Let me start off by saying Sam & his Wife Nina are by far the best nail technicians I’ve come across in the whole 8 years I’ve been getting my nails done. Not one time have I left their salon upset or disappointed, if anything my day is made by the beautiful work they’ve done. They both make sure the length is exactly how you want along with the shape and color!!! If you decide you don’t like it they’ll redo it to exactly the way you want in a heart beat! I know this is quit lengthy but I am just so happy to have a place to go & not have to worry if my nails would be sore or if I would’nt End up liking how my nails come out! Literally do not even want to give it a 1 even. Had the shape and length when I came in to get a fill, they messed up my length too short, my nails are uneven, none of them are the same shape, two broke not even a week after getting them done, after getting them fixed there are now two different color nails on my hand, and even more messed up on shape. I had just gotten a new set two weeks ago so these are fairly new nails and they are so messed up I need to get a new set next time I go. It was also overpriced for nails I do not even like. I've been going here for about a year, and it's usually very good but never "wow". I finally found "the one", she does such an amazing job. I'm never dissatisfied. Nina, you're the best! Another crappy pedicure. Seriously what is it with Waco? Can't get a good pedicure to save my life! The lady who did my feet last night was HORRIBLE! Polish uneven, polish on my skin and cuticles, left dry skin around my nails and my heels. I thought this was going to be a good place to get my nails done because I have seen good nails from here. I have asked several people with NICE pedicures and manicures and they have told me about Lee Nails, well just my luck I get the person who does a crappy job. I got 2 horrible pedicures from ZiZi Nails and decided to stop wasting money there but this one was WORSE than ZiZi's. Read Less

Showed them a white color and they brought purple. I told them it looks people and they said it would dry white so I just sat back and tried to be patient. Never dried white, just got more purple and now it's Barbie pink. I asked them to fix it and they got an attitude. 3 stars because the people are generally nice & the actual paint job looks good. I've been here twice the first time was okay they didn't do bad. But the second time smh. I went for a refill and they used the drill way to much on some fingers where my nail was really thin and then they didn't use it enough on some I was literally pushing the sides of my nail off because it hung over my skin. The color I chose was way different than it looked in the bottle and not only that the guy polished my nails like he was painting a sign or something. I was in Waco on a business trip with limited time to spare, but needed to get my nails done for an event the following day. I understand wait time is unpredictable, so in asking how long it would take to see me they said 15 mins... An hour and a half later, seeing them take over 10 customers who came in after me, one of their reps asked me to remain patient because all of the other people had appointments... that's fine, they had appointments... why did you tell me 15 minutes? 😡 Read Less

I was pumping gas at HEB and looking at how awful my nails were. I saw Lee Nails and quickly did a Yelp search. I wasn't thrilled with just 3 stars but decided to give it a try. I wanted a natural manicure with buff to shine. Sophia did an amazing job. I ended up getting my eyebrows and lip waxed and got a basic pedicure. All of that for $55. It was great! Sophia was awesome and spa was clean. Only thing I wish was that they offered drinks. Since it was a spur of the moment decision I was thirsty when I ended up having so much more done. Read Less

I've been 3 times and each time they have gotten nail polish all over my cuticles and around my nails-I could do a better job myself. They don't last long enough for the money either. Do not recommend. Read Less

I love coming here because of how conveniently close to campus it is. It's relatively cheap and I always leave happy with how my nails look. The only issue I have though is that the actual gel colors never seem to match up with the display colors that they have. Read Less

My go to shop in Waco! Ben and his staff are amazing at what they do. I have never left this shop rethinking "What just happened?" They are professional and friendly. If I have my nails done, Ben does them perfectly. If I have a pedicure done that day, Brian is the one to ask for. I believe all of his staff are great at what they do. Tony does a great job as well. I also like that they know the latest nail trends and aren't impatient with me as I always struggle on what nail color to pick (they have so many). I have had gel manicures from here and they last quite a long time compared to other shops, they also have many colors to choose from their gel collection. They also do wax services and I have never left here burned, too red, or irritated from this place. Love it! I also take my mother here, who works way too much and they have always been very caring and attentive to her. I came for a fill on a set of solar nails that I had gotten done elsewhere. One nail was broken, and the man at Lee fixed it--but terribly. It did not match the rest of my nails and looked really fat. I was not impressed at all.Less than 3 days later another nail chipped and I went to get it fixed. Nina, at Lee, fixed it by putting more powder on--not redoing the whole nail...and it chipped again IN THE SAME SPOT the NEXT day. Nina fixed it again and redid the whole nail this time, but she was going so fast it made me very uncomfortable. It seemed like she was just trying to hurry to get to the next customer and did not care about me. Very unhappy with this and the way the nail was done. Fast forward--I am in my second week of having my nails done and another nail chipped. NOT OKAY. I had my previous set for over 4 weeks without chips/breaks.The only positive about this salon is they're cheaper because they offer coupons in the back of  HEB receipts. I am not impressed at all. I got acrylic nails done and the guy wasn't even listening. I told him white tip French nails and he started painting them all white, I was in a rush so I didn't have time to tell him to clean them out and restart them but even with the white he half fasted the whole job and didn't complete the front tips. Clean, affordable, and great experience!! Would highly recommend-- this is my favorite nail spot in Waco. They even gave me a free Christmas gift after my pedicure!The staff is friendly and professional. I'm very picky in where I go to get pedicures.. this place is awesome! They use plastic to cover their tubs and wash the tub after each use and then new plastic. All of their utensils are sanitized and packaged and not shared from one person to the next. Pleasant staff... downfall is they are always short staffed so you have to wait a while but I still give it thumbs up!! Read Less

This place is awesome. I don't get normal square tips and they always take care of me and do the look & designs I want. If I don't like something, they fix it. There are quite a few places in the Waco area, and they are by far the best. I never feel like I'm annoying them and the shop is CLEAN! Go into some places and there's nail dust and crap everywhere. I was out of town and had to get a full and polish done at a random place...it has been less than 2 weeks and I'm heading to Lee tonight to have them redo it all. I went over a month with zero issues with my last set from here until I had to go somewhere else. They also take care of my daughter and give her the 5 different shades she wants on her nails and do designs as well. Read Less
