Their customer service is just pure trash! They don’t accommodate you or welcome new customers. The quality is great however it’s not worth the unprofessional attitude that you receive. I rather receive mediocre service w/ great customer service than be in the presence of someone with an unpleasant attitude.

I went to Yvonne’s for the first time 2 weeks ago because I heard amazing reviews about it, Yvonne serviced me with a full acrylic set and gel she did an amazing job she took her time and my nails loo...
I went to Yvonne’s for the first time 2 weeks ago because I heard amazing reviews about it, Yvonne serviced me with a full acrylic set and gel she did an amazing job she took her time and my nails looked amazing, so I came back today for a refill and I am EXTREMELY disappointed! I was tossed back and forth between Yvonne and some dude who kept slipping and burning my skin with the tool, once I got back to Yvonne she just rushed threw my nails my shape is awful not one nail is... the same shape then I was sent back to the dude where he did a HORRIBLE Paint job I’m still trying to peel the gel nail polish off my skin! When I asked how much it was he said it was $50 for a simple refill my whole acrylic full set gel cost $60 After my first experience with Yvonne salon I was recommending them to everyone after today I will not be recommending the salon to anyone if this is how they service their customers! The biggest waste of $50 I have ever spent beyond disappointed Mehr anzeigen

If i could do zero stars i would. This is the worst place ever.. First of all i got a pedicure and the man cut my cuticles on all of my toes. I was bleeding bad. Second when i got a fullset on my hand...
If i could do zero stars i would. This is the worst place ever.. First of all i got a pedicure and the man cut my cuticles on all of my toes. I was bleeding bad. Second when i got a fullset on my hands they were crooked and uneven cuz she was in a hurry and busy talking on the phone. The color dip was awful and she was going crazy with the file and cut 3 of my fingers.

wonderful Team Very polite and dona great job with mani pedi's and more!!! I came in last minute towards closing time but they were polite, took me right in and pampered me! Love em!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got a gel nail manicure here, they are suppose to last up to 3 weeks, advertised as no chipping. Well they lasted all of 5 days and I'm having to go back ...
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got a gel nail manicure here, they are suppose to last up to 3 weeks, advertised as no chipping. Well they lasted all of 5 days and I'm having to go back to my usual salon for a new set. I'm not new to gel (or shellac) nails, my normal salon they last 3 weeks. Not one single chip and the ONLY reason I have to get them redone is becasue they have grown out. Would never return to this salon. Also got a pedicure, looks no different then when I do it myself.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got a gel nail manicure here, they are suppose to last up to 3 weeks, advertised as no chipping.
