Came in over the weekend without an appointment. It was busy but they offered me water and some afternoon sweets. I was able to get in pretty quickly. I loved my foot soak and got the high-end pedicure. The pampering was just amazing. They use high-quality lotions, oils and scents. It just me feel so calm after my rough week. I think more guys should get their feet done here. I got the signature pedicure and it was amazing! My feet got the ultimate rub-down by a super nice lady who also gave me a great foot massage. Great experience!! The atmosphere is great there, very relaxing. The lady that did my nails did an amazing job (I think her name was Chou?) Dee did an amazing job on my mom as well! Even when they accidentally got messed up (we didn’t wait long enough for them to dry), they stayed late until 9:00pm to help fix them! I already had fake nails on, went to get a fill. I went yesterday and today the fill is already coming off, it didn’t stay on my nail at all. The guy didn’t listen to me, he decided to do the nails how he thought best not how I asked him to do them. They are uneven, there are parts that are thick, parts that are super thin I am worried it will break off, the length is inconsistent on all my fingers. On my right hand he filed three of the nails sooo much on one side the nails now look crooked. Guess that’s what I get for a $20 fill. Not quality at all, they were worried about their customer service the moment I walked in the door wanting me to fill out a survey, they need to have a good product to make any customer service worth it. The poor gal next to me kept asking simple, basic nail salon questions like if they had the colored tips instead of the powder tips, and the gal doing her nails seemed completely confused. My guy kept greeting people, asking what they wanted and then would say someone would be right with them to help them, and another guy would come up ask what the person wanted and then would take care of them. What is the point of my guy asking if the customers had to keep repeating themselves to someone else, say hello and say some will be with you in a moment. Read Less

The first point I’ll make is that I was apologized to and comped after this experience, so that’s a positive. The first time I visited was for a mani-pedi and I was very satisfied. However, my second experience was awful. There was a noticeable difference between how I was treated verses the other customers; I was not allowed to choose a nail color until I was halfway into my manicure. The final results were also terrible. The polish came out bumpy, covered my cuticles, and even seeped under the nail tips, causing them to stick to my skin. My cuticles are also more cut up and dry than before I went in. It was extremely disappointing because the first time I went in the manicure turned out beautifully. I also had to constantly remind my technician which service I came in for, which step he was on during the process, etc. I will not be returning to Polish nails. Read Less

This place wasn't that great looking until Tiffany cleaned the place up and brought her awesome talent! They pushed her out for taking too many clients because she is so good and now Tiff is gone and they have done nothing but lie and provide mediocre service. Find Tiff she is so incredibly amazing! well where to begin....first off on a positive note the ladies were very nice. other than that our pedicures were not what was expected, they were short, it seemed like they were rushing it, they barely scrubbed our feet and the massage....what massage?! the paint job, well lets just say our french tips are uneven and poorly done. to sum it up, we could have givin ourselves a better pedicure and one that lasts longer than 20 minutes. this $29.00 treatment was worth about $4.00 Read Less
