There isn’t even a way to put a 0 on here if I could but I just had the worst experience at this place!!! My usual nail lady left the salon that I usually go to so I was told by so many people to go to Seasons. So I booked my appointment for gel nails and toes and showed up a few minutes early and I sat an waited for about 30 minutes. Then I go into the back and the girl is really nice so I was thinking this was going to be good. I should of known that it was going to be bad when she asked another Nail tech how to take gel off of nails!! Like shouldn’t you know that!? So I pick my color and as my nails are soaking in the “acetone” just sitting there waiting and after about 20 minutes of soaking them the gel isn’t coming off. She turns around and ask the another Nail tech if what she was using to soak my nails was acetone turns out it was just alcohol!!!! She dumps it out and ends up starting to soak them in the correct stuff! I soaked my nails for almost an hour!!!!!! So I was talking to her about the color and how I might want to do a design, her response was well I am just a Cosmetologist so if you would want a design we can definitely do that I will just have to get someone who knows how! So that added to my doubt of this turning out wrong. So then she proceeds with everything else and is continuously dropping things, spilling polish, and acetone that I was just to the point that I know this isn’t going to turn out good. By the time we got to the polish portion there are bubbles, extra paint on the edges, and my hands are all dry from the acetone! My hands turned out so bad that I decided I didn’t want to do my toes anymore!Literally not worth the $36 at all, if I would of done my toes with it, then it would of been $63! I understand that in cosmetology school there is a portion where you go over doing nails, but you don’t cover that part a whole lot. You spend most of your time learning about hair, so if you didn’t spend a lot of time learning nails and practicing why would you do someone else’s. Stick to the profession that you are trained in!! You would think that an establishment like this would want to have well experienced people doing what they are trained for especially if they want continuous clients! I don’t leave reviews often but I love Seasons. I’ve only come for my nails for about 5 months now and the only reason I won’t be returning is because I’m moving out of state! Every girl that’s ever done my nails were always top notch. They always make sure you love your nails and they never make it painful and that’s what I look for when I get my nails done. Stacey and Brooklynn are my go to girls. I seriously just adore how professional and friendly they are. After a bad hair experience with Seasons, I reached out to the manager to share my disappointment. After a super quick response, she was eager to get me back in for a second shot! My second experience was top notch, with a seasoned stylist, and the whole salon experience. They were quick to take the bad taste out of my mouth and make me love this location once again! I had back to back appointments, wax then massage. When I was done with my wax, I was out just in time for my scheduled massage. I wanted to add items to my massage, but the front desk attendant was busy with someone else. I waited priestly, but when she was done I felt like I waited longer than I should have. So I didn’t add on to my massage. I purchased a specific type of massage due to some tension issues for an hour. Due to the way everything went, my massage was shorter than an hour and not the style requested and needed :/ I am going to shop around for a new masseuse and esthetician, the ones I worked with were nice but I looking for a 5 Star all around experience when it comes to spas. I personally am looking for people who have happily done these services for many years. I just want to leave super happy and satisfied with the services I received and paid for. The atmosphere was relaxing, and there's a place to lock up belonging in the spacious personal changing area in case you need it. Hailey exceeded expectations! We sat down prior to my facial & body treatment to discuss what I was looking for from my experience, and I was very pleased with the entire process. I love it here!! All of the girls are great, I have gotten my hair done several times here, but April is my go-to girl now! She does such a great job with blonde! And I love that every girl that works there puts the health of your hair first, which is more than I can say for most anyone else I’ve known. Very reasonably priced for great work. I’ve also done my nails here too, and wasn’t super impressed, but I got them done at a discount so I am not too upset about it. Though I don’t think I would go back and pay full price for them. For my 400th review on Yelp, Seasons Salon and Day Spa gets 5 stars for the win!I was in Utah for a few days and had some time to myself one Friday morning. I knew I've been wanting to get my hair done for the longest time (been about 2 years since my last cut/color), and I figured why not get it done somewhere in town? It took me about thirty minutes on Yelp to find somewhere worthy, let alone try to figure out who could take me. After multiple phone calls and text messages, Seasons Salon answered my hair prayers. They were able to book me for 9am, right away when they