Gone here for years with no problems. Today the lady who did my nails did a very poor job. (Never used her before today). The owner, kelly told me she could "touch them up" now. I explained I had an appointment to be at and could not stay. They refused to let me come back later today and told me I had to accept my nails "as is". I live in Fort Worth and was in town. Decided to get a pedicure. Vivian the lady that did mine was very nice and friendly. I treated myself a little more than usually but it was way worth it. I was gave water and a snack. Kelly was so nice and friendly as well. I'll be moving soon to Wichita and I believe I've found my new place to go. This is a really beautiful salon and has a lot of potential, but I am so disappointed in my service. I scheduled an appointment ahead and showed my technician a picture of what I wanted when we began - I of course didn't expect it to look like exactly what I showed, but not only does it look cheap it's just a bad job done. I got a nexgen mani - the product is all over my cuticles and skin, some nails aren't even completely coated, three of my fingers were nicked. The technici...an was really nice and offered refreshments when she greeted me, but it felt rushed and she stopped to check texts during my service. I don't think I'll be returning to this salon ever again, but I think a consultation with the client prior would go a long way and improve their reviews. I have come here twice in the past two months. I have not been impressed with the service. No matter what pedicure you ask for, the same service is provided. Milk and honey pedicure, no milk and no honey, just grapefruit. Spearmint and vanilla, this one they scrub the top two layers of skin off with the spearmint scrub and then you would think vanilla, but no they rub in the grapefruit. They did a good job on the pedicures then we recieved but when we went to pay out they charged more on one 10$ more on one pedicure and we wanted to split the check to do $100 in cash and the rest on the card the lady who checked us out only did $50 in cash and the rest on the card then came back and after seeing our confused faces tells us She likes to be tipped in cash and didn’t walk away from us till she was tipped!!!! Very disappointed. Waited 45 minutes to get in and the lady took zero time making sure my nails looked decent. She used the electric tool to shave down my finger nails rather than cutting them with clippers. They were instantly too short and throbbing. Multiple times she made my cuticles bleed from the same tool. I woke up today with an awful “dip manicure” that is extremely uneven and sore finger nails. I left with a bloody throbbing finger after my nail tech cut it (on accident of course) but after a half hour to get it to stop bleeding I was still charged full price. In addition my nail tech grabbed my beige coat off my lap abruptly with red fingernail polish on her fingers. I would've moved it myself had I known I wasn't allowed to have anything on my lap. I went to the store to buy some polish remover however the three spots with her nail polish finger imprint just won't fully come out. This was my first time coming to this salon. I didn't know what to expect but I heard great things about it. They have a great pedicure tray set up. Coming here to see something upscale is a great option. This place has plenty of seats so there shouldn't ever be a wait. Also catering to the children as they have cute little pedi seats. I tried the powder dip for my nails for the first time and I am in LOVE! I've done acrylic for years but this is my new must have service! Either way it's definitely worth trying out! Love this place!! Came on a Tuesday around 4pm and though a little busy I was sat right away. Asked for a mani and pedi and they serviced me at the same time! They have a bunch of options for pedicures, I picked the mango and loved it. They also offer drinks from water to wine. The venue is really big and the furniture is very classy and clean. Everyone is super friendly. They do have 3 chairs for children. They offer waxing and tint, also eyelash extensions. I wish I lived here so I can come back all the time! Loved it. Read Less

Amazing vibes & great prices!! I flew from LA to Wichita Falls and I was nervous I wouldn't find an amazing spa that met my standards but this place is the BEST spa I've been to. The staff is so nice, everyone is smiling they have delicious wines and different soda options and snacks. I highly recommend not going to this salon. They will do anything to get you in a chair and take your money. I went a couple of weeks ago to have my nails done for vacation and not two days later the powder dip was chipping off in every nail. Not to mention it was the worst salon experience of my life. After my pedicure they told me I could get my nails done right then. They were busy but insisted I sit down and have it done today. I waited for 30 minutes in the chair before... anyone even spoke to me. The manager of the salon eventually came over to me and started soaking and doing my nails. She was also busy answering the people that walked in, the phone, telling employees on what to do, filing other people's nails, and anything and everything except concentrating on what she was doing to my nails. After two and a half hours my nails were streaked with white streaks throughout the powder dip. I was extremely unhappy with the service. Despite what had happened last time I decided to give them another chance. I went in and had my nails re dipped in the powder. I had made an appointment and still waited, and watched others that just walked in start their nails before me. The guy who did my nails (Neal) only dipped the color twice when I insisted that they needed a few more dips to be stronger. He continued to tell me no it will be fine and didn't do what I asked. He was happy with the file and filed my pinky until I was bleeding. It wasn't two days later that my nails started to chip on every nail. They chipped so far down that I had half nail polish on them. I had to spend my action filing down my nails every time they continued to chip. I messaged the business and they had an excuse for everything, but said that they would fix it when I came in. When I got back from vacation I went in to have the powder dip taken off and just out shellac on my nails. I've never had any problems with shellac until I went to this nail salon. Not two days later the polish is chipping off of my nails again. I messaged the salon telling them that's again I was dealing with my nails chipping and I was pretty upset. They had an unlimited amount of excuses again, never once apologizing for what had happened. Then Kelly at the front desk proceeded to tell me " You did not pay from last service. We don't have liability for it. Thanks.." So as I stated before they will do anything to take your money. This place has grown too money hungry and their service is terrible. They don't care about their customers, and won't fix it when they screw up. If your looking for a great nail salon look no further than the Posh Nail Bar across the street. They have wonderful service, they are always nice, own up to heir mistakes and will fix them. Wonderful staff and service. I used to get a different nail tech every time until I found a favorite one, but not one of them have done anything less than a good job with my nails. The owner is very nice too. I even got my eyebrows waxed here and was pretty happy with the results. Even though I had an appt first thing when they opened, i had to wait. It took 2 hours for a simple pedicure once we got started. I asked for white with gold tips, kept repeating the colors i wanted, and somehow I came out with baby blue and silver.  Who even thinks that looks good together? There was even paint all over my actual toes themselves. In fact, my baby toes barely have nails, so she seemed to think she should paint a fake nail on the skin itself?! I think someone else tried to correct her on the colors, but i couldn't understand what they were saying. I don't think she could speak any english at all. She cut up my toes and didn't pay any attention to the bottom of my feet. The whole experience was very frustrating and upsetting because i rarely treat myself. I got the Lavender pedicure and it came with hot stones and massaged you with grapefruit (never had that done before but it was nice). Was quite impressed with this nail salon.  Made an appointment and was seen right away.  Got the Lavender pedicure for $45 and it was wonderful.  The massage was great, included using oranges and hot stones.  I thought the staff was very friendly and didn't ignore us at all. offered drinks and a snack. When this place first opened it was the place everyone bragged about, but the longer the place has been open the less the staff works on their costumer service. I know we all have experienced that one moment when you know the person doing your nails is talking about you to their co-worker sitting next to them, but these people are blunt about it. They will literally point and laugh or call their other co-workers over to see whatever they find amusing (friends and I have seen this happen on several occasions). With that being said, there is one young man in this place named Tony. Tony does a fabulous job and has always been polite, I hope he comes to his senses and goes to another nail salon where I could request him again because even though I love his work, I refuse to go back to this place!
