My pedicure was good but the woman was more worried about the things going on around her than me. She ended up spraying the water onto my chair and getting my bottom wet because she wasn't paying attention. My friend got a lot longer, more attentive massage and pedicure from her lady. First time I visited I had a 5 star mani/pedi experience. This time around, not so much. Mostly the ladies just seemed out-of-it & crabby... and it shows in their work. My pedicure was terrible. They made my nails extremely short and square. The color was clumpy and didn't cover right, and the nail file wasn't even fileing my nail, it was filing my skin! When she clipped my skin she left behind pieces and my nails looked better before. When they did actually file my nail, she left sharp edges. I will be taking the polish off and waiting for my nails to grow out so I won't actually look like a piece of crap. Read Less

After $40 and not even 18 hours after my gel manicure, half of my nails had peeled right off. I live a total driving time of 3 hours away and courteously asked for a refund. I was told by Whitney that they could not allow for a refund due to the fact that when I left there my nails looked fine and I was apparently happy. Not at all! My service wasn't even complete as the lady doing my nails complained the entire time with sighs and made sure to let me know when they closed. A...fter she filed a nail too short I asked for her to redo it and she again reminded me of their closing time. The mess up was not my fault. Then, she decided to leave without completing the hand massage provided in the service. They openly admitted to using the wrong LED lamp to dry my nails as well but assured me everything would be fine. Never be back! First they use a powerd I said is it gonna dry that dark she said no be light so after said and done they look black I said I don't like she said won't take off paint over and some lop side and MY pink nail two different size! Read Less

the last time I went my polish on my toes chipped off in about 3 days!! I can paint my own toes & the polish wont come off for weeks on end! the pedicure was fantastic though. the nails were rushed & not done right I popped them off in about 2 weeks. Read Less

I wasn't very happy with my first ever pedicure here. I went because it is open on Sunday, and my favorite place is not. The salon is lovely and new and the greeter was kind. The pedicurist pulled on a piece of skin (she had clippers in her hand! Why did she not clip it?) and ripped it away from my cuticle and made me bleed. That's happened in a manicure, but it was always followed with an apology. Even when I said "OUCH" she didn't stop. The paint job was not stellar and the gal was just not friendly.
