Not super impressed. First time in, waited 40 minutes - as a walk in - completely ok with that. It's one of the only places around open on a Sunday. Had me go sit down, then I waited almost 15 more minutes. Then, the lady to help me was on her phone, she's trying to grab polishes that were left from a previous customer, she pushes one off the counter & the blue green polish bottle breaks & explodes all over my black ankle boots and pants. After we get all cleaned up (yes, I helped her), she starts working on my nails. She did fine and I'm satisfied with them. The icing on the cake is when I go to pay, the sign says for a full set $30.00. I was charged $45.00. I won't be back. Literally have blue green polish all over me; a discount, or even a apology would have been nice. Not sure if it's a culture difference, but had that been my salon & a customer ends up with polish all over them, I would not have charged. I'm now out a pair of boots and also pants that can be worn only on cleaning days or with knee high boots. Read Less

The owner needs to quit talking about the need to make "money, money, money", and focus once again on customers. He also said he likes his workers to be able to communicate with customers. But I experienced more chatter amongst the workers, in their native language, than they ever do with their customers. That just wasn't comfortable to sit there and feel so isolated from everything around me. Read Less

I won’t ever have my pedicure done anywhere else! I am so glad I found this place. They have the customer service of a big city. Very professional! The staff is wonderful! We made appinments for 4 of us and I had chosen this place because it was recommended by a lot of people. But they rushed through it we all left with our fingers pretty dirty looking and they over priced everything. I wanted matte and the guy said he'd charge me 3$ per nail just for matte. And on top of that he told me to pay him jot at the desk and charged me 50$, when we left my sister had told me she only paid 40$ at the desk and we had gotten the same exact thing. Read Less

I've gone to the new Murray location since July of last year and I have yet to be disappointed! Every nail tech is great, the owners are super friendly and I love being able to walk in to a nail salon and feel like they remember you, appreciate your business and that they love their customers! Great nail salon! I enjoyed my deluxe pedi by Brenda at the Murray location. Super clean, awesome ambiance and great management! I am from out of state and have gone twice while on business. Wish I could bring them back to my home town. I love how they are trying to be environmentally conscious with extra ventilation so it doesn’t smell like a chemical factory. Highly recommend! I've tried almost all the nail salons in Park City! Was in Salt Lake City doing earns and decided to try a nail salon... so glad I did! The tech I had was sandy, absolute perfection! I had my pink and white set filled..My two year old also had her nails painted pink with white flowers (not sure the techs name) adorable! Very nice staff.  Anne gave me a great foot massage and Jeff finished up my top coat when it got busy. I was very relaxed and was even offered a bottled water. Just to note,  the directions on yelp take you into the neighborhood.  The location is actually right next to Title One Boxing. Read Less
