I came here bc of the positive reviews. I'm extremely disappointed. The place is filthy. Felt so unsanitary I was worried about the use of tools and their condition. I got acrylics on my hands and gel on my toes. The shape of the nails is mostly consistent, but after 5 days they were chipping on the ends. I have never had this happens to Acrylics before! The gel on my toes was a nightmare. He did them so thick that there was gel on the skin and bc is that the gel was coming off a week later, another problem I've never ever experienced before. He also filed my toenails very short, they look awful. It also took over 90 mins to do basic acrylics and my toes, and I didn't even get a mani or pedi. Miserable experience Read Less

Let me save you some money and time....DO NOT GO HERE! I don't even know where to begin but I wouldn't waste your money. This isn't even a mediocre nail salon-it's horrible. It's filthy dirty, and the service was horrible. I had given my nails a break for a few weeks (no shellac) and the nail technician filed my nails down so short they almost hurt. They realized after starting me that they had 4 pedicures coming in 30 minutes. They literally rushed through my services so quickly, and did a horrible job. There was some weird tension between the employees and the owner, so much so, that I felt uncomfortable being there. What a great hidden gem! When I first pulled up, I was a little nervous. It's a hole in the wall building but don't judge a book by its cover. First time here at princess nails and the staff was amazing. They were very friendly and talkative. This is great place to get your nails done & pedicure. David is the owner & he is a very happy & pleasant guy with his customers. He is very reasonable & does quality work. Great little hole in the wall salon! Everyone was very talkative and homey. Called day before and guy told me just gel color (no manicure, is $15) came in next day and got just gel color (no mani, she did cut my nails and file them) and it came out to $20. Didn't question them there because others were around and I didn't wanna bring attention to myself. BUT, the paint job was excellent, best one I've had. Worth the price ($20), but was hoping and thinking it'd be $15 like the guy quoted. But it's okay, will probably go back. Just want a for sure price! Read Less

Went in for a mani pedi with one of my best friends that I had not seen in over a year. Unfortunately the female manicurists talked incessantly and interrupted our conversation constantly. The quality of the mani pedi was poor as well. Cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed at all, nails were not shaped and were far from even. Nails were painted first, so hands were not massaged at all to avoid touching the nails. My friends manicure lasted only 5 minutes before getting chipped and smeared, as the manicurist had slopped several thick layers on without allowing them to dry. Read Less

Don't quote me $35 on the phone then charge $60 when I leave just cause I got shellac on my finger nails. Then try to say it's $15 more but if you do math that's $25 more. My toddler and I both had pedicures here as walk ins and it was great. They have two small chairs just for kids. They were so friendly and got us going right away, which is great since waiting with a three year old doesn't go well most of the time. Price was excellent, they did a great job and my little boy thought it was the coolest outing with mom!We'll come back again. Read Less

If you are looking for a nail place, you have to go to Princess Nails in Bountiful on 500 South. My nails look awesome and the whole experience was a party! I felt like they were more concerned about giving me great customer service and making sure that my nails looked perfect then just trying to get me in and out. I love this place. I will be going back. I went at nine in the morning and they were not open when there web site said they opened at nine. I called the number to see if they were running late or if they were opening later. They man I talked to told me they don't open tell ten. Long story short he came in and opened at nine just for me to get my nails done. He did a wonderful job on them too. Wish I could post a picture of them for all to see. I will be going back. I finally found my nail salon. Finally a place that's nice to go to, a place that dose a wonderful job, a place that DOSE NOT rip you off and over change. Thank you. I love this place! Not too many people know about it (now) since it's easy to miss driving by, but it's the place to go get one-on-one attention. Everytime I go here, there's usually one or two ladies. They are always nice and attentive. The price is affordable and service is great. Read Less

Was here for lunch break last week. Like everyone had said, the place is ""cozy""- had about 3 pedi chairs and 2 mani table with one worker. But I think the space is perfect. It's ran by a very sweet lady who is fun to chat with. She won me over. The prices are great and location very accessible. Give it a try. Read Less

The place is so much nicer! They have new tables and a bathroom. Customer service is still great and the price is unbeatable. Oh yea, the place is can easily be missed if you're driving down 5th South. It's across the street from the old Hollywood Connection(not in business), in a still business strip.
