They were awesome!!!!!!!!!! They close at 7 and we got there at about 6:45 just wanting to schedule an appointment for the following day since we knew they were closing soon. They asked us to sign in and had us wait for about 5 minutes and stayed past 8 to finish our nails!!!! So cool! I travel full time and get my nails done every couple of weeks at a different salon every time. I was referred to this place and I got a pedi and a fill. The #2 pedi was done by a young guy, I don't know his name. Honestly it was an average pedicure, he could probably use a bit more pressure on the massage and didn't get too heavily in to cleaning down under the nail or exfoliating my heel too much. I go every two weeks though, so maybe they didn't need as much attention. By no means was it bad though. They weren't real busy so a girl did my fill at the same time as my pedi. She did a fantastic job on my fill, one of the best in 4 years of traveling. If I lived in the area this would be my go to nail salon. Next time I'm in the area, I'll go here again for sure! It was a relaxing start. I was received well and the nail tech guy was gentle. Main thing I was not too happy about was the nail tech not using the cuticle pusher on my nails. I know my nails better than anyone and I know that most of my nails need to have it pushed back. Due to dry skin, it can be harder to push than usual, but I do it just fine to my own nails. Wish I would have done that before coming in, but I've been really busy and thought that in my hour of free time I could use a little 'me' time and take care of my ragged looking nails. The neighboring nail tech was quite nosy and when I mentioned to my nail tech that one nail in particular could be pushed back further, she interfered, looked at my nail, and claimed it wasn't possible. She made me feel like I was so wrong. I just accepted it so as to not be rude and let the guy finish my nails, but I'm still not happy. I'm sure other people will have a great experience with acrylics, pedicures, and such. They seem nice, but I certainly will not be going back. Read Less

Went in for a mani pedi and thought it seemed good. When I got home the polish literally peeled off the whole nail. It's just sad to spend good money and have poor product used. (I did notice the top and base coat seemed really thick)I am not sure how sterile the tools are when they save the sterile blue plastic bag to reuse. As a nurse we threw them away after each use. Warning !! My friend got a infection on this place, it leasted more than a month. Smells like rat pop, looks nasty, this business needs a serious cleanup. I did a regular polish it last less than a week! Seriously you may get the fungus is not worth it. Read Less

I did not have a good experience here. If you do end up going, pay attention to the cleanliness of the establishment; this is where you can find a flop or a diamond in the rough. I had a gut feeling we should have left before they came over, but I kept talking myself out of it. They don't sterilize...let's be honest, they don't even sanitize their appliances between clients, and one of the guys that works there just took some "cleaning substance" I'm assuming glass cleaner and sprayed down one of the pedicure bowls and just let it sit there and 2 minutes later filled it with more water for his next client. Disgusting! I truly am surprised I didn't end up with an infection yet, because I'm sure he is not the only one being so careless. Then the woman working on my pedicure was fairly nice when she came over, but when I told her I was going to do the cheapest pedicure, she was horrible. They don't massage your feet, my pedicure looked like I had a child try out painting nails for the first time on my feet, and it lasted for a week. All in all the customer service is sorely lacking, and it is one of the dirtiest cesspools I've ever endured, and I am kicking myself for staying. Read Less

Horrible! I have been there twice the owner (mom) was trying to push me into getting gel. Well I can't get gel because I'm allergic to something in it. So I kindly said no thank you she kept pushing I kept telling her no by the end I was so frustrated so I belted NO thank you, SI'm allergic I can't get gel. She looked annoyed and I was certainly annoyed. At the end of my visit she put on a top coat after the polish I was not watching very close so I'm not sure what kind she put but after my visit it took over 3 hours for my nails to dry and they itched extremely bad. So I'm assuming she put a gel top coat on just for fun. She was also saying how Americans don't care about others and was talking bad about the only white girl that works there saying she didn't like her hair and makeup and that Americans have to wear tons of makeup and hair extensions and her daughters don't wear very much and that's more beautiful. Really lady? Apparently she didn't realize I am an American. I decided maybe she was just having a bad day and I would give them another shot.  I went there to get my nails filled again HUGE mistake. They had a guy doing my nails and from the start I knew he had no idea what he was doing I should have followed my instincts. instead I asked him if he was new or if doesn't come in often he replied with oh yeah I'm here 3 days a week so I thought ok well I will just shut up then and see what happens. Well, he took over an hour and barely filled in my nails where they were growing out and filed down my nails at the tips very thin! I said don't you think they are going to break he assured me they would be fine but I already knew otherwise. That night of course one of my nails broke on the side of the nail at the tip so I went back the next day they sat me with the same man and he barely put enough fill to cover where the break was because I still had real nail left then he painted it and sent me on my way of course for the next few days I had 5 more break and I never went back again to have them fixed because I am busy and don't have time to spend everyday in a nail shop that has no idea what they are doing! On top of all that there was a blond lady (customer) in there and I know the mom and dad that own the shop were talking crap about her because the dad was standing behind the lady as the mom did her nails looking at her up and down shaking his head and talking in a a language I didn't understand and the mom looked at him and laughed then said something in a different language they both saw I was watching and immediately stopped then started to try and smile and talk to me. I asked to get my nails buffed, they asked if I wanted them to use the machine, I said no, a regular buff with a nail file buff and they didn't know what I was talking about. They ended up only cutting my nails but not buffing them. How does a nail salon not know how to buff nails. I felt like showing them a you tube video with instructions. Read Less

I got a pedicure and was pretty disappointed in the outcome. I showed an exact picture of what I wanted and the result looks like a "Pinterest fail". He also didn't file my nails after trimming them even though I specifically asked him to shape my nails. And he got nail polish all over my toes. Their price for a basic pedicure is cheap at $22 but they charged me 5 bucks just to add a swipe of glitter polish on half of each toe! That's a rip off if you ask me. Especially when the end result is so bad. And the callus removal lasted about 5 seconds per foot.There was also a girl who had just finished a pedicure when I walked in. The nail tech who was with her started on my pedicure right away and only 2/3 through it did the girl finally say something about waiting for her manicure. She had come in for a pedicure and manicure and they stopped right in between so that they could do mine. That's really disrespectful! She was waiting around forever! He finally got back to her when he was done with my pedicure and didn't even sit down the whole time. He was standing, slapping some polish on her nails and rushing her out. i went and tried this new nail salon out to see what they got! went in and spoke with viet he did my shellac nails! viet was very informative and recommended the shellac nails instead of acrylics.! i have never seen anything like the shellac nails. it looks sooo good and so thin. viet told me when it comes off it will NOT damage my real nails like acrylics would.
