I have been going here for the past three years since moving to Utah. The staff are amazing and are really nice. Nick is my guy! I always schedule an appointment with him because he is usually busy. He knows exactly how I like them! My natural nails are pretty long so they may become fragile when removing the shellac, Nick always make sure the my nails are taken care of and satisfied prior to my leave. This salon is professional, well managed, and has very friendly service. It does get booked up from time to time (so be sure to call ahead). I love the music variety,TV PBS food programming, as of course a friendly girl chat with my Nicky my nail stylist. I love this place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have had several manicurists for my pedi and mani (always get the luxurious BEAR CREEK treatment) but I really Love Vi. Thought this place was pretty good till I got a gel manicure last week. The manicurist was super sick and coughing the whole time so I didn't want to come back, but my nails are chipped and polish is half way off one nail less than 3 days later. The woman at the front was rude about getting it fixed, and basically told me to sit down and wait. Don't know how this place stays in business with such lack of customer care or quality services! I've been to many nail salons trying to find the perfect one and after visiting Bear Creek Nails I can say I've found It! Everyone is really friendly and the place is clean and pretty. I went in with my sister-in-law and had a great time! My nail tech Lynn was absolutely amazing! She took her time to get my nails exactly the way I wanted them. She payed close attention to detail and didn't miss a thing. Not to mention she was so nice! Embarrassed to say I messed up a couple of nails while they were drying (TWICE) and she fixed them with out any hesitation. She really provided me with a memorable experience. Clean shop, friendly staff. I received the best service when I went. A wonderful and relaxing massage were part of my manicure and pedicure and I didn't feel like it was being rushed even though the salon was one the busiest I've seen in the 2 years I've been going. I love this place. I have tried several places before going here but it was either too pricey or not very clean. Bear Creek nails is so clean and everyone is amazing. My daughter and I had our first visit today. Despite being very busy, the staff were welcoming and polite. Our nails look fabulous. It's obvious they put the client and staff safety first. Each client gets a new sterilized pack of nail tools. We will be returning customers. Read Less
