Great place to get your nails done. Excellent, friendly staff. Amazing massage chairs to sit in while being pampered. Very disappointed with Rachel Olpin. My wife went in and had a very specific look in mind and even had pictures, but when all was said and done, it looked nothing like what she wanted. If you have curly hair, you HAVE to go see Chelsa!!! Wow! I had tight curls when I was young and now they've loosened into something funky. I've been trying for years to find someone who can bring them back to life. Chelsa is definitely that someone! I haven't felt this confident about my natural hair in so long! I started going to this salon at the beginning of 2009 and love it so much that I can honestly justify driving 45 minutes to get my hair done. Rachel has a great talent at understanding how to make a style work for each individual and gives great suggestions on what will work. My old stylists have always taken HOURS to foil my hair but she's quick and really knows her color. Rachel also keeps a log of what happened in previous appointments, so you never need to risk knowing if she remembers what happened months ago. The friendly service and clean surroundings are also a nice plus. I never hesitate to recommend this salon to my family and friends... even with the drive! Read Less

I love this place, Rachel has been cutting my hair for a couple of years and she is amazing. She's great at getting me an appointment whenever I need it even if it's last minute. She always does an awesome job at cutting my hair, and I'm pretty demanding and specific at what I want. The salon is always clean when I go in and everyone is very helpful. I went to c hardy awhile ago and got my hair done by heather. I always got weaves and I just wanted my roots touched up since I was already pretty blond. I specifically told her that. She put blond all the way through over my already bleached out hair ANYWAY. She then put me under the heater and actually left the salon! I think she went to go get a drink if you can believe it. My head was burning when she got back (took forever!). Needless to say my hair looked pretty bad afterward... as she blew it dry she ripped through the tangles and just didn't care about my hair at all. It was so destroyed it was breaking every time I combed it. Looking through my hair when I got home I also realized she didn't even bother to do much of the back! My hair was fairly short too so I didn't have many options to help it. It was horrible I have had to buy all sorts of product to ""nurse it back to health"" and it still looks very unhealthy.
