My hair looks like it got plucked by a giraffe. Literally!!! These girls have no idea what they are doing. They have absolutely no experience in anything they do. I got my eyebrows done too and thank got that the giraffe was setisfied with my hair or I would have had no eyebrows either. I really don't care how welcoming they are. Took my son there for his first haircut! He didn't enjoy it at all! But Sarah did a great job and she stuck it out the whole time! And they made a certificate stating that it was his first haircut and they also put some of his hair in an envelope with it for us. We really appreciated everything they did for us! I was not very impressed with my experience. When booking my appointment, I was told they would do dip. Come appointment time, I was told they only do gel. I was left unattended for 20 minutes after being seated. The "manicure" cost $44, and all they did was paint my nails. In addition, the person whom did my "manicure" was very persistent about doing my hair. She would not take no for an answer and even tried to get me to book an appointment over the weekend.
