Walked in a day ago but left within a short period of time since no one ever waited on me but left me sitting in their waiting area. The limited interaction I had with one of the ladies was initiated by me. I wanted a new full set. My nails were acrylic tips with gel nail polish. When the lady was removing my nails she didn't presoak them she just started ripping them off. She cut my index finger continued working on my nail while it was bleeding. Very unsanitary and painful. She didn't get a new nail clipper after cutting me nor did she sanitize it. I stop the service because while she was ripping my nails off it became too painful to tolerate. I walked out in tears. State boards should really inspect this place and write them up for not sanitizing their tools. I feel bad for the next person she service using the bloody nail clippers on them. She probably wipe the blood off but not cleaned them. Read Less

Today will be my last day to go to this salon. After having been going there for the last several months since I have moved I am over being asked repeatedly about getting my daughter shellac. They say bc it's expensive but I am the one paying for it and shouldn't I get what I ask for. I will be finding a new nail place the next time I do my fill and get my daughters nails done. Read Less

My Sister and I came to JV Nails for the first time this morning. Like most, we were a little nervous trying a new location, but the ladies were friendly, polite and respectful to our needs. Especially my sister, who is a special needs adult, which some are very judgemental. There is no doubt they made us feel like we were long time customers. They definitely won new customers. This place use to be my go to until tonight. I came in with my friend to get a fill we seriously got the same thing and they charged us $48!!! And then when I wanted to get Diamonds on it it was going to be $70! I seriously get the same diamond design every time I go and pay $37 for a fill & diamonds. All because the lady wanted to go home and didn't want to do it. She was extremely rude the whole time and I will never be back. It was embarrassing that I had everyone watching me go thru this even another customer was shocked I called and asked for a refund and they hung up. I will be suing. Read Less

I used to go here a while back and honestly don't know why I left. Everyone is SO nice and it is very VERY clean. I needed a refill a few weeks ago and stopped at a new place off Grant and was VERy disappointed. I got ingrown nails on my toes and my hands are already beginning to lift. Used to go here all the time they messed up not only my brand new acrylic nails but when they ripped them off the "replace" them they ripped off half my real nails - and no they did not soak them off - I was in so much pain!!! I must say this place is hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to. I use to go to different ones here and there, but after experiencing Le'von I will never go anywhere else again. They always do such an amazing job. Very patient and take their time to make sure your nails are perfect! All of the ladies are very skilled and Levon nail art has got to be one of the best in the world. She does some gorgeous work. Gotta check out their instagram! Hands down, best nail salon ever. They are always very accomodating. The place is always clean and bright. Everyone on the staff is friendly. The pedicure chairs are the most comfortable I've ever sat in. The massage is long, and includes hot stones without an extra charge! I went to Le'von salon for the first time. The salon was very clean and was I was seated immediately. The ladies were knowledgeable and extremely polite. When the owner asked see nails before I left and corrected something so it would be perfect, I realized this was a top notch salon. Use to go here all the time..no more! Last time I went for a manicure the lady cut my nails so short they bleed. Also 8 fingers yes I said 8 had cuts, I only could tell after I came home and took a shower...also looked like a 5 year old painted my nails the lady doing it had to redo my big toe 2x... I used to go here all of the time, people were great and my nails always looked amazing. I went about 9 months ago and got an infection in my toe and swore I would never go back! While out running errands the other day I was running out of time and was in the area so I decided to give them another shot... I got shellac on my nails (girls first time apparently doing it) and most of my nails are chipped already and look terrible!... 3 days later!!! They also charged me $10 for a SIMPLE POLISH CHANGE on my toes which LOOKS LIKE CRAP! All out of chances. I will not be back. Read Less

I love this place! I was visiting Tomball, Texas in July and I was with my sister and niece and we all had spa pedicures, they got manicures and I got a full set. These nails lasted over a month! I was so sad when I returned home to CA and back to having to have fills done every other week- The staff was super friendly and we literally chatted for like 2 hours! I've been looking for a great nail salon that offers really neat polish options and designs, without charging insane amounts of money, and I finally found one!! The designs are amazing - they are definitely "upscale salon" designs, but at amazing prices! There are probably 852 nail salons between my house and Le'von Nail Spa, but I will gladly drive a little farther for amazing nails. Also, it is a very clean salon. I've seen some pretty scary nail salons before, but this salon is very well maintained and welcoming.