opened, and I was surprised at how easy it was to book it! Upon arrival everyone was very nice and helpful.Bailee was my hairstylist and I gave her room to play. I came knowing I wanted to cut my long hair and get some color put into it. She cut, colored, and styled it perfectly and I was so obsessed with the results. I wish I could curl my hair the way she did!If you ever need your hair done, don't hesitate to call this salon! Their pricing was also VERY reasonable!!! I've also seen what they do with nails... if I had known I would have gotten my nails done too.Well done, seasons. Really disappointed with this place. My mom and I got pedis together, and my sister got a mani. All 3 of us said we will never go back. They are extremely overpriced for the sub par job they do. Both mine and my mom’s toe nail polish was ruined within hrs after getting home. One toe chipped and the 2 big toes were all smudged, same with my moms toes. We had to wait an hr for them to finish my sisters nails (she got a mani and we got pedis) all started at the same time. The pe...dis were done within 20 min, mani took about an hour and a half!! This is just gel polish, no acrylics or anything. We paid $39 each for the pedis (this didn’t include a foot massage, wax, warm towels, anything) this was just the basic pedi price. Basically got our nails and cuticles trimmed, and nails painted...that’s it. Sister got mani and asked them to add some glitter, so they added another $18!! She paid almost $50 for gel polish with some glitter. Huge waste of money and time. Don’t go here!!! *also, while my mom and I waited in the lobby for an hr while my sister finished her mani, we saw another customer get upset too. She complained to the front desk that it was taking too long (she was waiting for a hair cut) she had an appointment and waited for 30 min, and still nobody came up and got her. I have been going to Seasons Salon for YEARS! I remember this place when it was still small. Autumn, the owner, and I became friends years ago - ever since my first haircut. Since then I've been back for countless cuts, colors, manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and tanning. They offer pretty much everything you could imagine a salon would offer. She's running a well-oiled machine now and employs dozens of extremely talented salon professionals - both male and female. I love how I can pretty much get in the same day I need to because she has so many people available. Autumn's current too - she keeps up on the latest trends. My husband and I came here for 1 hour couples massages. We aren't from Utah County so we definitely wouldn't have came here by choice but we were using a gift card given to us. I didn't really have any expectations coming here but I can't say I was really impressed at all. The spa environment was basically just added on to the back of hair salon. Going into the back is awkwardly quiet because there was ZERO music playing. We changed into one room and put our stuff in locked cubbies and put robes on. Then we sat and waited for the massage therapists who greeted us with bowls of water to soak our feet in prior to our massage. After that we went in to our couples room, where again no music. My husbands massage therapist was confident, instructive and very nice. My massage therapist was very nice but seemed to lack any confidence in what she was doing and just seemed to follow the other girl. My massage seemed to lack any advance technique and had a very inconsistent pattern for the time she massaged on each side, which was very annoying. The music didn't even click on till half way through our massage so we could hear people closing doors and walking around outside our room. This was my second time going to Seasons and I have mixed feelings on it. I've done spa packages it times and I've been so happy with the service... Until it comes to their nail salon. The first time I went, I got French tips on my toes and the girl took forever and they still looked crooked. To top it all off, the polish rubbed off after about 3 days. Recently, I went again and the massage was fantastic, and I was also supposed to get a gel manicure and a pedicure. When I got to the nail salon, the only girl available was an esthetician. I wanted a flower on my big toe and French tips on my hands. She couldn't do either of those things, so I told her I'd pass. She ended up massaging my feet for a bit, which was fine but kind of unnecessary because I'd just gotten a massage. I wouldn't have been upset except when I went to pay, the girl at the front only gave me an $8 discount even though I'd basically only gotten a massage and a foot rub instead of the whole package. My friend had her nails done by Vivian, who was terrific! My nails were done by someone who was there for 2 days and just finished training. My nails did not turn out well. At. All. I called them later because my friend paid for them and I didn't want to complain about them in front of her. They said I could come in and have Vivian fix them the next day. I know she's new at this, so it wasn't mad as her- but I didn't want to walk around with terrible nails either (I've been getting my nails done for YEARS and they have honestly never looked this bad). I loved my haircut! Mallory was my stylist and she did an amazing job! Seriously! I cut my hair short after growing it out super