This was my second visit to this specific location. I requested to get a full set and pedicure. I picked the tranquility room for my pedicure it was absolutely amazing and Nancy did an awesome job making sure I was okay throughout the whole process. While I was getting my pedicure a gentleman by the name of John I believe was doing my full set at the same time. The pedicure was not the problem it was my full set. This was the second time I've gotten a full set here and it was awful. I feel as if he was rushing, he didn't take his time to make sure it was how I wanted it. They are too short and they don't look natural how I like them. Mind you there are tons of bubbles and my nails are not smooth or shiny. Also just an FYI to get your cuticles trimmed its an extra $5 (I was confused because most places I go, it is included w/the full set) I don't feel like he cared about what I wanted he was just in a rush. My daughter wanted her nails done for Christmas so I took her on Christmas Eve. She got a plain red powder acrylic nails which were 45.00 that she paid for with her own money (she’s a high school student). Anyway on Christmas day one of her nails started lifting, and by the time I was able to take her back to get them fixed (5 days later) many were lifting and one completely off. They fixed them with no problems, but here we are January 10th and no nails at all. She’s had her nails done plenty of times and never this kind of experience. Never again. Read Less

Very beautiful salon and spa! First visit was a great experience, very happy with my nails and my tech was gentle. Will be returning asap ☺ They also have an awesome points system when you use cash vs. card, that you can use towards different services!!! Never seen a salon with a program like this, it's great for loyal clients or for the frequented nail junkie ( such as myself lol ) Salon also has children's foot spas (And plenty of them) as well as a "quiet room" as I call it where the lights are softer and the mood is specific to relaxing and calming. I've been to a bunch of nail salons in the area and none compare to this. The pricing is a little high but you get what you pay for. I came here to get my nails done for my wedding recently, I unfortunately had to go somewhere else a few days ago to get my nails refilled and instantly regretted that decision. I'm from Los Angeles and Came here while visiting family looks fancy they are clean but they do a quick sloppy job. They painted gel on my cuticles and they are extremely irritated not to mention that I asked for square nails and came out with misshaped crooked gel mani for $33  luckily, I'll never have to return. Came in to get a new set and the nasty feet done ... I asked about pricing .. I was told $10 off three pedicure packages ... i chose the $43 package upon checking out I was given a ticket of $49.. told him I was told about the $10 off.. he changed it checking out on my nails ... I chose the tips in glitter color instead of my whole nail in glitter (I came in to do the whole nail in glitter).. she told me it would be $45 to do whole nail... so I chose tip instead at $40...now my bill is over $80.. This being said I was sold out of something I originally wanted and charged for the design I picked due to the increase of price ...Then when I go to pay.. NO TIP LINE !!! EITHER YOU HAVE A CRAPPY CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR OR YOU ARE ILLEGALLY PAYING TIPS OUT OF YOUR CASH FLOW.... CAUSING a possible hike in taxes for you the business owner... Today was my first time here and I was not impressed. Tina did my pedicure and did a fabulous job. Whoever did my nails, I'm not sure of her name since she wasn't wearing a name tag, cut my fingers at the cuticle on nearly every finger. One star rating for appearance ONLY. The salon is beautiful however the service and quality of work are far from that!! First of all, I'm new to the area and this is the last place I would recommend to anyone. I went in for a fill and polish change. I asked if the nail tech could make my nails a little shorter. She began removing the shellac from my acrylic nails and the next thing I know, she filed them completely down and started to soak my nails off without consulting with me first. Long story short, she ended up taking my nails off and doing an overlay, cutting them to half the length they were when I came in. I asked for almond shaped nails and got stiletto. Went in for a pedicure and full set (Acrylic). Everyone was very polite, very attentive but when it came down to how nice my nails looked I was not very happy. The lady didn't check to make she they were all the same size and shape. The nails are very thick. I asked her if she could shape them up a little more. She did and she also cracked one of my nails. I've been to a lot of different salons... but at nails of America (Baybrook) they are so clean... they are generous... I have never waited. I have come here on my worst days, and leave here completely stress free. The customer service here is not to be competed with either. This salon is amazing. I will not go anywhere else. Tried this place once. My nails looked like someone who had never done nails in their life tried to experiment on me. They were abnormally thick, the cuticle area was overbuilt onto my skin of my fingers, and they weren't filed down. My hands and nail beds are pretty average and narrow so they're was no reason. I usually go to BayBrook Nail Spa and have been for the past 4 years but my usual person was in Vietnam and I am very particular. I figured I'd try to find someone els...e in the area as backup. Never again. They are definitely Over priced and poor quality. I usually last about 3 weeks with a set and I ended up going to my lady when she came back the following week even she was angry about how my nails were left. I was greeted promptly by maybe the owner since she was in a dress and bossing everyone around. She sat me down, and wow this is the lady that is going to do my nails. I thought it was going to be great. I was completely wrong, she must be out of practice. She wanted to use the dremmel like tool to take my shellac off. When I asked her to take it off the proper way so my natural nails weren't ruined she got a little bit of an attitude. We moved passed that and then i...t came to filing and polish, which I had requested french. I noticed none of my nails were filed properly, they were crooked, some round and some square. I thought surely she would notice. NOPE... she applied the white polish for he tips and asked me what I thought ..... I said "it's crooked, they are all crooked." She said "no how do you like the thickness?" I said "the thickness is fine but all of my nails are crooked and the cuticles look horrible." I'm here on vacation and I came in a little later than I wanted to to update my color dip and get a basic pedicure about 30 minutes before close. They let me come in and did a fantastic job. I thought they were just going to file my nails down and re-dip but she took the tips off and put new ones on. The shape and time she took (even though she really didn't need to) was awesome. My favorite nail salon I have ever been to, they always do a good job and are clean with their tools and pedicure tubs. I have never had to wait for any service here before which is awesome! My first time there was yesterday and the only issue I had was being confused on what to do when I walked in the door. All the guy would do was point and I had a hard time understanding. I have to say that I really enjoyed my experience at Nails of America. First of all, the name of this salon is slightly grandiose and I am definitely here for it! In my state of loyalty, TLC nails reigns supreme but Nails of America offers a different experience complete with some pampering. This salon is located across from Baybrook Mall in the strip mall that once included Whole Foods ( which I still can't believe is no longer there). The inside of this salon is huge and boasts several pedicure chairs and several manicure chairs.The first thing you notice as soon as you walk in is aromatherapy. It almost smells like a Teavana .........but better. I'm not really one for aromatherapy especially if lavender is involved as it sends me into quite a tailspin resulting in a splitting headache. It smells like tea in here and the aroma is quite relaxing.I received a shellac manicure and a shellac pedicure on my visit. I would like to note that while you are receiving your services they put a warm aromatherapy bag around your neck that feels like heaven! it is so relaxing! they also offer deluxe services to include coconut oil, unprocessed, to soften your skin. I appreciate those touches.I would have liked to have been offered a beverage as those who came before and after me were offered one. Services are pretty pricey here but good to pamper yourself. I don't know how this place gets 4.6 stars. They're rude, inconsiderate, and they try to charge you for things without telling you the price. Their dip colors do NOT match what is on the wall, and they even blamed my pregnancy for not wanting the color I chose. Horrible customer service. Went there to get a full set have to wait 20 mins once I was in the chair and they weren't even busy and then the lady didn't even put them on straight so she told them off and I left the other time I went there got like a $60 pedicure and they have me 2 ingrown toenails I will never go back Read Less
