AbsO Best! I've been going 2 Yen & Anna for 17 yrs! I'm always receiving compliments on my nails & asked where I go. They always get me right in & pamper me! Yen gives the best Pedi's! It's literally my "down time" & I take naps in the massage chairs! Read Less

I've had great experiences here. Most impressive is their precision. Ladies here seem to be perfectionist and nails end up looking perfect! I would say they could improve ventilation since the smell is so strong but otherwise they are very good at what they do! Read Less

Thankful to get a booking, treated courteously.  Pricing is appropriate for strip mall nail salons.  The salon was showing serious wear and while not hazardous was definitely grimy.  No sterilized and packaged metal instruments here.  The ladies also began lunch at 10:30 am with extremely aromatic shrimp paste & onion smelling Vietnamese foods; that overwhelmed the entire salon.  I personally would not come here again. I will admit I have not had many experiences at nail salons. This was what I would consider a typical experience. My mother really wanted to treat my 4 year old daughter to her first official pedicure. The salon was clean. They had a lot of pedicure and manicure stations. They appeared to be in good condition. The pedi chairs are massagers which was great. One lady did my daughter's feet first. She was very good with her and even did two different polishes and added white polka dots at the end. It was very cute and we had one happy little girl. My pedicure was good. However, I felt like I got a different/better experience than my mom. They didn't spend as much time on her. She didn't complain but I noticed. One thing I think is worth mentioning for the sake of feedback is that I think it would be nice if they would talk to the person they are providing services for instead of talking over their shoulder in another language to a co-worker. That is what has happened at all the other salons, and it doesn't bother me per se, but it would be nice if once in a while they talked to their customers. Overall it was a good experience and if I ever have the need for a professional mani or pedi, I would go back. Read Less

The worst nail place I ever went to or heard of!! The lady who started doing my nails left after 10 min to give her job to another lady and she started with a new customer, this wasn't the bad part...the other lady left me again to talk in her phone for 25 minutes. I set an appointment and they had me wait 30 minutes before they started my nails, which was frustrating. But I get it, some people walk in and they aren't going to turn them away so their hands where tied. So I let that go without a problem! I got a basic white tip acrylic set, and they look WONDERFUL and she did them FAST! I would highly recommend this nail shop. After the long wait time.... I was in and out with beautiful nails.
