Not thrilled with the caliber of the service had long.natural nails and guy said it we be better a little shorter even after I said that I liked them long I don't mind a little shorter but when he grabbed the clippers and took off 3\4 of my long nails. I had a very bad experience here. The man who was doing my nails did nothing but complain the entire time. He was very rude. Because of him I wouldn't consider coming back. My advice to him is that if he doesn't want to work there then for him to quit not to take out on costumers! Read Less

Ann is very nice and professional, she and her employees do a fabulous job. My mom and I came in for a pedi and we both left very happy with our toes. We were offered bottled water and candies while we waited, the environment is a little small, but clean and cheerful. They used sealed instruments, thoroughly soaked and scrubbed our feet, hot towel and massage, and meticulously painted our toes. The gentleman who did my toes was very nice, gentle, and did a great job on my feet. Another young man worked on my mom's feet and she was very happy with her pedi. I had been going here for about a year and this last time I went was the last time. I had been cut already here once before on my ankle..I understand accidents happen but they didn't apologize, take off a few bucks or even offer me a darn band aid. I decided to give it another chance thinking it was an isolated incident. Well this past time I went again and got a pedicure by Miss Ann and I got cut again..I told her I was bleeding and she wanted me to put my foot back in the water which I know is a no no. She finally put on some alcohol and a band aid but also was coughing all over the wound. I feel bad cuz I know she's a hard working lady and nice but I just can't go back there again. Read Less

So I don't usually do reviews, but I feel that I will do this time because it does help ( like it did with me) people to make better decisions based on what they are looking for, so here is mine... I was looking for a place where my step mom could feel at least a bit pampered she had never experienced a pedicure so I wanted to for the place to have massaging chairs.... This place has at least 6 massaging chairs with bubbly water ... The pedicure consisted of cleaning the feet... throughly, exfoliating them and putting a hot towel over them ... We got the shellac nail polish , I got mine done by Ann while my stepmother got hers by the only male that was there ... I loved the outcome of mine , very shiny and well done but unfortunately my stepmother did not get the same results, while Ann took her time the guy who did step moms did it kind of quick ... Therefore her nails looked kind of opaque compared to mine ... So here's my opinion of this place I would definitely recommend it but do not get the young male to do your shellac nails , the other female that was there looked like she was doing a great job like Ann as well ... Another that I liked about this place is their hygiene with their tools they use for everyone tools that have been Packaged and most likely sterilized to cut your nails and rough skin ... This is my first time at a nail salon in the valley. Came here for shellac mani-pedis with my mom for her birthday. Got there about 5:30 on a Friday and we were the only ones there, but it really started to pick up after 6. It's a small place, nothing fancy. The owner brought us little water bottles and little candies while sitting in the pedi chairs. The nail techs were generally quiet other than a direction every once in a while, but they did a nice job. Whole thing took about 1.5 hours. It was $57 pp for a shellac mani-pedi. She's very detailed, might take longer than what you're used to, but you'll be happy with the result that's for sure. This is my first time here. I tried to get a pedicure and a shellac polish change on my hands but I never made it to that. After soaking for over an hour they finally started on my pedicure. She was always distracted and ended up taking over an hour on my pedicure as well. The pedicure was great but almost 3 hours from chair to door without even touching my hands is a bit excessive. I may return if I have the whole day to get both my hands and feet done. Read Less

HORRIBLE!!! Never go here! Very little, forces you to drink water & candy... Asked me 10x if I wanted some. The lady that owns it sits there & does nothing but sleep while 3 people are waiting for the 2 cosmetologist to get done. The acetone that they used to take my nails off, got dumped back into the acetone jug for someone the next time. They had 82 different acrylic powders but NO white... They have white with glitter but not flat white. I dont like pink bc u can tell when i need a fill. This place needs shut down by the health department. First time here. This place is really charming. From the moment you enter a sweet little lady that probably owns the shop greets you with candies and a refreshment in what feels like a wholesome family atmosphere. The services are good and I loved my pedicure. Not being from the Vally area, I went through a bit of trial and error with finding the rite spots since I've been down here.
