails. I am busy. Appointments are not in the cards. Being able to run in when I either need to or just want a change is fantastic AND they are honest, None of this I'll clip this for you, & later you realize you've just agreed to a $28 manicure on top of a polish change!! Never happens here. Great pedi's. Great prices, too. Can't be beat & I keep running into more & more old friends!!! Yes, the prices are very cheap and reasonable. But the poor quality is not worth the low price. I went in to get a pedicure and a manicure. My pedicure was O.K. but my manicure was HORRIBLE. She didn't trim my nails to the same length at all, and my nails are naturally long.. but not always all the same length. The polish was bubbly and already chipping away by the time I left, and she left polish on my fingers and cuticles! I do not recommend this place. I won't be going back. If you want quality, go somewhere else and pay a little more. Read Less
