While getting a pedi the lady sliced my toe with her file and did nothing about it. It was bleeding and I stood up, got my sandals and walked out. The person in charge came after me and wanted me to pay! I told her no because of my toe. It was by now bleeding all over. They don’t use sanitation and she just washed the blood out with water! Seriously they have a major problem with cleanliness and acknowledgement they are wrong. They need to be reported to the health department!! I haven’t been back since and never will!! Read Less

I’m currently in nail school, and I couldn’t BELIEVE how unsanitary they were when I went in today! The girl brought her dirty implements straight over from doing a manicure and used them on my feet! And I watched her use the same implements on a pedicure right before! 🤢 after the client next to me left, they simply wiped the bowl down with water. No disinfectant, NOTHING. I was so grossed out the whole time. And many of the things they were doing were against state board regulation and it made me sick. My mom went there last week and developed a rash all over her leg that has STILL NOT GONE AWAY. After a week! I do not recommend this place and will never return! Read Less

My youngest daughter was getting married and I was looking forward to a relaxing and enjoyable time with me and my 2 daughters! I made appointments in advance. We arrived early and was told to pick a color. From the moment they started it was rush rush rush! They never smiled! One of the women rolled her eyes and started talking in their language! I asked for a manicure with gel nails. When I left I had gel on my cuticles as well as my fingers around my nail, as well as one of my fingers wasn't even cured all the way so it was rigged and wrinkled and my nails were all uneven lengths and shapes. I noticed all of this after I had left, so I decided to make another trip for them to fix my nails (I live about 20 minutes away). When I walked in and asked for someone to fix my nails, the owner (at the first station) was very defensive and asked what was wrong with them, I explained and she proceeded to stand up and look at my nails. She told me that there was nothing wrong with them and that I should have gotten longer acrylic nails put on. I let her know that's not what I wanted and that just because I have natural nails, that I can still get gel manicures and have before at other places and have left pleased. I asked her if I could get them fixed and she told me to come back in an hour. I explained that I live 20 minutes away and that it would be my third trip to the nail shop and that I didn't want to do that. She then got very angry and upset, she stood up grabbing my hand with file in hers to "fix" them. I asked her to not because she was frustrated and I wasn't even sitting in a chair, we were standing. I asked her to please give my money back then, if no one was going to service me and she refused. I could not believe the experience I had. And it was in front of servers other clients. At one point the lady who did my nails stood up toward the end of the salon and started telling me I was wrong too. It was extremely unprofessional and will not ever be returning.  I would never recommend this business to anyone. I hope that $30 was worth an awful review. Read Less

I've given this place too many opportunities. Today was my last day. I will not be going back. They don't sanitize all their tools, especially the electric files they use for acrylic nails. This can be a huge problem if they cut you like they did to me today. Technicians do not wash their hands in between clients. The place is pretty dirty and dusty. Their nail files and buffer are so used it is gross. And oh yea, 4 out of the 7 licenses they have displayed expired in 2015. The other 3 expire at the end of the month. How is this possible? I am sad & disappointed to give them a negative review. I had a great experience the first couple of times. But then I got my nails done on a Saturday & by the next Friday 6 had broken off. I asked for them to fix them & they were accusatory. I asked them to make the last 4 thicker while they were redoing the the other 6. They charged me for another full set. I told them I have never have nails break that fast & they should not charge me at all. It was not a pleasant experience AT ALL. I will NEVER go back there. They do not guarantee their work. The prices are great!!! I love that they have a menu for the different types of pedicure they offer. It's awesome!! I've never got a manicure though. Alot of my friends have and they have nothing but good things to say. I drive all the way from Kearns to get a pedicure there.Read Less

I got a really bad shellac manicure here and horrible customer service!The color is so unevenly coated, I can see the thin spots, she missed the edges of my nails, and it didn't dry all the way in between her coats. They were busy and in a hurry and moved me to four different chairs during my time. I didn't talk to them very much but they were very rude to other customers who asked questions. Read Less

Today I attempted to go to Pinky's Nails to get my monthly pedicure and I was suddenly informed that , contrary to what is posted on the door, I suddenly needed an appointment. The salon was nowhere near busy at the time and I was told hey could do my nails 3 hours from the time I arrived. I informed the ladies who were working that I would be taking my business elsewhere, which I did and I will not be returning to Pinky's after such poor service at their establishment. Read Less

I am visiting from Arizona and picked this place based on reviews but I totally disagree. It was disgusting. They "cleaned" out the tubs with water and the towel they just used on the previous client and their tools were not sterilized. The cuticle clippers had dried skin on them and the regular clippers were rusty. I had made an apt for me and my two daughters and they were clearly annoyed at having to paint my girls' nails.  Very disappointed. Now let's hope I don't need any antibiotics. Read Less

SUPER upset with this nail salon. I've gone here for awhile and they usually are always great and I never have had a problem. BUT this time I went in I got my toes done it was $35 total and I had cash for the tip. I crossed out the tip on the receipt and wrote in $35 and they handed me the receipt for $35 back and handed her $7 dollars cash!! Went home checked my bank statement and my card was ran for $47!!! Went in there and they pretty much said no and the girl at did them was avoiding me. Bottom line they did nothing about it!!! I never got my money back and I'll be reporting them to my bank. Kim did a great job. She paid attention to detail and took her time nipping my cuticles. I will definitely go back to this place. Clean and open space inside. They were burning incense when I went and I liked how it masked the smell of the chemicals. $25 for a shellac mani. I was a walk in and there was no wait, but they said it was a slow day. Read Less

Best mani/pedi in bountiful/centerville area for your buck! I would recommend it to my friends & family, definitely. I would try making an appointment instead of just dropping by though, as they can get quite busy at times. Read Less

Ceanliness-4.  Outcome of my nails- 3 at best. I would never have written this review if my nails hadn't started peeling two days after getting my acrylic fill, and gel top-coat manicure. My manicurist answered the phone 5 times, and helped 3 walk ins while doing my nails. That was frustrating. I wish some of the other staff would've pitched in to help her because she seemed like she was distracted and in a rush every time she came back to my nails. She didn't ask me if I liked the shape (which I didn't) but she's also not my usual nail lady so I didn't fuss.On the positive side- The salon seemed mostly clean, and I liked how they asked me to wash my hands before painting my nails. This place is fantastic. They have a nice polite staff and they are phenomenal at their job. My family goes here whenever we want a girl's day. We tried getting our nails done somewhere else and had to go to pinkys to get them fixed. My sister and I just got our nails done for Halloween and we love them.
