I went in yesterday for a Pedi. Everything was going good until she cut my big toe which burns like hell. She did not scrub my heels at all. Then after that when all was said and done I asked for a simple flower design. I ended up not liking the design, which did not resemble a flower at all, and I asked her to just do decorative lines. She acted upset, then asked another tech to do the flower. I had to wait almost 20 min for the other tech, when the other tech finally came... she asked me what kind of flower I wanted then I asked what she was good at... she said she didn't know. So again, I said just do lines and she does a FLOWER.... The end result was OKAY. I didn't want to sit there another 30 minutes waiting for my toes to dry & for them to give me attitude about wanting another design.... which I ended up having to do anyways because they acted like they forgot I was there and never brought over my slippers. I ended up waiting, keep in mind at this point I've been here an hour and a half. I am 30 weeks pregnant with twins, so my hips and back are killing me... Then! After alllll that, they tried to overcharge me. Hell no! Bad customer service experience. Great service! Much more relaxing than the big salons! Super friendly! I was doing laundry next door, and asked if they could get me done in 30 minutes, they got it done in the time I asked and it was better than the places that let me sit for an hour and 30 minutes! Read Less
