Horrible customer service I decided to give then a second try and still had the same experience while the lady was filing I tried telling her they were uneven (because this is the same problem I had last time) her response "just wait ill finished oh my God" I was shocked I wasn't rude the entire time. Thats not how you treat customers. When it came to the end they were still uneven and not the way I wanted as I'm trying to explaun to her how one side is longer than the other she kept snapping back and being rude she decided to just pass me over to the next lady. WORST MANICURE/PEDICURE EVER!!!!! I basically sat there wasting time while they massaged my arms & legs. The purpose of a manicure & pedicure is to clean, remove cuticle & callus that has built up. I could care less about you massaging me. If I wanted that I’d go to a spa. Now I have to go somewhere else to get a real mani/pedi. I basically paid for an over priced color change and foot wash. This salon was very nice. Everyone was very friendly and we felt welcomed. The massages and scrubs were absolutely wonderful! My legs and feet were so soft afterwards. FYI the towels they wrap your legs in are EXTREMELY HOT so be prepared. I was not happy with the way they cut and painted my toe nails. They ripped a hang nail off my mom’s big toe and now it is bright red! My toe nail was cut so short on the side that I am now growing an ingrown toenail. I can still see nail that was not painted on the sides of my big toe! I feel that I could have done a better job at home. Read Less

Everyone here has been very sweet and are great at their jobs! I brought my 4 daughters for pedicures one day recently and then came back to get manicures a few days later. DO NOT GO HERE!! I’m have been going to high class now for years and then these girls come in and took over. Then pushed out the two best people. This was terrible and the lied and he and the other lady moved to Arizona when I came in. Then wouldn’t do my nails because they had big bunch people coming in. They were still opened with NO ONE IN THE SHOP! When I had called in before I came they said didn’t need an appointment. They say you come back and no I NOT COME BACK! I am leaving for Vegas Wednesday. Depended on this shop and they let me down. And no way could they have a high rating when they just took over the place those ratings probably for the other people. This is a great nail salon. I've been coming here for over a few years and the staff is always friendly. They will even accommodate me if I arrive shortly before they close & without feeling like an obligation or rushed at all. This salon is always on point in making certain their clients receive not just great customer service but attention to detail in their work. Even if I have an 'oops' the next day, they'll gladly repair it & without any fuss. I've already referred several of my girlfriends here and my husband will join me too, since the staff makes him feel comfortable. Absolutely wonderful. Staff were polite and friendly. We got there 30 minutes before they closed, but an hour and a half later we are still here, staff are friendly and patient and making sure to do a good job, not rushing us out. PLUS 2 more people just came in, and they are being given the same polite care that we were when entering. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful when deciding on services. They even took wonderful care of my mom's ingrown toenails, carefully working to get them all out without hurting her. I have come to this family owned business for 12 years. The place is super clean and the owners are very professional and kind. The prices are super affordable. For 1st impressions, it was not good. Smells of incense were extremely overwhelming. I was cut multiple times during the pedicure and eventually had to tell the lady to stop. It seemed as if she was watching the lady next to her to see what to do. They were very nice and service was good. This was my first and last time at high class nails. There is nothing high class about it. The place is extremely dirty and the equipment looks old and unsanitary. They had a bunch of jars with water and like buffers just sitting in the jars. She had a packet of unopened sterilized tools at the station we are sitting, but didn't even open it, instead she used some unopened ones that looked used. Everything has dust or grime on it so hopefully I won't lose a finger. My manicure came out extremely uneven. All my nails are different lengths. This was my first time here and will be my last. I went in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The gentleman in the front suggested I get the solar pink and white, so I decided to try it. The manicure is so ugly I want to go home and soak them off. The manicurist who worked on me was rough and painful. She kept digging her nails into my cuticles. The pedicure was even worse. Okay I want to start this with an apology because it's going to be a rant. I went here Friday night as a last second decision to get my nails done. I usually go to a place I love (VIP Nail Salon and Spa, amazing) but I was in the area so I stopped in. I just got a basic manicure and polish change and let me tell you it was the worst manicure I've ever received. First of all, the woman who did my manicure was clearly in a rush and paid no mind to take her time or be gentle at all. I had on glitter polish left over from prom and all the lady did to try to remove them was barely wet some cotton with acetone and barley rub my nail. She became very clearly frustrated after only like 10 seconds of effort. She them pulled out a NAIL FILE and proceeded to sand paper the polish off my finger. This completely ruined the dexterity of my nails and left them scratched and thin. She also left an area of my thumb completely raw in the process. To avoid this happening again I sat there and picked all the glitter nail polish off my other hand myself while she watched and waited. She took no time in painting my nails at all and the manicure came out very sub par; brush strokes, polish on skin, no polish on the sides, etc. I know being a manicurist is a hard job and I try not to be picky but this woman clearly was just trying to get it over with and get me out the door. Not sure about the name but it doesn't fit the quality of work received... the worse shellac French manicure EVER!!! Typically I'm a go back and make you correct your work person because I HATE to spend my money and don't receive the service I expect but in this case I am better to go back to a place who takes their time and does quality work. The job was rushed and I initially only went in to get polish removed because we were in the area of this salon and polish removal is quick and no way to mess that up. The staff was nice, my nails ended up ok but the place was extremely dirty. One of the employees had money lying on the tools for manicure! I was shocked when I saw it. Moreover, they didn't use disposable tools. I paid $30 for my gel manicure but I'd better pay $5-10 extra than getting some infection. Not coming back for sure. Read Less

My supervisor recommended High Class.  Everyone is extremely nice to me.  The only manicurist I use is Lim.  She's very good, patient and she has good taste in style for me. I have never had to wait a long time. If there is a wait they have been honest, and told me so I normally decide to come back at another time.  It's a small shop, so calling ahead may be the better option if you are in a hurry. Just left and I gotta say they are so great! The below review had me worried but I wanted to give them a chance since it was just one review (and the only one). I am so glad I did! Walked in and it was deserted, which had me worried also but I went in and got my eyebrows and lip waxed for $14. Not only did she wax them but she also went over them with tweezers and threaded them!! I know places usually tweeze what they miss but I've never been somewhere where they also thread on top of everything else, and for $14?! She did a great job, I'll definitely be back. Read Less

I would not suggest this salon at all. After waiting for 15 minutes I got a fill for my full set. The man doing my nails was so rough with filing and drilling that I left with TWO fingers bleeding. My pinky is actually raw from where he filed ON my skin. He didn't apologize to me. He just put antiseptic on it which burned extremely bad. It was a small shop and nothing special about it at all.