long, and I'm thinking of going back to color it. I came in to get my hair done by Jessica Brown , who did an amazing job and my hair turned out exactly like I was picturing in my head. But I got so much more than an amazing hair color and cut! My babysitter fell through at last minute so I brought my 13 month old with me and tried to keep her entertained when about 5 minutes in she wanted down to run around and became quite fussy. Without me asking, Lexie from the front desk came over and offered to take my daughter and keep her entertained. She had her for my entire appointment and not only kept her happy but had her playing and laughing the entire 2.5+ hours of my appointment . Above and beyond what she needed to do, or is even in her job description but, she saw I needed help and just offered it without hesitation! My mother bought one of their 4 for $75 spray tan packages. The first one was ok, she loved the second one, but the third one was TERRIBLE!!!! She was covered from head to toe in what looked like huge dark freckles, her hands and feet were practically black, and said she had even asked them to even it out for her since her previous tans hadn't looked that bad. They basically told her no and that hopefully by the next day it would look better. After scrubbing herself raw the n...ext day to try and get all the dark patches off she called them again and got the same speech. She's not even going to bother using the fourth tan now. Obviously they have to do deals because their customer service sucks so bad. She also mentioned that all you hear from them while you wait for your appointment is them sit at the desk and bad mouth each other behind their backs. So I guess in a nut shell, if you want to listen to teenage sounding drama followed by an awful tan and worse customer service, you should definitely go here. I have been here more than 10 times, for massages, body wrap treatments, waxes, and facials. It is a very clean and professional day spa! If you go for a massage, ask for Catrina, she is THE BEST EVER!!! I won't go to anyone else! The wax was not the best I've had unfortunately, I had some bruises and bleeding and it took 3x longer than any other wax I have had. Sometimes it gets pretty busy in there, but good for them!! Previously I had people forget about me in the mix of all that is going on, leaving me kind of wondering and waiting a very long time. I went here with a friend and we got mani pedis and our eyebrows waxed. The mani pedis were decent, not the best but great for the price. My friends eyebrows were good. After getting my eyebrows waxed, they were red, like any waxing. However, the next day it was even more red and irritated. My skin ended up peeling off from the waxed spots. 4 days later and the areas have yet to heel, are still peeling and still irritated. I called and talked to the manager. Wasn't super helpful. Said that it could be because I am on meds that could be blood thinners, however I have never had this problem before with the meds that I am on.  Offered things that would help only if I was to come back into the salon.Will not be coming back. My first experience sucked here. Last summer I was 7 months pregnant with triplets wanting a massage. I was super excited because my body hurt so bad. My husband took me to my appointment because I could no longer drive.  when we pulled into the parking lot I got a phone call I answered it. It was the salon saying they were cancelling my appointment. I get that it's Saturday at like 3pm but really you wait till 10 min before my appointment to cancel. They told me maybe they can get me in next week and give me a 10% discount I said no thanks it's really hard for me to get around.  I came back several weeks ago to try a facial the girl was nice she did a good job. But your salon is dirty!! The changing room looked like a bomb went off. The bathroom had no toilet paper. You have a lot of dust and just dirty walls. You guys should come in on a Sunday and just deep clean the crap out of the salon. You should also teach your front desk gals to look up and great anyone that walks through that door. I've been coming to Seasons off and on for many years. This time I noticed that it seems not very well cared for - dirty changing room, broken curtains....the infared sauna is shared - which is ok but it's very small. Floor boards were broken and made for a dangerous climb into it. Would be easy to twist an ankle. The waiting room that also holds the sauna is very noisy - all the people working there were talking quite loud in the hallway and coming in and out of the room. Not very relaxing. Seems that Seasons needs some updating and some love. I had a one hour foot reflexology session that was EXCELLENT. Read Less

