I specifically told the lady I wanted a clean up on my eyebrows!!! I told that lady more than once she left my eyebrows thinner than a damn noodle!! I am horrified!! And mad I spent so much time growing out my eyebrows just so they can ruin them!! Beyond disappointed!! And there manger still charged me!! Instead of the employees and managers always being on there phones they should make sure people that are work there can do there jobs correctly!!! Definitely will not be going there!!! Lovely staff!  I needed a bad set of nails (from another salon) removed and T was great -- got me right in. Other salons wouldn't give me the time of day for just a removal. Definitely going back to Moon Nails. Read Less

China Spring Native here. I've been here twice and got a different person this time, but my daughter got the man I got last time which is great because he's good! The female that is doing my toe nails right now is good too. Very observant about when it tickles or hurts. Love having This salon right in town and like to hear them speak in their native tongue. I have been going to Moon Nails since it opened. The quality of care has improved since Trish and her husband took over the shop. I won't go anywhere else. I have problems with my muscles and nerves but Trish has found a way to work on my feet and legs since they have a mind of there own. She can even keep my hands from moving too much. Trish and her staff has always been respectful when I go to the shop. Having open communication with your nail tech is important because they aren't mind readers. Save yourself the time/money and don't go here. I normally always go to Escape Nail and Spa but due to the convenience of it being 5 minutes from my home I decided to go here. My nails were cut/filed way too short and the finished product looked horrible. Read Less

Tried this place because it's close to my new house.  First off my daughter loved the child pedicure chairs.  She enjoyed her service.  The staff is friendly and took us back immediately.  It was clean.  However the Dead Sea scrub burned my legs.  I think it irritated my skin because I shaved that morning.  The lady didn't remove the cuticle from my toes with the nippers.  She only filed them down with a buffer.  The paint job was ok.  Kinda disappointed with that. The best part of the service for me was the Calais removal.  She left my feet feeling soft.  I don't know if I'll go back there again tho.  I wasn't comfortable. Read Less

I've been here maybe twice or so, never had a bad experience until yesterday (02/08/16). I went to go get my brows done because it's been so long. This was the closes place to me. Anyway, I went the lady came and got me as soon as I walked in to the room, laid me on the bed thing and started to proceed with the waxing but she was on the phone the whole entire process. How rude is that?! then when she was done she showed me, I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't really tell but she hurried me out there so fast. Once I got home I noticed that my brows were completely uneven. My left being thinner than my right. OH and on top of this the top half of my right brow was missing!!!! I only had a couple baby strands of hairs on the top which looks so ridiculous! I am beyond furious. I wanted to go back but I had to get ready for work. I've never hated a place and person so much. My brows are my life. Thankfully I can fill them in with my Anastasia Brow Dip and you can't tell after but still. I'm mad as hell and this lady shouldn't have 1, been on her phone and 2, should have paid more attention!!! I want to complain so bad but there is nothing I can do really now. She should get her license revoked or fired for not doing her job properly. Read Less
