Betty does excellent pedicures and takes her time to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. She always treats my 6 year old granddaughter so special when she comes and gets her nails painted. well me and Kimmie decided to get a mani/pedi and I wasnt happy. They started doing Kimmie mani in the pedi chair and got a littke aggitatated when we said no she was wanting acrylics then they cut my finger and tried to cover it up then asked how much tip i wanted to leave and i said none because I wasnt happy then threw my reciept at me and said sign since ur not leaving a tip. Stopped in to show them, they told me it sometimes happen, I explained I have never experienced the gel coming off my nails, was told they need to be done have a seat, I ask is there a fee, was told yes.....i won't be back , to many other options. My daughter received a gift card for Christmas & visited OP to have her nails done. The 2nd day she had them they begin to chip & peel so they agreed to replace them for free. The gentleman who re did her nailed admitted they were done incorrectly & he re did them..GUESS WHAT she woke the next morning with her index finger nail polish nearly completely off!! Thankfully the manager gave me a refund however he said it would take 3-5 Days to show up on my account & BEST BELIEVE IF I DONT HAVE A $40 credit I will personally drive & get my money!! I wouldn't even give 1 star. Place is rude. They did a half ass job on the nails. Then turned around and tried to charge me 4 times had to get bank to fix it then a month later charged me again after already making a payment and they refuse to refund it. My experience here was AWFUL. I went for a fill in, and they didn’t do anything I wanted. The guy messed my color up and wouldn’t even fix it, and jerked my hands around constantly. They were all very rude and SLOW. I wouldn’t give this place my business ever again. Read Less

This was so awful. The receptionist seems normal but barely speaks. She just half assed told me to go sit under a light. Sat in the wrong chair...but man was I in for a treat. The guy seemed friendly enough until he started ripping my old nails off with a naked nail that he grabbed from who the hell knows where. He kept asking me to relax. I'm like but sir you're ripping off what feels like flesh. I couldn't watch. I was expecting bloodied nubs. I found hope when he told m...e it was time for the polish. He dunks my raw stubs into a bowl of water. Proceeds to chop off my cuticles and what felt like parts of my knuckle. When that wasn't enough he sawed the rest of my skin off with a block file. Never shaped up the nails that came out from under my old acrylics. They're sharp. Like talons. He spins in circles for what seems like an hour trying to find the color I picked. He was yelling at the other guys. I'm assuming he was saying something like..."where's the fucking color!??" He slopped that on quite nicely but was fast. I found the girls here to be extremely rude. I decided to give it a second chance, but felt the same way the second time as well. I asked them not to use the electronic filer and they refused to file without it. Also I asked if they could change one nail that looked crooked and they told me it wasn't crooked. I am currently sitting in this salon at the moment. My mother and I decided to come here to get a Gel Manicure. She just moved down here and we are planning to move to JC. This is Our first visit.... They have a set up that is like an express lane. There is no chance to relax. The guy did not take time to do the manicure. He flew through it and My nails still had old nail polish. A guy left my mother at the counter, and said he would be back in 5 minutes and it took 20min bef...ore another man came to work on her nails. At that time, my nails were already done. When she asked him where he went, all of the nail people started speaking in Vietnamese and she asked what was being said. A guy with silver hair preceded to look at my mother and say "when we want you to know what we are saying...we will speak English" "If you don't know Vietnamese, that's not our problem" ..... Needless to say... we almost walked out. I will NEVER walk back in this salon or recommend it to anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional environment. Ok it's like this. Tracy did my nails. She is very rough on cuticles, kinda stern, and shouts/directs ppl that come in the front door from where she's doing your nails. It's very much like an assembly line. You go in, it's very rushed, you leave. I will go back only bc the shellac stays on for a long time, but trust me, it's no lovely experience, AND no free glass of wine! Read Less
