The first time I went there a gentleman provided my service and he was great. I paid for the ultimate and it was very worth it. I came in for the 2nd time for the same service and two ladies rushed me...
The first time I went there a gentleman provided my service and he was great. I paid for the ultimate and it was very worth it. I came in for the 2nd time for the same service and two ladies rushed me through my ultimate mani and pedi which defeats the “ultimate package”.... The water was cold they talked amongst their selves the whole time which made me feel like an inconvenience to their morning. What a waste of money I could of just got the basic. To top it off they MADE me pay prior to mani due “wet nails”... at which time the receipt has the tip option. I’m sorry but to ask for a tip only a quarter of the way through what should of been at least an hour service is rude. Lastly they didn’t even paint my nails close to cuticle making my nails look already grown out? They had s few other customers and they looked to treat everyone the same. Will boy be returning. If this is how they treat their paying customers when it’s not busy I can’t imag when they are busy.

Went for my first time for a pedicure. The lady didn't properly prep/shape my nails & overall seemed like she was just trying to get done with me and move on. It looks almost like I gave myself a pedicure. The place was nice & the staff were friendly.. I was a walk in, so I don't know if that was why my pedicure wasn't very good. I've hated my nails since I got home that day.. but I don't get my nails done often so not sure if that's just what happens when you don't make an appointment.

This was my first time there and it was a beautiful place. Katie was my pedicure technician and she did a very nice job, it would be nice if the massage was a little longer it might be something they may want to consider in the future making that more of a focus

Been going here about a year and everyone's so friendly. If there's something you don't like just let them know and they are more than happy to fix it. They also have a stamp card for every 6 visits you get 7$ off 🤗 very clean and upbeat environment.

I get there and tell them what I want, which was discussed before arriving and they tell me to make an appointment because they are busy. What the hell, how unprofessional. I will be filing a formal grievance, don't play with my time or money!!

Great salon!! I recommend Nina, I got dip powder on my natural nails last week and they still look great. And thats with all of the housework and typing I do on a daily basis.

I live in Carrollton and will travel the 45+ minutes to get my nails done here. they never cut me. they take the time to make sure they know what you want. My daughter got the dip powder done to her natural nails and they were so sweet to her and made her feel pretty. They never over charge. You truly get what you pay for. I won't go anywhere else to get my nails done.

Awesome job, and friendly staff. Didn't enjoy the massage chair but I think that is more my over sensitive back. Regular toenail polish lasted through a cruise and over a month of wear and still looked new. The color even matched perfectly to my already painted gel nails.

Glad I found this place! My normal nail guy was booked so i found this jem on google. I was very impressed. I was a late walk in and as a stylist myself I know how frustrating that can be but every one was super friendly and I felt very welcome. Love the elegant décor, impressive drink selection and my nails came out beautifully💕 I will definitely be back 💅🏼

The place is elegant and super clean, hard to find nowadays! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. My nails have never looked better! They always do a fantastic job! I love that they have a good selection of complimentary drinks to choose from! Needless to say, I am excited to have found my new go to nail salon! I recommend this salon to anyone and everyone!

It looks almost like I gave myself a pedicure. The place was nice & the staff were friendly.. I was a walk in, so I don't know if that was why my pedicure wasn't very good.
