I moved to this area about a year ago and fell in love with harmony. However, as time went on and I kept coming back, the service got continually worse. It's like they thought I could wait longer and accept more mistakes since I was a regular customer. Today I went in to just get my previous manicure off because I'm having a surgery and can't have it on. I explained this to them and as soon as they realized I wasn't getting another set, they just left me sitting there soaking in acidtone. I told the lady it was burning and all she did was move me to another spot and make me wait soaking there. I was there for a little over an hour just for a removal. I would not recommend this to anyone. I really recommend Neil at rock star nail salon. He at least cares enough to talk to you and do his all to service you and make you happy. He is a perfectionist and doesn't make any mistakes and I'm a person who is in top of every little detail of my nails so this satisfies me. I don't recommend harmony nails and hope other people won't just settle for the service they are providing. Read Less

This place is amazing! The staff are just plain nice and I totally recommend coming here. They have a huge menu of different pedicures and manicures and I had a wonderful experience. They have heated towels, and are very sanitary. They also provide a complimentary drink with a purchase of a pedicure. This place is just amazing. Read Less

I went in at 5:00 on a Sunday, and they were able to finish my manicure and pedicure before their closing time at 6:00 p.m. without any complaints. Great, professional service! I chipped my nail as I was signing my receipt. They repainted it, and let me stay after hours to let it dry. It was a good experience with reasonable prices and clean, relaxed atmosphere. Before going to this salon I had never been asked to pay in advance which is why I was so shocked. Anyway thankfully I have found other salons who have better Customer service. I firmly believe the review by Kevin Z. is completely false. I visit this salon regularly and spend a lot of time there. They NEVER ask for payment in advance - from anyone! Also, not one of the ladies that work there could ever be described as angry. I don't know what salon this person visited, but it sure wasn't Harmony.They do a fine job and do their best to make everyone comfortable. That review is a fake. Read Less

Absolutely awful, first off let me just say that I was here trying to find a new nail salon as we just relocated to Wichita Falls. From the moment I set down they were rude I was made to pay for my manicure before it was done, now I'm not sure about you but I like to Tip based on the service provided. Therefore I left the space blank to fill in later but the lady angrily took my receipt and put it in her drawer then proceeded to finish a half a**job on my nails I was so angry I couldn't even sit there to finish. As she was obviously talking about me (I have never thought that they have talk about me before at any other salon) but she was obviously gesturing and painting at me and laughing with the lady next to her!
