Took forever even though I called ahead of time and made an appointment. Not satisfied. 30 minutes after my time and I'm still waiting. About to walk out.

I love getting a pedicure from Tu, that is the only positive thing I can say about this place. I’ve had my nails done by Jonny 2 times, first time was bad, cut me 3 times and was so rushed. I decided to go back today for another shot at it, horrible idea. I walked in and said I needed a pedicure and a full set. Tu started my pedicure and as always did a wonderful job! While I was getting my pedicure a lady came over to start my nails, she was gluing the tips on and dropped super glue on my phone which caused horrible scratches on my screen getting it off. Once my pedicure was done I went over to Jonny to finish my nails, I had been there for an hour so they knew I was next in line. He started my nails, but he would work on them for 2-3 min then stop and go work on another lady for 2-3 min then back to me. He did this the whole time!!! He was working so fast he was hurting me and I had to ask him to slow down, he was filling so fast and rough it was painful and he made me bleed on 4 different fingers. All of my nails have bubbles, he didn’t file underneath on the backside so the glue is still stuck to my fingers. They look so bad! I will still go back for pedicures from Tu, but will never have my nails done there again. It appears that there are only two people that can do acrylic nails, Jonny and a woman, they have many other people there but if they aren’t doing pedicures they are just sitting around even when there are people waiting to get their nails done. I don’t usually write review unless my experience has been exceptional or so bad I wouldn’t want others to waste their money, don’t waste your money!

They did a great job and I was very impressed with how they turned out! Very pretty. I didn’t love how the person who was helping me watched the TV more and told me to wait until they were dried and just left to work on someone else. She never checked back so I was unsure whether I could be done or not. I got done well before my sister and niece yet ended up waiting the same amount of time as them so I probably would go somewhere else next time.

I came to this salon because it has a 4 star rating. It is NOT a 4 star salon. It wasn't very clean, they reused tools without sanitizing, and for my pedicure there were things floating in the water. As an added bonus, I got hives around my ankles. I'm never going back to this salon.

I started going to Johnny about four months ago, I have the same nails on now as I did when I first got them aside from getting them filled! They have never once even lifted and there gel color stay on if you choose to get gel color instead of acrylic color! Hands down will not go anywhere else! And they are also an amazing price!

This review is kind of late. I went here a couple of months ago when I couldn't get into my regular nail girl. I was getting my acrylic nails filled and they were awful. He cute my pinky finger quite bad and the nails were hideous. I would not reccomend this place.

I have gone to many places for pedicures, including nice spas in park city, and this place by far has done the best job surprisingly. The nails last until they grow out and have NEVER chipped. The staff is great too. Obviously the ambiance is not my preferred style but if I am going for a great pedicure then it is my top pick so far!

Couldn't have been worse. I always gets nails and I strayed from my normal place for an emergency because these guys were open a little later. WHAT A MISTAKE!! The man that did them was terrible ripping open my cuticles and nail beds even after I asked to stop. He seemed off-put the whole time and the only thing he would say is about how he worked 12 hour days 7 days a week and had no family, and then wanting to know what salon I went to normally. The nails were put on clumsily and not like I had asked, and I asked for a gel coat which I had to wait for - not a huge deal except I waited 30 mins and then he screwed them up 4 times - on the 4th I suggested we not do gel and he said they were good enough - they are bubbled and not even completely coated. The worst part 43.00 - 43!!! I have had exceptional nails done for just over half of that. I can't tell you enough don't go here!! Terrible place, service, and product!!

I love getting a pedicure from Tu, that is the only positive thing I can say about this place. I’ve had my nails done by Jonny 2 times, first time was bad, cut me 3 times and was so rushed. I decided to go back today for another shot at it, horrible idea. I walked in and said I needed a pedicure and a full set. Tu started my pedicure and as always did a wonderful job! They did a great job and I was very impressed with how they turned out! Very pretty. I didn’t love how the person who was helping me watched the TV more and told me to wait until they were dried and just left to work on someone else. She never checked back so I was unsure whether I could be done or not. I started going to Johnny about four months ago, I have the same nails on now as I did when I first got them aside from getting them filled! They have never once even lifted and there gel color stay on if you choose to get gel color instead of acrylic color! Hands down will not go anywhere else! And they are also an amazing price!

I have gone to many places for pedicures, including nice spas in park city, and this place by far has done the best job surprisingly. The nails last until they grow out and have NEVER chipped. The staff is great too. Obviously the ambiance is not my preferred style but if I am going for a great pedicure then it is my top pick so far!

Couldn't have been worse. I always gets nails and I strayed from my normal place for an emergency because these guys were open a little later. WHAT A MISTAKE!! The man that did them was terrible ripping open my cuticles and nail beds even after I asked to stop.
