Tony's work is amazing but his customer service is horrible and I will never spend another dollar with him! I have been going to Tony for some time now driving 2 hrs their and back and this is the 3rd time I had an appt and he has called to cancel or tell me to come at another time! This would be fine and dandy but not when your driving 2 hours their and back. Tony acts as if only his time is valuable! My 1st appt was cancelled because he said he had to go to Vegas, okay fine. So his wife and I agreed on another date and time to now all of a sudden when I call to verify that I still had my appt on tomorrow he say's to me (very rudely) if I didn't call to cancel then you still have your appt. His wife then calls me back about and hour later and say to me I NEVER scheduled you an appt can you come in at 12 noon? No, I can't come at 12 noon I already had plans made after my nail appt (that was never scheduled)! I proceeded to tell her that we agreed on 10 am and she tells me no, someone else has a 10 am appt and if you can't come at 12 noon then don't come. Tony then gets on the phone and say to me I don't even do nails on Saturday (which is a damn lie, all my appts been on Saturdays)! Okay so let’s start with all these 5 star reviews aren’t even from people in my town... they are clearly fake.... Now down to the real point, this place is absolute crap. I took my mom and sister there to get pedicures for my moms upcoming wedding. When we got there I asked for a simple French tip pedicure and was informed “we don’t do nail art.” Wait what??? I was shocked that a French tip was considered “nail art” and floored that a place with such amazing photos and “revie...ws” couldn’t do something so simple let alone doesn’t do nail art. Secondly the appointment was made for three of us and due to them only having two pedicure stations my sister opted out (she was smart). Third, those pictures you see on his page will cost you both kidneys and your first born child. The prices on his page and website don’t come remotely close to what they really cost. Fourth issue, there were three crying babies in the back that nobody was watching or taking care of. Fifth issue, both my pedicure and my moms pedicure were so bad we ended up leaving without our manicures and going to Kim’s nails as walk in appointments. They fixed Tony’s horrible pedicures and did a fabulous job. Finally I’m ashamed to say I should have known better when I pulled up... Tony’s shop is literally connected to a gas station and not even a nice one... I get it, that should have been my first sign but I chose to ignore it due to reading all his “amazing reviews” and looking at all those pictures. Shame on me. Also and this doesn’t pertain to my personal expenses there, but I saw Tony himself out in the town the following day when I had to finish us last minute wedding stuff. Tony was a complete asshole to the people working at AT&T. He was cussing them out, calling names, and even boasted about his fancy car and how the employees there would never drive anything like that because they weren’t “on his level”.... It was crazy....
