Donna has been my hairstylist for more years than I am going to admit. She knows what I want and is very flexible with her scheduling. Appointments are on time and she works efficiently. She is not a gossip and I leave there looking a lot better than when I arrived!

Best hair service I've ever had. I love Chris and she always does a great job on my hair and gives me lots of tips when I asj questions. On rare occasion when I've had to use another stylist at the shop, the service has still been impeccable.

Actually zero stars. Was referred here. Sign says accepting walk ins. Lady at front desk never looked up and made eye contact with me. Never once acknowledged I was standing patiently waiting. Only a stylist walked out and said hello. Then I was told no one could cut my hair today. The front desk lady never ever even looked up at me. I never complain. So for me to complain on here means it was terrible customer service with no service at all.

I'd have to say I was impressed by the courteous way I was welcomed by the staff. We just moved from Florida, and it was difficult not knowing anyone to do me and my famiy's hair. I was referred by a young baylor student and her hair looked fabulous. Not only did I get great color and a brand new style but the stylist (Melissa Saucedo)was able to explain how to style my hair and did so in such a great manner, I was extremely pleased and left there feeling a like I just stepped out of a spa! I have a brand new style and feel 10 years younger. Everyone should try her out. People are right about Texas everyone is so welcoming.

I heard a lot of wonderful things about her (Melissa Saucedo)
I have been to expensive spas in Waco and I have not been pleased with what they do to my hair.
I went to her, hoping for the best.
I have found my stylist for life!
Not only did she give me a great cut, but she explained to me how to take care of my hair.
I wanted a wash and go cut that still looked like I just stepped out of a salon, everyone else told me that that was impossible, but Melissa gave me that cut!
She told me what products to use, without pushing me to buy anything, and gave me super quick hassle-free tips that actually work!
If you want a great cut, great tips and great conversation, go to Melissa! She is friendly and very professional and VERY affordable. Her cuts are way worth more than what she charges.
