I have been looking for a reasonable priced nail salon around the murphy wylie area. I would always go to wakiki nails or HQ nail spa. Wakiki is a little more overpriced and HQ is cheaper but, both are not as personable. I just feel like another customer when I go there. I wen to Tracy nail spa the ladies are so much more nicer and personable along with pretty good pricing. I felt so welcomed as soon as I came in and ladies did an amazing job! I got the works! Currently pregnant and about to be due any day now. These ladies took great care of me and made me feel so relaxed. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend. I went to Tracy's for the first time a few days ago, based on the strength of Yelp reviews.  I just had a manicure and spa pedicure with basic polish, nothing fancy.The pros:  everyone here was very nice.  They didn't talk too much or make disparaging comments.  I was offered refreshments when I arrived.  Prices were ok.The cons:  it's only been two days, and my toenails are chipped and the polish on my fingernails is peeling off in sheets.  I haven't done anything particularly strenuous.  Also, all of the polishes they have seemed really old and were separating.  The place itself is showing a lot of wear and tear.  The chairs are old and the material is cracking.  Everything is rather dingy.  And the place is so cluttered!  There are things piled in every corner.  Stacks and stack of just random stuff.  The towels are completely threadbare and ripping.  They use random old pillows for cushions.  I don't go very often for mani pedis, so I do like a nice salon experience when I do.I would not go back to the place or recommend it. I had the absolute worst experience here. The woman who did my nails cut every single one of my nail beds with her dremel. She didn't even care, it was obvious that it was happening as I was bleeding. She was far too occupied with what was going on behind me and looked pissed off the entire time. She barely payed any attention to my hands. I didn't catch her name but, she was sitting in the very far back left when you walk in at the door. I will NEVER go back here. Got a gel French manicure at Tracy today.  Love it!  I paid extra for a spa deluxe manicure and got the best shoulder and neck massage, wax treatment, hand massage, etc.  It was so nice!  $36 for that.  Wendy was great!Oanh Pham thanks for having a good salon! Read Less

This place is ridiculous. I have gone to Tracy Nails 3 times now. Each time they've messed up my nails and refused to fix them. They're always rushing and it feels like they just try to kick you out. The lady who did my nails on my last trip was throwing my hands around and very rude. I told her what I wanted my nails to look like, (the way my job allows me to have my nails, which I told her 4 times) and she told me they would look better another way. She completely disregarded what I said, and did what she liked. It is extremely frustrating to have to go back and argue with them that I got in trouble with my job because they refused to do my nails the way I wanted. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came here on my search for a new pedicure spot, and let's just say if all else fails in the area this may be it. It's located by mattress firm in a plaza so pay attention to your GPS because it's hard to see by the eye.When I came in the manager greeted me without making eye contact as she worked on someone else which kind of is a pet peeve.They asked me to sign in which was also kind of pointless since I was the only one waiting but I did so as they were busy. My nail tech was sweet and this is one of two nail shops EVER that carded me for wine but it makes sense as half their clientele was younger.I decided to get the 2nd most expensive pedicure to pamper myself which the massage portion was great, as my photo shows, but I felt they could have done more intense scrubbing. The only reason I am still searching is because you can feel like a sardine/like so much Is going on as it was so small and I feel like the pedicure could have been a bit more hygenic/as I said better scrubbing. OK, I am a guy who likes a good pedicure. Years ago my wife convinced me it was not sissy boy stuff. (I was a macho cop and biker) But she was right, it was very relaxing and I felt great after a good treatment. My favorite gal at Tracy is Amy. She speaks no English but we communicate just fine. She always treats me like I am her only customer. I get the hot rock leg massage and a good hour of personal attention while I catch up on my reading.Sometimes I am the only guy in the place and I have gotten used to it. A couple of times ladies have told me they wish their husbands would try it out but they could not drag them in. Occasionally there are other guys getting the same treatment as I'm getting. We usually pass a knowing look that we are on to something special. So, if you are a guy reading this, check it out. You will probably like it! Read Less

Not welcoming at all. When I walked in, Tracy(The owner) asked me "What do you need??". That was so unprofessional.....I got Mani/Pedi combo, two ladies worked simultaneously to finish everything in 20 Minutes. I like long relaxing pedicure so it was a big disappointment for me.They did a terrible job on removing cuticles, hardly anything was removed. Massage was short and hot stone was way too hot. They painted my nails with their cheap nail polish and rushed me out of the spa chair. Waste of my time and money!!! Read Less

The BEST pedicure I've had in a long time. For the past 2 years I've been going down the road to Azura Nails simply because it was recommended to me and I don't usually change nail places if I like it - I don't usually take chances when it comes to my nails because I am picky and there isn't much else that will drive me nuts like a poor nail job! Well, Azura was full which is very very common on weekends and I had to get my nails done for a last minute event. The solar nail tech that I love at Azura also recently left there and I had heard a rumor that a few nail techs had come to Tracy's (this place is no longer called LyLy). I don't know if the rumor is true because I didn't recognize any of the ladies when I came in but they didn't have much of wait even though they were busy. I wasn't sure what to expect but was blown away by their pedicure! Their express includes a hot stone massage and the foot massage part was on par with any I've had by a masseuse! It was soooooo good! She really took her time and made sure it was perfect. I am so so so impressed! I will be returning and trying out their solar nail tecs ASAP! Read Less

LyLy has changed owners and is now Tracy Nails.  I got great service and a wonderful pedicure and gel manicure.  The owner is very nice and my nails look great.  I also got a very good massage with both services and the price was reasonable.  I would definitely recommend trying this place. I did not get my nails done there. However, I went in hopefully. I have more nail polish at home than they did. And I was in the mood for red and could not find any true red. It was a Sunday afternoon and there was no one there. All the salons nearby were full. I guess that is why. Read Less

The sister and I stopped in for a little bit of pampering during an afternoon of retail therapy.  Since I've just moved to the Wylie area, I wasn't familiar with any of the nail salons in the area.  There is one salon that has been reviewed here on Yelp, so we headed in it's general direction.  We happened upon Ly Ly Nails before we reached the other business, and it was not busy, as well as conveniently located next to a cute clothes boutique, so we thought we'd be brave and give them a try!We were greeted enthusiastically when we walked in, and while my sister was relaxing with a deluxe pedicure, I opted to have my nail polish changed.  Both ladies were friendly; sister enjoyed her pedi thoroughly, and my nails look fantastic!  I chose the gel polish, and my lady was very thorough, efficient, and pleasant.  The salon was clean, with new and comfortable chairs, and was very prettily decorated.  I'm sure we'll visit again soon!