Had a wonderful massage here by Emily Mitchell.  It was absolutely fantastic! I've had many massages in my life and this was at the top.  She was professional, skilled, and amazingly good!  Seasons Salon and Spa is a really nice facility...very clean, and beautiful inside with dim lighting setting the mood.  They also start you off with a foot scrub/foot massage which I've never seen at other spas!  I will definitely be back again!  They do many services here, which I haven't tried yet, but as for massage, you will be hard pressed to find a better therapist than Emily Mitchell.  Very relaxing and rejuvenating! NOTE - HIDDEN REVIEWS AT THE BOTTOM (which mine will likely be as well)!  It does not feel good to blast any business, however knowing how active the owner is on yelp, I can only hope this helps in making your business better as my experience was less than positive.  Yeah, I know...first world problems, had a bad experience at a day spa however I did spend over $200 on the services provided.I was in for a package treatment which was to include a 60 min facial, 60 min massage, 30 sauna and 60 min pedicure.  I arrived 10 minutes early and was not greeted by my esthetician until 15 minutes after my appointment time.  Note, I was 'relaxing' in the waiting room only to hear several staff talk about their evening and show pictures to one another.  It was loud, distracting and very unprofessional.  The facial was very odd, it was nothing more than putting lotions and potions on and the first time a warm towel was wrapped around my face, she covered my nose and I about passed out.  Instead of wrapping around my neck/chin and covering my forehead.  My appointment went for about 45 minutes, not sure if that was to make up the time where she was late getting there.The massage was top notch, however I couldn't tell you her name as she never introduced herself.  This was the highlight, however also cut short and went for around 45-50 minutes.The sauna is shared, not an issue, I just didn't realize that going in and you can hear the bass from the music at the tanning salon that is part of Seasons.  That room is also a passage to the back so staff were filing in and out, not exactly relaxing.The pedicure lasted 25 minutes, not the 60 minutes.I added on a blow try treatment and walked through the salon floor which was absolutely disgusting. I've never seen so much hair in any salon and I've been getting my hair professionally cut for over 20 years.  I then listened as the two stylists talked about the previous client, completely unprofessional.  My stylist had injured her finger and provided me details and even showed me her finger which i didn't ask for nor did I want to see.  I will not be back and ironically as I was waiting in the front between appointments, I saw the friend who recommended Seasons and she was very upset saying that she had just had the worst manicure.  Looks like you lost two customers. :/  Please do not reply, just hoping this will help and not cause any additional customers loss (new or existing). I didn't have an appointment but was able to be sat down in a chair after 20 minutes of waiting (I was expecting a much longer wait). I went in for just a trim and Diana spent a lot of time making sure that every strand was perfect from every angle. I have some relatively thick hair and without asking she thinned it out for me and gave my hair some texture. She was very pleasant and professional the whole time. They never pressured me to add on any other services or products. I wouldn't hesitate to come back, great people! Read Less

This review is based only on the customer service. I went in to get a giftcard and immediately second guessed my choice to purchase from this establishment.  The lobby/receptionist area was very crowded. I sat and waited until the front desk had cleared. I then went up and stood at the front desk. Seeing that the young lady behind the desk was on the computer, I didn't interrupt her, but was annoyed because there were FIVE people behind the desk and none of them greeted me, or asked how they could help. This is a big pet peeve of mine. I felt the "spa" was more of a casual salon, not a luxurious spa. The employees didn't seem professional and I didn't get the "spa feel" that I've enjoyed at other facilities. Ultimately I left.  I wasn't about to give them $60 if they couldn't be bothered to give me a quick greeting that acknowledged my presence. Not sure if they're doing renovations or something, but the space is very construction chic. I went there to get my eyebrows done and while they were helpful at first, my experience quickly went downhill. We wandered down seemingly endless corridors, finally settling on a room that had spots of paint of the walls. For some reason, the lights didn't work properly, so we had a fun time of trying to not hit me in the face while moving the lamp. Then, to top off the experience, I ended up with crooked eyebrows for $20+. When she gave me the mirror, I mentioned that they were crooked. She looked at me and assured me that they weren't. I believed her because... well, I assume she's a licensed professional. Then I went home and had everyone comment on the crookedness of my face. Bright side to the whole thing, I got to experiment with letting part of my hair fall over my face, but bottom line, I won't be going there again, at least not for eyebrow maintenance. Read Less

I am late in posting this review but want to do so to help promote Seasons.I came here for my hair, manicures and pedicures for two years while I lived in the area.  My hair stylist was exceptional.  Whatever I wanted to do with my hair that day, she made it happen and beyond my expectations.  She was also attentive to my needs, a great communicator and showed that she cared about her clients.  She was humble and real.There were different girls that did my nails, and they were all great.  The decor here is inviting.  The bathroom was really relaxing.  Sounds weird but it is!
