Best place in the East Bay hands down! Been going here for 3 years , and everytime I go I get A+ service. I will advise you to make a appointment. Walk ins you will be waiting anywhere from 30mins to an hour . But if you have a appointment they are waiting for you.

This place rocks . I was uncomfortable walking in at first ,but after five minutes they offered me a drink and all was good .
I definitely will come back .

Very nice folks here and they were ready for our appointment. I took four little girls on October 8th and they had a ball getting mani-pedi. Most definitely will be back.

Love the service! They are so polite and gentle. The pedicure I had was awesome not to mention the foot massage that will make you sleepy! I definitely recommend this place.

Friendly, clean and reasonably priced. They serve drinks and snacks while working on your nails, Netflix to watch and limit the conversation. I adore this place and recommend it to anyone!

I didn't like this place at all. I went with my sister for a full set. They charged her $40 for short clear nails. At around 5:30 two ladies came is and wanted pedicures, a fill and a full set the guy said we don't have time for all of that basically told them to choose either the hands or feet. Smh.

If I could put zero stars I would because that is how annoyed I am. I got my nails done here a week ago and two of my nails broke and one chipped already! So not only is their quality bad but so is their service! My nails never broke from my old place. Anyways. I am going out of town tomorrow so I thought I will go in to get these 2 nails fixed. No big deal right? I go in and everyone is being helped except for one woman who is waiting. I got there 3 hours before closing on a WEDNESDAY. They say oh we don't have time today because we have her waiting. I said she is one person and I'm not asking for a full set just fix 2 nails. They said "Nope, Sorry, Bye." Never again. I drove myself to Nume Spa they were willing to help me even though they had way more customers than Bee Bar.

My mom and I wanted pedicures together, walked in and were the only ones there so got seated immediately my mom was worked on right away and I sat with my feet soaking 30 minutes waiting as he rushed through my moms pedicure. It was very disappointing.

Magnificent experience!!! They were with it as soon as I walked in the door! Amazing! Offered me free drinks and were very patient and friendly!! Will definitely be coming back!

I went got a pedicure today I was unsatisfied that's why am only giving three stars there was a woman in the chair next to me and the guy was working on her feet he was given her a massage at the bottom of feet the top of her feet and I was so looking forward to that but the lady that was doing my pedicure was hit me in the bottom of my feet she was pounding my legs with her fist did not enjoy that at all next time I want the guy to do my feet

The ladies at U S Nails are very friendly and they did an excellent job. I was made to feel very comfortable without being overcome with conversation. Very gentle with the tootsies. I don't enjoy the pedicures much, but I really enjoy the end results,so I appreciate the gentle touch. Had some waxing done and I was sure that it wasn't going to be a very good job (it just didn't hurt enough), Turns out I was wrong she did a great job. She got all those little pesky hairs. Can't wait to go back and see them again.

If I could put zero stars I would because that is how annoyed I am. I got my nails done here a week ago and two of my nails broke and one chipped already! So not only is their quality bad but so is their service! My nails never broke from my old place. Anyways. I am going out of town tomorrow so I thought I will go in to get these 2 nails fixed. The ladies at U S Nails are very friendly and they did an excellent job. I was made to feel very comfortable without being overcome with conversation. Very gentle with the tootsies. I don't enjoy the pedicures much, but I really enjoy the end results,so I appreciate the gentle touch. Had some waxing done and I was sure that it wasn't going to be a very good job (it just didn't hurt enough), Turns out I was wrong she did a great job. She got all those little pesky hairs. Can't wait to go back and see them again.
