This is the best nail salon in Wichita Falls! I had been searching for a good nail salon for years. I visited Victoria Day Spa and Nails for the first time last July, 2017. I've been a loyal customer ever since! Tory, the owner, is wonderful! My nail technician, Jessica, is excellent! They are kind, friendly, professional and very helpful!

I tried Victoria's Day Spa and loved it! So much better than the "Big Box" nail salons where you get rushed and if your like me feel overwhelmed. I feel relaxed and am leaving with pretty toes.

Best staff!! They did a fantastic job on my nails, they looked great and held up amazingly against pretty tough conditions. Love this place! They'll do exactly what you want.

Not EVEN one star. Walked in at 3:35 & was told it would be a 30 min wait. I asked, "Are u sure it's just 30 min wait? I have been told that before & waited up to an hr, (stupid stupid me) Was told yes. I walked out at 4:45 when I knew it would be at least 30 more min wait. HATE HATE HATE to be lied to. If it was goin to be 1.5 hrs that's all they had to tell me & I would've come back another time. Will not darken their doors again, do not care how good they are. And will tell everyone I know what happened. Seriously thinking bout posting on Rants & Raves. Oh, and btw, they know me as a regular customer that tips well!! But never again!

Won't ever go back here. They turn people away. My mom and I went in early on a Saturday morning and they told us it would be a 30 minute wait. 15 minutes later, someone different told us it would be an hour wait. There was only one other customer in there and two nail techs. Awful customer service.

I really liked this place. The reason I havent gone back is because the last time I went there was a client causing a ruckus over her nail being bumped and messed up. It was her fault, not the nail tech. BUT her attitude bounced off of her and into the nail tech working on me. (And they all became aggitated) I felt very uncomfortable. I still think its a nice place and I really like Kevin's foot massage. I will return but giving it some time before I do. It was so awkward.

I've been a loyal customer ever since! Tory, the owner, is wonderful! My nail technician, Jessica, is excellent! They are kind, friendly, professional and very helpful!

I have been told that before & waited up to an hr, (stupid stupid me) Was told yes. I walked out at 4:45 when I knew it would be at least 30 more min wait. HATE HATE HATE to be lied to. If it was goin to be 1.5 hrs that's all they had to tell me & I would've come back another time. Will not darken their doors again, do not care how good they are. My mom and I went in early on a Saturday morning and they told us it would be a 30 minute wait. 15 minutes later, someone different told us it would be an hour wait. There was only one other customer in there and two nail techs. Awful customer service.

I really liked this place. The reason I havent gone back is because the last time I went there was a client causing a ruckus over her nail being bumped and messed up. It was her fault, not the nail tech. BUT her attitude bounced off of her and into the nail tech working on me. (And they all became aggitated) I felt very uncomfortable.
