Tried to stop by Sunday since yelp said they where open, but they weren't. They even had a sign up saying 'open Sunday's'. I ended up stopping by Monday. I was quickly attended to. The staff was friendly and the place seemed pretty clean. But the women doing my pedicure seemed to be new and not speak much English. She kept cutting into the side of my toe and came really close to where the skin attaches to the nail. Pretty painful and the nail on my big toe slants significantly. Not to mention the polish job wasn't the best. But she did massage me for a good while and thoroughly exfoliated me. But the other women who did my manicure was rushing. She rounded my nails even after I asked her for square and ended up missing much of the sides of my nails. I pointed it out and She said she would fix it but never did. Not to mention they charged me $30 for a 15 min half ass job.  When I questioned why it was so much for something so simple she explained that it was gel polish and she 'gave me massage'. Better Than My Spot in Denver!!I've lived in Denver now for over a decade. I like to take care of myself as best as possible. That includes nail maintenance. I thought I was doing pretty well until I came by Kim's Nails & Spa. I had the NICEST person in the world give me a pedicure. She schooled me on how a lot of Vietnamese girls like the K-pop stars. It was a fun conversation. And she did the most amazing job on my feet. I have never had a better pedicure. I don't think a lot places know how to deal with men, because they don't get a lot of male customers. I thought I was doing well in the "Big City." Not so at all. The first time I went, I was very pleased. I had Kim and she gave me a really good fill. She waxed my eye brows and did amazing. Well I went back a couple weeks later for another fill and Kim wasn't there so I let some other lady do my nails and it was terrible. She rushed through the whole thing because there was another girl waiting. My nails looked like total crap. And she made my eyebrows look uneven. I might give Kim another try but wow. Not impressed. The manager was leaving so we had to pre-pay before the services even started.  I got a pedicure, the nail tech refused to do anything but "a simple flower" and returned the $5 I paid for a design. She was so mad and kept arguing with the other tech. My friend got a pedicure too, her feet hurt afterwards, way too rough. Wanted to walk out but we couldn't, we pre-paid. Went in for a pedicure and decided I wanted a full set as well, the pedicure was fantastic. It was the set that was horrible the nail tech asked me what length I wanted my nails and when I told her she told me no and began to say it would be an extra charge and even after I said it was fine she continued to tell me no then when I told her I wanted my nails very square she made several of the nails slanted, round and some even crooked and when I asked her to fix the shape she told me it was just my fingers and finally I moved to the dryer and at 7pm I was told "we are leaving now,you can go"...they weren't supposed to close till 7:30/: Read Less

I have been a satisfied customer for well over 10 years. Those sweet people do their best to take care of everyone and make you feel at home. They always do a quality job. Kim's shop is clean and her equipment is as well. I see many repeat customers as I have been in and out over the years. No one can satisfy everyone at all times. I have been going to Kim's Nails for over 10 years and I have never had a bad experience. They are the cleanest shop I have every seen. Kim takes great pride in treating everyone who walks through the door fairly and professionally. It is hard for me to believe anyone in the shop is rude. After coming here several times, I am rating it 5 stars (for Wichita Falls). Reasonable price with a lot of features to their spa pedicure. My husband loves to come with me and get a nice foot massage. They also tint lashes here; only place I've found in WiF that will do it. She's quick too! Went in for a polish change. The man doing my pc asked why I didn't just get a pedi. I said I just wanted the pc. He proceeded (with a small negitive attitude change). I even tiped him $1 after paying. It looked fine until I got out into the sunlight. There was polish still all over my toes and even in between. Wont be returning. He was obviously mad I wouldn't do the entire pedi service. Not a reason to leave my pc crappy looking. Read Less
