I have been coming here for a very long time and I've tried different ladies in here and I love Natalie. She knows exactly what I like and she helps me pick out colors if I'm indecisive. The always compliment me on my kids of how well behaved they are. I've seen some reviews of people saying they've been coming for a while and will never go back. Came here to remove my old set and get a new one. The lady kept trying to remove my nails with a fake nail tip and when I told her to hurt,She got an attitude and soaked my nails. The entire process was painful and I can't wait to get back to Houston. This was a horrible nail experience. Read Less

If I could put zero stars I would! I am used to going to Stone Oak for my Mani/Pedis and I regret leaving! This place was FILTHY! The staff was incredibly rude, and when it came to picking out my Shellac color they didn't have colors to show me! They just asked what do you want? What he hell? Can I see my choices? Next was the pedicure itself, he cut me on three different toes, so every time he put oil or any other liquid on my feet it burned. The paint job was sloppy, and then he had the audacity to charge me 53$? I pay 55$ for a bad ass nail job in stone oak! I guess he saw the MK Bag and assumed I had money for him. Do not go here! This place is terrible. Very dirty and they reuse the nail files. They also talk about the customers in their language right in front of them. I saw a couple of them laughing about this one particular customer and they continued talking about her in Vietnamese even after she noticed them. I find it very unprofessional and rude to do this. I will never step foot in here again. Mainly because they are a health hazard and someone is bound to contract an infection from their dirty unsanitary salon. There prices are cheap. I'm new to the area and am trying different salons closest to me. I did a walk in for this salon and asked for a pedicure and gel manicure. Although they turned out nice, I don't feel this place is very sanitary. I saw my used files used on another client and my previous gel polish that wasn't done at this salon was removed by the nail techs own thumb nail. My French tip gel manicure did start chipping after a few days because the nail tech didn't cap my nails. Won't be returning for health concerns. Read Less

Went in for a pedicure. Got the 2nd level deluxe $35. They stuck me in between 2 people already getting pedicures and it was very crowded with no where to place my belongings. She didn't turn the massage chair on and she didn't give a foot massage which it says in the menu is included. Additionally she barely acknowledged me except to ask where I got my eyebrows done and then didn't reply but immediately started speaking her language to the rest of the workers. I noticed they all did this to another lady as well when she asked about price. Once she noticed I was annoyed she tried fake flattery....they did use unopened utensils but the floor and bathroom was very dirty. I've seen Lily for about 4 years now. Occasionally I'll see Cindy if Lily is busy...I love it there. They're very nice and personable and I get compliments on my nails all the time. I've recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so. :)What helps cut down on wait time...set an appointment. I'm usually taken back right away or have to wait no longer than 15 minutes while Lily finishes up with the last person. Love them, and their prices are great! Read Less

I've been going for a year.  I am very picky about my acrylic nails, and Dora does a fantastic job.  The person I went to before did it all by hand and was very particular, but she's on the other side off town and the hours don't work out.  I've been searching for 2 years, and Dora is it for me.  I receive a ton of compliments on how they look.  I've never had any issues with lifting or fungus. Been here several times, think it changed ownership and not for the better. There was this guy there that gives great massages when you get a pedi. Never had a girl that was as good as the guys that work there. And whatever you do DON'T get your eyebrows waxed there! The girl nearly waxed half my eyebrows off! Read Less
