Honestly they lied! I called on the phone to see if they can do a SIMPLE design and they said yes! But when i got there they said sorry no we cant do that! And the thing is it was a FLOWER like the on...
Honestly they lied! I called on the phone to see if they can do a SIMPLE design and they said yes! But when i got there they said sorry no we cant do that! And the thing is it was a FLOWER like the ones you can get anywhere! Long story short i will NOT recomend it at all what so ever.

For what I pay, I love this joint. A little disorganized, so I always walk in during the daytime on Fridays, so I get seen fairly quickly. They do a great job on shellac nails. I never have them chip.

I'm a regular of Nancy. I came in was looked at weird like why was I there. Nancy tells me that I didn't have an appointment but if the last time you see your nail text is on the 15 of March and you tell her in three weeks on Thursday. April 5 would be 3 weeks unless I don't know my weeks. After everytime I see her is after my Dr. appointment. She was rude and made me feel like I was crazy and didn't know what I was talking about. Never did acknowledge if she was going to do my nails just kept on with her customer. So I waited never acknowledged me. So I left called for Tina to do my nas she tells me to come in at 1. I go in sit in the waiting area. A lady was about to get a full set. I told her she can go so at this point I'm upset because my time is wasted. The lady gets up behind. Tells me she didn't want a full set anyways. At this point I will take my money somewhere else. Can't believe the way I was treated today.

If i could give ZERO stars i would. Worst customer service. Never coming back, my nails look like a child has done them. The guy who did my nails was very RUDE, was complaining that my nails were short. He got nail polish all on the skin around my nail, as soon as he finished my nails he didnt say anything he just got up and left. I have never seen such bad customer service.

I went in 1/14/18 for my second time i liked the service the first time thought i would go bck again. They were busy of course and I wanted until my turn long story short i left after getting my nails and eyebrows done.Noticed the next day my nails were uneven and the shellac has spots like i could see uneven costs of nail polish. I went back to see if i could have them fixed I paid 50$ and i wasn’t happy with the results. the lady that did my nails starting going off and telling other customers she did nothing wrong. All i wanted was to get the nails fixed she was so rude kept ignoring me and telling other customers how she had to fix my eyebrows whei NEVER BROUGH UP MY EYEBROWS I JUST WANTED THEM FIX TRIMMED A BIT i didn’t ask for a whole new set but the lady was BEYOND rude and i just walked out 50$ for uneven nails from the shape, length to color! I WILL NEVER RETURN

Worst nail professional ever. I went for a fill in with regular polish. My nails were 3 different shapes when the nail tech was done ranging from square, Round, and oval. I gave Directions several times to the tech on which nails needed to be fixed but she couldn't seem to get it right. The polish job was even worse with overlapping polish that was not smoothed out and overlapping my cuticles. Please beware of the female tech that wears glasses. I ended up visiting another salon to get my shape and polish corrected the same day. My normal tech had not made it in and I don't think I'm returning

Last time I wanted for a hour to be help out . & this time I made a appointment & still waited a hour because I had to soak my nail . So I got so upset that I walk out & came to EVA NAILS.

I asked for matte and she did not understand what that was & nail polish color choices do not include enough current in trend colors.

He got nail polish all on the skin around my nail, as soon as he finished my nails he didnt say anything he just got up and left. I have never seen such bad customer service.

Worst nail professional ever. I went for a fill in with regular polish. My nails were 3 different shapes when the nail tech was done ranging from square, Round, and oval. I gave Directions several times to the tech on which nails needed to be fixed but she couldn't seem to get it right.
