was a very poor experience.. i called before showing to make sure it was okay for me to come, i was told yes. i get there, have to wait about 30 mins before my pedicure even gets started and once it does the water was barely warm and the “hot rocks” weren’t hot. then, when doing my nails the “technician” had no idea about what i meant about a basic white tip. my nails were cut very unevenly. i asked for coffin and seemed like only half of my nails came out that way.. definitely not coming back. oh, and when we asked about getting something done, they acted like they didn’t know what i meant then slipped up and said they couldn’t because it was too late even when they said we could come.
