So very disappointed I have been coming here for a year every two weeks and never had a problem I went in today to get a refill which John usually does my nails he’s amazing he left early so I had to get someone else as I was getting a pedicure I realized 7 out the 10 nails where lifted I asked would she be able to fix them and her response was that’s not my job I only fill the cuticle line. So I asked her when doing a refill that consist of the whole nail right? She stated that’s not how she does it. She recommended me to soak off and pay for the soak off and refill and new set which I thought was completely bogus. I didn’t mind paying for the new set but I feel as if the refill should have been done properly. I had one finger that was really bad to where I could literally pop the nail off my self so since repair was refused by her (Linda) I ended up walking out with no nail. Manager stated that she didn’t know anything about acrylics that she wouldn’t be able to fix it. Which, I have seen her do before. All I wanted was my nails to be done properly. She didn’t charge me for the refill and the one missing nail it wasn’t about the price I just wanted to be properly taking care of.. So a year long customer lost.!! And yes I always tip 5-10 each visits.!! Read Less

I went in today, they were very friendly and nice. I asked how much do they charge for ombre nails and was informed it would be $50. I got my toes done and it was $40 for the deluxe option I picked. So, as I'm getting my nails done a white young lady came in and asked how much was ombre with the same description of what I'm getting. She was told $40. So, I immediately started asking why was I told mines was $50 and she's getting the same thing. The owner then started to clear this up and trying to act as if I'm a fool . The white young lady was very nice and said to me "that's exactly how I want my nails". I explained to the young lady that's what I heard her ask for too. So, then the price for her nails went from $40 to $55. I ended up paying $95 for my nails and toes. When I was told $50 for ombre nails and $40 for my toes... You do the math, prices of nails should never go up in a matter of minutes for certain customers. Oh, by the way I was going to pay for what I wanted either way. Please place prices of old and new styles up to prevent future confusion. Read Less

First time going to skyline and definitely going back. The customer service was great. I'm a diabetic and they were careful and considerate in their care. Being a man, I have had issues with other saloons making me feel uncomfortable getting a pedicure. Miss Kim did an excellent job and made me feel very welcome. The entire staff was friendly, in fact. The only issue we had, I went with my niece, is that they aren't very experienced in doing designs. Mimi, who did my niece's toes, was honest about her ability and she found a simpler design my niece liked. All in all best nail experience in Waco. Read Less

Over the past 12 years I've been going to the same place to get my eyebrows waxed have my pedicures and manicures done as well! I decided to go to a new place closer to me! I could not believe the results of how great "Tina" was at doing eyebrows! They were so perfect, and on point, unlike any other experience I've ever had with anyone else. I am so happy I have found a place that knows exactly how I want my eyebrows done! They are professionals, and they come from Houston where there was a lot of competition I'm sure. Everyone there was so Pleasant and greeted me right away and tended to my needs. I was also offered a beverage of my choice. Some of the beverages include wine, (red or white) & margaritas! I was told I could have up to two drinks of my choice, and I was not charged for the beverages! It's very relaxing to be able to drink wine or Margarita while getting your fingers and your toes and your eyebrows tended to! Went there a couple weeks ago and had the best experience I've ever had. The people were so nice, and did everything so great! They they just came from Houston a few months back, so I assume they had plenty of competition there and I think that's probably what makes them better than most of the other nail salons here in Waco. I think everyone should give them a try you just might like it like I did, and I had been going to the same person for 12 years and was faithful to that person, but after going to this nail salon, I made my choice, and this is my new nail salon Professionals ! For one my eyebrows have never looked so professional and on point at that! I loved my experience there. There are also a lot of other professionals there that by far beat most nail salons here in Waco! Read Less

I was impressed. They were friendly and genuinely kind. Not like other shops that are pushy and rude. I am picky. I am new to Waco and tried 2 other shops, both of which did a horrible job. I didn't fuss because it was late and I figured it was part my fault for going 1.5hrs before closing. I know better. Anyway, it wasn't possible to fix my poor shaping completely but he did an excellent job. I will be returning. Their prices are reasonable for those who know and respect that you get what you pay for. Shop was clean and did not smell like chemicals. That's what I always check for 1st. Great experience. A variety of beverages was offered (including wine) but I settled for a Sprite since it was early in the morning. I opted for the Deluxe pedicure and the new dip style for my fingernails. The color selection was great. I was able to get both feet and hands done at the same time and it was SUPER relaxing. They took their time, didn't rush like other places have. I'm not sure what the others who went here experienced, but we had a terrible time. We called ahead to make sure they had room. I got right in, but my friend had to wait another 30 minutes. The gentleman who began my pedicure had to keep asking the lady next to him what to do. I mean, everyone is entitled to a first day, but he was also distracted and VERY rough. I'm pretty sure pedicures are not supposed to hurt. He left half way through, after talking on his cell phone while doing my pedicure. I'm guessing the gentleman who took over was the main owner of the establishment. He also seemed to be in some sort of rush. I had to remind them to do the callous scrape thing. OVERALL a terrible experience, especially for the price paid. I took my friend out after she had twins and this was such a let down. Read Less

It included a leg mask, hot stone massage, paraffin treatment, hot towels and more. They even offered red and white wine. It was about an hour and ten minutes. So relaxing.
