Most of the time it is great. But occasionally I feel like I'm rushed. Today I went in, said multiple times that I wanted a harder massage and she still kept gently rubbing my feet and calves like I was made of porcelain. So I'm not thrilled with my pedicure. The polish looks good but it was rushed and I paid for the super deluxe but felt like I was given basic with hot towels.

The staff was professional both times I went in to get a manicure, however the quality of the services was horrible!!! After my first gel manicure I had 2 nails with polish lifting at the edges after the 2nd week. Polish lifting occurs when the nails are not sealed properly therefore allowing moisture in. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went a second time.
The second time, after 4 days I had several nails with polish already starting to lift. As the days passed the polish lifted even more. I called and spoke to the manager and she informed me it's their policy not to give refunds and that they could look at them to see if the product was at fault, maybe they could fix them. I only wanted a refund for the horrible job done. When the same employee performs the same service and the same issue arises with different products, it is not the product!
The following is listed on their website: We will not be responsible for any breaking, lifting or infected nails. If the nail tech does not perform their job correctly then basically you're out of luck once the gel starts lifting. Beware of their policies!

The staff here is attentive, but the work isn't very good. I know salons are a hit or miss. This place was a "miss" for me. I got SNS "dipped" nails and they were full of bubbles and they were thick. They might have fixed them if I had asked... But 2 hours later and I was ready to go... Other people enjoy this place so... Try it out and decide for yourself. As for me, I won't be going back.

I came in yesterday and received a wonderful deluxe pedicure. The staff are very sweet and offer you drinks when you come in. The exfoliant and lotion massage were lovely, but I do feel it was a tad rushed. Wish it lasted a bit longer. But all in all, the pedicure was a great experience, the paint was done evenly and I will return for that.
The manicure however was not so lovely as it was botched. She rushed through it and I had to point out a few times spots she missed painting at all. She only did one coat which was surprising and sure enough, it chipped before the day was over. Clearly she is far better at pedicures vs manicures. I wish I had known beforehand because she requested I pay and tip her before she began my manicure! Never doing that again.
Despite the poor manicure, I will return for pedicures in the future.

J and Hanna are the best. This salon is the best at customer service and the services they provide. The atmosphere is friendly as are the staff members. I moved to Temple and could not find anyone to do my nails right so I am back with Elegant Nails. If you want your nails done right, visit this establishment, you will not be disappointed. When I went back to the shop, I forgot to tell Hanna what to do with my pedicure and she remembered after not seeing me more than 2 months, she remembered. That is good customer service and a feeling that what I say matters. Thank you Elegant Nails. Thank you J for making my hands look pretty again so that I don't have to try to hide them.

They're CLEAN, they're nice, and they actually know what they're doing. I enjoyed every minute of my hour pedicure.

Prices were also good compared to many other places I’ve been. I paid $53 for a super deluxe pedicure with gel polish when I’ve spend about $80 at other places.

I’ve gone in 1-2 times a month for the last few months. Every time has been outstanding. They’re so respectful and do a wonderful job. They were honest with me when I asked their opinion. What I like the best was they are willing to help each other if someone isn’t sure how to do what the customer is wanting. They really want their customers to be happy. I got the ombré dip today and wow it was so amazing. Jane did a great job.

Went in for two sets of dip nails and two pedicures. The two ladies that did my daughters nails were AMAZING! I drew the short straw... my daughter got the regular pedicure her nail polish was perfect...

I drew the short straw... my daughter got the regular pedicure her nail polish was perfect. I got the upgraded pedicure, the guy that did my pedi was mediocre at best. Ended up filing my nails and touching up the polish when I got home. My daughters ombré dip nails were beautiful. You could tell her tech pays attention to detail. I decided on a glittery pink, at the... end of the service I asked my nail tech if she could make them less thick. They looked like a cheap set of acrylic. I tipped and paid. When I inspected them further they looked and felt thick and bumpy. I called and talked to Tracy she said to come back in. As soon as I arrived she sat me down and began reshaping and smoothing out the extra powder. She made them look so good! I will absolutely be back but i will only have Tracy (I missed the name of the woman who did my daughters pedicure) and the other woman do our nails. See More

I've lived in Waco for over six years and this is the best nail salon I've found here. Great facility, great staff, and great service. I've been coming in for 4 months now, and I see Jade, who is one of the owners. I get a dip powder manicure every 2-3 weeks (they can usually last up to 4 weeks, but I like to change my colors). They are always so kind to all their guests and provide complimentary water/soda/wine. I highly recommend Elegant Nails & Spa to anyone looking for an excellent nail service.

Most of the time it is great. But occasionally I feel like I'm rushed. Today I went in, said multiple times that I wanted a harder massage and she still kept gently rubbing my feet and calves like I was made of porcelain. So I'm not thrilled with my pedicure.
