Got a pedicure with them today very disappointed. I've never had any complaints about them until now. The young man that did my pedicure today, did not know what he was doing. It was the worst pedicure I ever had. Before they start letting new people work on their returning clients they need to make sure they know what they are doing. I was so mad,had been looking forward to a good pedicure, then I get someone not even putting forward a half of a effort. I tried letting him know that I wasn't happy from the start but he didn't get it. I almost stopped him and walked out. But I decided to give him a chance to get better, but it never happened. I've been a few times before today, and they've done an adequate job, but today convinced me to never return to this place.  The lady who did my pedicure was in a huge rush and did a sloppy job painting my toes.  There were huge bubbles on several toenails when she was finished, so I asked her to fix the polish.  The second time was just as sloppy as the first.  I also got a dipped manicure, and while my nails look great, the man doing my manicure cut the nail bed on 5 of my fingers and made them bleed.  My daughter's nails and toes look just as sloppy.  It was apparent they weren't interested in doing a good job and just wanted us out of there as quickly as possible.  There are other places that do a better job in Waco.  I will never come back here. Went there for the first time to get a pedicure with a friend. I got the orange zest pedicure and paid $45 for it. I will never go back to the place. The lady who did my toes left paint on my skin and missed areas of my nail. They looked horrible. I tried to get her to fix them but she did not understand me. When I got home I noticed lumps in them and that the top coat was uneven. I paid $45 for a horrible job. Save your money and try somewhere else. I'll  be going back to my usual nail salon. Read Less

Ended up here by chance and very glad I did. I had the Cappucino Pedicure, $35 and I smell and feel amazing! The guy who did my pedi made it a point to perfectly paint my nails and even brushed off any polish on my skin. Very relaxing, clean and overall a great experience! Wishing I lived closer. Read Less

I used to love Nail 2000 but today......Waiting almost an hour in the pedicure chair before someone ever came to start on me. The guy that ended up doing my toenails was on his phone the whole time, never asked what type of service I wanted, and he was super rough with my feet. NEVER WILL I GO TO NAIL 2000 AGAIN.. EVERYTIME I GO THERE ITS A DIFFERENT PRICE. LIKE THEY ADD A TIP ON IF U THINK U WILL NOT TIP... WHICH IM ACTUALLY A GOOD TIPPER IF DESERVED. terrible service. went with a friend who was getting a manicure and the man doing it saw a frequent client of his so he only spent a total of five minutes on her nails????? like she could have been a frequent client too???? rude. I received a manicure and pedicure and not very many hours ago and the polish is already chipping!!!!! do not waste your time here. they also do not do your nails and toes at the same time so it takes forever. also they made my friend move seats THREE times before they would paint her nails. horrible selection/ brands of colors too.
