Kenny's Nails home of the $11 lasts less than 24 hours manicure. That's right, it stayed on less than 24 hours, but apparently ladies this is my fault. Let me explain how "Kenny" the manager at Kenny's Nails explained "my problem" to me. My first mani/pedi is fine. Nice. So I return for a second manicure and literally the same day the polish is peeling off. I'm leaving for to go out of town the next morning (literally, to go get on an airplane) and I have no time to go back to get this fixed. So Kenny's Nail went from 4 stars to 0 stars. I return approx. 3 weeks later for mani/pedi. I plan to discuss my defective manicure with the management, assuming they will apologize, no problem. I have just put my feet in the water. I see "Kenny" (the manager). I mention to him that my last manicure came off in less than 24 hours. He says, "Not my problem" and no, I'm not kidding. So I'm trying to understand, what does Kenny mean ... not his problem... so I ask, "What? You don't guarantee a manicure for 24 hours at least?" No, they do not. Kenny then tells me they do not stand by their work AT ALL on natural nails EVER. He calmly explains real nails have problems and they never, ever guarantee work on them EVER. Not pedicures, not manicures, not even for 24 hours (funny, they don't tell you this BEFORE they take your money). They only time they guarantee work is if you get "fake nails" such as gel nails, acrylic nails or the new and improved $30+ shellac manicure (which, BTW will also come off in 2-3 days since no one is adequately trained to do it correctly). But I'm thinking after all this since I'm sitting there Kenny will apologize, will say "I'm sorry you had a problem. This manicure is on the house." No, instead he becomes beligerent and bascially tells me it's my fault, I must have oils on my skin that make polish come off fast, so "it's not my problem." He then turns his back (to return to playing his video game) and says "we are done talking lady." So I got my feet dried off, got my shoes and left. Yes, Kenny it IS your problem. Bad attitude and bad customer service are always a problem especially in Wichita Falls where there are LOTS and LOTS of nail salons. Major fail on Kenny's nails for terrible manicure (peeled off in LESS than 24 hours) and terrible attitude by manager. Read Less
