I’ve been going here every two weeks for over a year now. This is the best nail place EVER. If you make an appointment, they will be ready for you on the dot. They don’t keep you waiting. The staff is amazing. Keep in mind that these girls DON’T get a day off. They work 7 days a week and invest their life into their work. Their high level of care shows. Honestly, I’m ashamed I didn’t just walk out after sitting down. I did not see a single thing of disinfectant solution. The women finished giving another client a pedicure came to the sink next to me and just rinsed the instruments off. No soap, no scrubbing and then placed them in a basket in the drawer to be used again once dry. A pedicure, last I checked was supposed to remove the dead skin along the bottom of your feet. I'm treated like a princess every time I go to spa nails... everyone there is friendly and professional and they always do a great job!Today I went in for a manicure and I wanted a subtle Disney theme because my husband and I are going to Disneyland next week. EMMY was my nail artist; this was her second time helping me and she is an absolute doll!! Her work is FLAWLESS (as you can see) and she was very patient with my specific nail requirements. I recently moved to Bountiful and went to spa nails for the first time about a month ago now. I will definitely be going back. My polish has stayed on my fingernails for 4+ weeks now and I do housekeeping full time for work. That's pretty much unheard of for me! The quality was good. My daughter got acrylic nails at the same time and they're still going strong. I'm very impressed! The people there were very friendly and nice. I would recommend this place for sure. It's hit or miss depending on who does your nails but it's still my nail salon of choice in Bountiful. Call ahead to make an appointment or to make sure they can get you in because they can get pretty busy. They are open on Sundays though so that's a big plus! Read Less

I am so happy with my experience at Spa Nails. I called 5 minutes ahead for a pedicure and they managed to fit me in. I was seated within two minutes and Emmy attended to me. She explained my options and gave me an amazing sugar foot scrub that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. The follow up foot massage was also great. Came here on Monday with my mom. Not busy at all. Great price. The reason they got three stars is because the girl that had me forgot to put a bottom coat, didn't put my shoes on before painting my nails, and pretty much rushed my services. I've been here 5 times so far. Very little to no wait time. I like that they use oil in addition to lotion with the pedi-massage. My only complaint... they have NEVER removed the rough spots on my feet. And after they put the polish on my toenails they ask me to wait five minutes, that ends up being 15 min or more and I have to ask them if I can leave. Read Less

This salon is so GREAT!!! They fit me in last minute, even though they were closing.  They did an incredible job with my French tip gel manicure and were so friendly!  Even if I was that person that came in 20m before closing.  A lot of places just do what they think looks good...the asked me what length I wanted my tips to be sure I was happy with their work! I'm in here at least every couple of weeks for shellac on both my hands and feet.  It is like when you find someone that you can trust with your haircut every time--you find a good one and you become a loyal client. Le does an amazing job and is so incredibly friendly and gentle, plus she does a wonderful job from start to finish.  She did my acrylic nails in the past as well and I had no problems whatsoever with any lifting of them from my natural nails. The shellac stays on with no peeling or flaking for several weeks if I need to push my appointments out.  I will be so bummed if the day comes that I move out of the area or if Le leaves as this became a favorite spot of mine and continues to be. They are very friendly here, good customer service. I've been twice and both times they were really friendly and helpful. My only issues were that when I got gel polish, they did it so far from my cuticle that the finished look looked like my new nails were already growing out. The second time I went I got a full set w gel polish and the woman was extremely rough with my nails and hurt me pretty bad. I also asked for coffin shape and they are a lot more skinny at the ends more like claws instead of coffins. At work several people told me they looked like witch nails and I didn't like that... So overall they didn't do an awful job but the shape just wasn't exactly what I wanted. Otherwise the nails don't lift at all and they have really good gel that doesn't chip. Really friendly people, just make sure you're SUPER specific on what you want so they don't do something different. This was my first time trying them and will be the last. I waited for 20 min to get shellac and a fill, they gave me a youg girl that clearly has never done a fill in her life! She kept asking the owner what to do, she did the fill all wrong, owner had to come and fix it and then she starts to file my nails and ruins the square shape completely even after I asked them to leave them long. I asked for the owner at this point and had to wait another 20 min to get them fixed.. Never coming back!!!! Read Less

First time at spa nails today. I was helped by Kim and my daughter was helped by Danny. We both got a full set of acrylic nails. Great job. Kim was so gentle and very welcoming. Danny was also very nice. Neither seemed annoyed at our specific requests. Beautiful shopping with the most relaxing music. Great experience. I'll be a loyal customer for a long time. I was impressed with the service received when getting a pedicure and 2 weeks after my toes still look great. BUT it took 1.5 hrs to complete a pedicure. I had run in on my lunch break and luckily have some flexibility with my work calendar, but cannot afford 1.5 hrs on a regular basis.
