I really wish I had read the reviews before stopping in here. I just left so angry. I was cut THREE times while getting a mani/pedi here. The male in his 50's cut my big toe so short it took out a CHUNK of skin, then scolded me for pulling away. Then he took a nail file to the cut, and was obviously irritated when I said to stop that it hurt to FILE ON TOP OF THE CUT. I was so nice to him, and said it happens to everyone and even I've done it. But then came the mani, and he cut my cuticles so short I was bleeding from two fingers. Then he took the styptic liquid to stop the bleeding and SCRUBBED it in to the cuticle with a brush. HARD. I made not a peep and did not even complain. Didn't matter. He still turned to an employee and was making fun of customer's pulling away when cut. I don't speak vietnamese, but it was obvious with the noises he was making "eh ah!" during the story. I was STILL GOING TO TIP, because come on, it's his job, not going to mess with someone's livelihood over a bad day! But then I took too long for him totaling the receipt amount, he tried to give me a wrong amount (he didn't see I was totaling change to make an even amount) and was obviously rude. I changed the amount to not show any tip at all, which I have NEVER done before, and I have had some bad service before. Never going back. Not surprised they have such bad reviews. Read Less

The staff is great. I have not had a problem at any time of my visits. Vivian is my girl and I love everything she does with my nails. I trust her so much and she knows what my personality is, that she surprises me every time with something new. Give them a try. Read Less

I’ve been here many times and HATE it whenever one of the guys does my nails. They always cut it too short and make my nails crooked. I LOVE it when the girls do it though. I know this sounds sexist, but it’s been my true experience. Read Less

I am 8 months pregnant and was so excited to go get a relaxing pedicure. The gal doing my pedicure hurt my toes so bad as she was clip them and filing them and seemed to be in a real hurry. Normally you get a lotion massage with a spa pedicure but she didn't even put lotion on at all. Then after filing my heels she didn't even wipe them off and now I have dried skin mixed in with my paint. I was so sad because the girl in the chair next was getting the same pedicure as me and the guy doing her pedicure spent so much time giving her a leg and foot massage. I was so disappointed and let down. Then when I was done she immediately stood up and said your done and walked away. I hope this isn't how they treat all of their customers. 😞 Read Less

Place sucks. Customer service sucks. I haven't been to the place but the phone call alone was horrible. Wish I can give them negative stars cause good customer service is the key to getting more clients. I hope you go out of business. Read Less

Despite the negative reviews I like to give some businesses a try and see for myself. I am glad I did this time. The salon is beautiful! The best one I've been too. Their equipment looks brand new and the chairs are super comfortable. Most importantly the nail techs were really nice and friendly. The man who did my manicure was gentle and took his time. Vivian's work and personality are both wonderful.  It took about 2 times of her doing my nails for me to be totally happy--but I am happy to work with someone to get the desired results.  No one can read your mind.  Communication can be a bit challenging, but she's a great listener and wants her clients to be very happy and works to perfection for her clients. So this place is horrible! I wish I could give it zero stars! Please take to heart the other reviews about the awful customer service.  My wife walked in at 7:00, not realizing that they were closed.  The door was wide open and the sign was still on that said open, so who would have guessed, right?  Well, before she could even say a word a lady said very rudely, "We are closed!" Then before my wife could even turn around to leave another employee said "We are closed, Please leave and waived her out the door.  My understanding is this place is not known for their talent you would think they would make up for it with manners.  STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! I have been here twice now and both times have left very satisfied! However at first I thought the design choices were a little weird, I end up loving them! They do a fantastic job of helping you feel flawless and relaxed, which is exactly why I go to get my toes and nails done! They had a beautiful choice of a lovely light pink Sade that is going to be perfect for my wedding! Not sure about the one gem at the bottom middle of my ring finger yet, but I am just head over heels for this color! Love this place! Read Less

I came here with my Mom for a pedicure and the guy doing it is so rude and aggressive. He seems mad that he is even here. I have been here before and had him and that is why it has been almost a year since I came back I had forgotten until I got here and he started on my feet. I will refuse his service IF I ever come back. It is the older man with the glasses...don't get a pedi from him you will be very disappointed. Read Less

This is a pretty standard little nail salon, nothing special. I usually get my manicures when I go to the spa, so I'm used to considerably more pampering than I got here. However, staff was still friendly and the services were cheap. Not sure if I'd ever become a regular if I lived in Utah, but the experience certainly wasn't awful. I've gone there twice now, both times I called ahead and made an appointment. When I got there I still ended up waiting 15-20 min while they finished up other clients. If I make an appointment they need to stick with it. I'm a Mom and usually have to get a babysitter and it's not an easy task all the time. The service was fake, not genuine and rushed. I have been to this place several times, but only because of it's proximity to my house. You certainly don't go for the customer service as they are usually very unfriendly, but get the ""job"" done. Yesterday, though, we were treated so poorly that I will NEVER go back. I took my 72 year old Mother there to treat her to her first pedicure. She accidentally knocked over a bottle of used nail polish & they were very rude to her & made her sit in a chair with no water in the basin for 10 minutes while they cleaned it up, dirty looks and all. They gave her a very sloppy pedicure & then charged FULL PRICE for the cost of the polish. Rude, rude people & mediocre nail work. Save your money & your business for a nicer place.
