Wonderful atmosphere the woman doing my nails was very nice my nails came out better than I expected she did acrylic and they came out looking very natural not thick and bulky that some people tend to do. I would come here again and probably will in a few weeks for a full in. I gave it 4 stars because my particular table I sat at was not properly cleaned there was nails dust all over should have been wiped down could have just been a busy day for them I mean there's only so many workers and people seem to come in in drones. Poor customer service. I had my nails done 2 days ago. I get dip on my natural nails. I have done this forever. The guy that did mine filed my nails down so thin. Completely ruined them. Then added the dip with not enough layers. Needless to say I have broken nails and when I went in to have them fixed they charged me again. Just terrible customer service for a repeat customer. My mother in law got a full set and she is very upset about how they turned out. They were very thick, they used white tips, even though she wanted regular tips with a French manicure painted on. She is not one to speak up and the gentleman working there said the white tips are better, so she didn't say anything. She came home and you can tell she was very dissatisfied with them. She wanted them round and she got square tips, so I gave her a nail file to file them down.Fast forward a couple days so she called to see what can be done. They are willing to redo them at no charge. And so it should be.But, now that she's having to be here twice, it's a waste of her time. She's on vacation here in Waco visiting us and now to have to deal with this?I haven't been here before, but it has a nice ambiance. There are 3 seats in the "waiting area". There's no one  getting a pedicure, only manicures. You would think they would do better with nails. Everyone walking out of here is pleased with their nails. Maybe it was a fluke, but at her misfortune?So in conclusion, 1 star for her satisfaction, 4 for their willingness to fix it. 2.5 rounds up to 3, so there you have it. Read Less

Absolutely horrible. My daughter had a manicure and the nail tech cut two of her fingers and didn't get an acrylic nail on her finger correctly. She also didn't use the color requested nor did she check to see if she was okay from being cut. Read Less

I was visiting from Baton Rouge and went here with my friend and daughter. I chose the deluxe pedicure and my 4 year old had her nails n toes painted. My pedicure was awful. The girl that did it, didn't even cut my nails, cuticles or any of the dead skin around it. The hot towel was hanging over just my calf not tucked or wrapped and totally defeated it's purpose. My feet feel rough and dry. My friend had the same pedicure but hers lasted about 20 min longer then mine. The po...lish on my toes is terrible and peeling off as I got in the pool tonight. Same with my daughters polish. Very disappointed especially since this place came recommended. If I could give zero stars I would. On the upside, the staff is super nice. So nice that I felt bad and did not want to complain while I was there. I think I got a girl that is not licensed or trained in this or one that's a complete beginner in her craft. We love Tiffany! She does good eyebrows and good nails, but her staff is not so good. Very rough and rushed with the pedicures. I pay $70 for my legs to barely get a good rub in. Looks like we will have to find another place as sad as it is to leave. Read Less

I absolutely love this place. I'm new to the area and I've been to four different salons thus far and this is the only place I will go from here on out. Pros: my pedicure was good although it was $60 and the color and dip color choices were great. Cons: I didn't like the recliners as chairs because my feet didn't always stay in the water bowl. I had to strain to reach. Negatives: I sat for an hour soaking the dip nails off only to find that they used alcohol instead of acetone so I ended up having to re-soak my nails. I was there for almost 3 hours for a pedi and a dip nail. Once the owner and nail tech were told about the mixup they thought is was funny and offered no apology or discount. It was $120 for a dip nail and a pedi. After A few days the skin around my fingers and nail beds started coming off and look terrible from the alcohol. I will not be back. Read Less

I have found my nail home! I have looked all over Waco, and finally found the best of the best. Ms. Kim is so sweet and gives the most amazing pedicures. Jason is a bomb at gel nails. And Thuy (the owner) will never let you leave unhappy. I recently got gel put on my nails and they all fell off within days due to my nails being very oily. Thuy had no problem fixing them for me and was even sweet enough to ask about my weekend, as she and Jason both remembered my friends and I coming in several days before. Worst pedicure ever. I went with a group of my friends for a birthday and when we left we all agreed it was awful. Every pedicure I've ever gotten takes AT LEAST 30 minutes. I was in the chair for maybe 15 minutes. No lotion on my legs, no massage at all, no scrubbing, not one thing! I basically paid just to get my nails painted. This place is the very best nail salon in Central Texas . The staff is amazing and Tiffany herself is a true jewel. I have never left disappointed and I often receive compliments on my beautiful nails . My favorite part is the high end recliners in the pedicure spa.
